Let Go Let God in Reflection

I reflect on my past--what I have learned, and what I have created.

As this year ends and a new one begins, I reflect on the events of my past, the lessons learned and the wisdom gained. I see life from a different perspective today than I did a decade, a year or even a month ago. My circumstances have changed, and so have I.

I am continually honing my skills at living a life of purpose and meaning. I think before I speak, knowing my words have power. My actions are deliberate, hopeful and positive.

I reflect on my past and what I have created. As I move forward, I bring with me the best of what was, and I create the best from what is. Thoughtfully, prayerfully and purposefully, I am ready for a new beginning.

See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare. --Isaiah 42:9

Let Go, Let God

I let go and let God: All things are possible.

I can do anything I set my mind on. Endowed with divine inner faculties, unique abilities and awareness of my oneness with God, I can achieve all I want to achieve.

Before starting any task, I take a few moments to connect with God. I open my mind to divine instruction and listen for inner guidance. I put my thoughts aside and allow the presence of God to lead me. If I find I am wrestling with a problem, I remind myself to let go and let God. In the quiet communion of prayer, the wisdom of God speaks to my heart and I know what to do. I let go of the appearance of human limitations. I let God be God, and all things are possible.

Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory.--Ephesians 3:20

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

I open myself to divine order.

Disorder and confusion are symptoms of the need to get back in tune with God. Divine order is always at work. When I am in tune with it, I find that the crooked places become straight and the rough places smooth. The things that have seemed disorganized and confused fall into place, and order pervades.

Rather than struggle to straighten out any confusion that appears, I first bring my thoughts and feelings under control and gain the inner peace and serenity that come only from God. I declare my oneness with God and affirm: God is in me, and God is working through me to fulfill a good purpose. I am now open to God's perfect order. I allow my life to unfold as it should.

The crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways made smooth.--Luke 3:5

Let Go Let God Find Comfort

I am comforted by the love of God and blessed with peace.

Change is a part of life. Seasons change, children become adults, people enter and exit my life under both sad and happy circumstances. Every change brings a blessing, however easy or hard it may be to see at the time. Every change is a part of our life's journey as spiritual beings.

If changes are stirring sadness in me, I open my heart to the peace and comfort of God. I am never alone, for God is with me through every change. The love of God guides me in difficult moments and rejoices with me in happy times.

I greet change with an open heart and a willing spirit. I am not on my own. God is my comfort, and I am at peace.

I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture.--John 10:9

Let Go Let God Provide Prosperity

I live in an abundant universe, and I am prosperous.

My prosperity is revealed to me through the medium of divine ideas. I do not linger on thoughts of lack or failure. I envision the unfoldment of divine possibilities and potential.

I allow a firm foundation of prosperity consciousness to take root and flourish within me by affirming: I live in an abundant universe, and I am prosperous.

My every desire for good and for a fuller expression of life is met by a field of divine support. The spirit of God within me is urging me to greater and greater expression. Whether I am seeking financial wealth, health, friendship or peace, I affirm that I am worthy of the kingdom. I trust in God as my Source of infinite supply. Knowing Truth, I cannot lack any good thing.

My cup runneth over.--Psalm 23:5

Let Go Let God with Compassion

I keep my heart open wide in loving compassion toward all.

If someone in my family is hurt or distressed, I can effect a positive change by maintaining a healthy, understanding attitude. Sincere expressions of care and concern help support those I hold in prayer. Just as food and water restore the physical body, love and compassion help restore the spirit.

For my global family I pray continually, holding thoughts of loving-kindness and envisioning right outcomes for the world's conflicts. I see every person and animal surrounded by the light and love of God. I pray that peace, love and comfort are abundant in every life. I have faith that the living spirit of God within is restoring every being to wholeness in mind, body and spirit.

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.--Matthew 25:35

Let Go Let God on Christmas Day

As I open my heart to love, Christ is born in me.

Long ago, three wise men following a star were led to a place in Bethlehem. There they found the baby Jesus and were filled with joy. Reverently they offered their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
People the world over exchange gifts on Christmas, but the greatest gift doesn't come wrapped in a package. Better than precious metals and fragrant spices is the unconditional love of God. This is the gift that Jesus Christ lived and taught. Love is the gift that brings life to both giver and receiver.
I open my heart to love this day and the Christ Spirit is born in me. I celebrate Christmas by humbly giving and gratefully receiving the peace and love of God.
When they saw that the star had stopped, they were overwhelmed with joy. On entering the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother; and they knelt down and paid him homage.--Matthew 2:10-11

Let Go Let God Ensured in Safety

My loved ones and I are safe in the presence of God.

Many people travel during the holidays to visit friends and family near and far. I offer this prayer of blessing to all travelers as they make their way by highway, water or air:
May you know the presence of God is with you on your journey. God, the essence of all good, is within you as divine guidance, protection and order. Wherever you go, God is there.
The presence of God within you provides wisdom and direction, peace of mind and good judgment to ensure that your needs will be met. Your safety and the safety of your fellow travelers is ensured.
The Lord went in front of them in a pillar of cloud by day, to lead them along the way, and in a pillar of fire by night, to give them light, so that they might travel by day and by night.--Exodus 13:21

Let Go Let God in the Presence of Light

Darkness dissolves in the presence of God's light.

The winter solstice marks the shortest day of the year, but with it comes the promise of greater sunlight in the days ahead. Darkness is driven away by the light.
The light from a single candle is so powerful that when its flame is shared with another, nothing is lost. The candlelight illuminates the darkness, time and time again.
Divine light drives away darkness in my mind and in my life. When I shift my attention away from dark thoughts and focus on prayers of gratitude and joy, the spark of divinity ignites within me.
I joyously share God's light with others. As God's light shines through me, my life and the lives of others are uplifted.
I am writing you a new commandment ... because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining.--1 John 2:8

Let Go Let God Forgive

I forgive others and hold them in prayer.

When I have been hurt by another, the last thing I may feel like doing is forgiving. If a person says something that upsets or insults me, an organization takes action that angers me, or life seems unfair, there is a part of me that may want justice, not forgiveness.
In truth, though, there is no victory in resentment. I am the one who suffers when I choose not to forgive. As I release and let go of my need to defend my position, I am liberated. I experience a return to peace, rather than a need to blame.
While I do not condone hurtful behavior, and I take action when necessary, I do not hold anger in my heart. I forgive and bring the matter to God in prayer.

Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone.--Mark 11:25

Let Go Let God with Honesty

I am honest with myself and with others.

Each day brings opportunities for me to be honest with myself and others. Observing my thoughts and actions, I know which ones are true, honorable and in alignment with my innate goodness. If I am not expressing my best, I turn to the Christ within and realign my self-talk, adjust my behaviors, and work to make things right.

Being honest with myself is one way I show self-respect and self-regard. I acknowledge my Christ Spirit, appreciate my strengths, and recognize growth areas. I make changes and seek help when needed. I build relationships with honest communication. I offer opinions, make requests, and share my feelings with respect and positive intentions.

These are the ones who, when they hear the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patient endurance.--Luke 8:15

Let Go Let God Rejoice

The joy of Spirit is with me always.

Turning my attention inward to the Christ of my being, I rest in the peace of God. I let go of cares and concerns and entrust all to God. From within this inner sanctuary and awareness of God's presence, joy spontaneously arises and I am lifted up.

My joy comes from trusting God, from knowing that outer circumstances or possessions are not the source of lasting joy. I realize the joy of Spirit is with me always. As God's child, my true nature is to be joyous. I am cheerful and happy and radiate joy to everyone I meet.

Joy sustains my soul, strengthens and heals my body, and harmonizes my relationships. I am blessed by the joy of Spirit.

I have said these things to you so that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete.--John 15:11

Let Go Let God with Generosity

I give generously from my heart.

Christmastime is a joyous season of goodwill and generosity--a time when the giving spirit is flowing freely. Everywhere we see examples of people reaching out with kindness and love.

This year, I am generous in my thoughts, words, actions and attitudes. In helping a neighbor, sharing gifts with co-workers, contributing to charitable organizations, I share from the heart. I express generosity by being kind and loving, by praising and encouraging others, and by praying for anyone in need who comes to my mind and heart. The ways in which I can be generous are endless.

Today I make it my loving task to express generosity. As I do, I know that I am blessing myself and others.

They are to do good, to be rich in good works, generous, and ready to share.--1 Timothy 6:18

Let Go Let God Receive Guidance

As I quiet my mind, I access inner wisdom.

When I seek help with a life decision, I open myself to divine guidance by turning down the volume of the noisy world. I turn off the radio, the television, the computer, so I can hear the still small voice of Infinite Wisdom.

Spending time in nature or involving myself in a creative endeavor helps me change my state of mind and step away from my usual distractions. Moving apart for a time of quiet prayer and meditation tells my spirit I am willing to listen for the wisdom of the Divine.

Divine guidance comes from within and is available whenever I need it. I simply step away from the noise and into the Silence to access it.

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever else you get, get insight. --Proverbs 4:7

Let Go Let God in Friendship

Friendship is a mirror that reflects the grace of God.

Throughout my life, I have countless opportunities to be a friend and to make new friends. Each friendship is an occasion to experience God in action--to behold kindness, peace, happiness and love in each person I meet. Each friendship is also an opportunity for me to reveal my highest and best qualities.
My friends and I balance one another's strengths and weaknesses and enjoy a comfortable camaraderie as we walk our life's paths. My friends know me and love me, lift my spirits by their presence, and help me find my way in the world. I gladly reciprocate.
Each friend is a blessing in my life. Each one has helped me become the person I am today. I thank God for my friends.

A true friend sticks closer than one's nearest kin.--Proverbs 18:24

Let Go Let God with Self-Care

As I rest in God, my balance is restored.

December can be a busy time. In rushing about, I may neglect my own physical and spiritual needs. Even when it's time to rest, I may push myself to keep going and do more. It's helpful to remember that I am the one who needs to take care of me.

I give myself permission to step back and take time for physical and spiritual self-care. It only takes a moment apart to let go of any stressors. Resting in God, I breathe deeply and feel my body relax. I let tension and strain melt away. I affirm divine life and vitality flowing in and through me. Spending time in quiet communion with God restores my balance, physically and spiritually.

Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.--Matthew 11:28

Let Go Let God in Divine Order

My life is unfolding exactly as it should.

As I awaken to the Presence within me, I become aware of how my life is unfolding moment by moment in divine order. Each event is part of the whole and important to the divine direction of my life.

If I perceive a setback or a wrong turn, I consider my options. I can "go with the flow" and see what comes next or I can attempt to change course. I center my thoughts on Spirit and invite the faculties of wisdom and inspiration to guide me. I choose to trust my inner wisdom.

I give thanks for unexpected developments that awaken me to the Presence within. Each one brings me greater awareness of divine order in my life and in all I experience.

He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.--2 Corinthians 5:5

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

I share the power of prayer with my universal family.

As I pray for others, I experience the goodness of God. Holding thoughts of peace, love, wholeness or safety for another gives me peace. I experience firsthand the power of affirmative prayer. I needn't know the details of the situation for which I pray. The One within me is within all people. I trust the Holy Spirit within to discern what another heart needs.

When I am facing a difficult situation, when I feel sad, or when I need to be reminded that I am not alone, I allow the prayers of my universal family to channel into my heart and soul.

Praying for others is one of the most powerful ways to love one another. I am blessed to be part of the family of God.

Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.--Matthew 21:22

Let Go Let God with Love

I open my heart to the all-powerful love of God.

The love of God is a powerful force for good. Divine love mends differences, creates joy and opens hearts and lives to unlimited blessings.

Love is the foundation of all unity. Where love is, there can be no differences, separation or inharmony. Divine love allows us to hold to the truth that only good is at work and that only good prevails.

Love is "the fulfilling of the law," the assurance that there is something greater to experience, something more to enjoy. Love is magnetic. It draws to itself every good thing.

I am developing a love consciousness. I feel divine love at work within me now, causing me to see myself and others in the right light, the light of love.

Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore, love is the fulfilling of the law.--Romans 13:10

Let Go Let God in Stream of Life

I am in the stream of Life.

If it feels like my life is moving so fast I do not have the time or energy to accomplish all I want, I remember that I am in the divine stream of Life. It is the stream in which I live and move and have my being. It flows from God in and through me.

Being in the stream of Life, I have access to the power of God. I accept God as the life energy in my body, expressed in every atom and every part of me. I am revitalized and energized.

Being in the stream of Life, I also have access to the substance of God. God-substance flows through me as plenty to meet every need. I affirm that divine substance enriches and prospers every aspect of my life.

All life, power, energy and substance flow from God as the stream of Life within me.

The river of God is full of water.--Psalm 65:9

Let Go Let God in Hallowed Moments

In hallowed moments, I am one with the Divine.

Often we are separated from objects considered too valuable to touch--artwork, sculpture, relics from antiquity--but communing with the truly sacred is an experience of touching the Divine.

I close my eyes, take a gentle breath and leave the clutter and clatter behind. I remember a holy moment full of love and oneness. I rest in the quiet chapel of my mind and heart.

In the stillness I feel the presence of pure Love. Enfolded in this Love, my heart opens ever wider until there is no "me and Love," there is only "Love." Time stops and I am ageless. I am Love and every possibility of Love. I rest in this hallowed moment until a thought stirs me back into the world.

O Lord, I love the house in which you dwell, and the place where your glory abides. --Psalm 26:8

Let Go Let God Forgive

I live in full awareness of the presence of God.

In truth I know I am one with God, that I live and move and have my being in God. If I feel separated from this ever-present goodness and love, I examine my thoughts and feelings for resentments that may have become a burden, a barrier to freedom.

I ask the Holy Spirit within me to reveal what needs to be revealed, forgiven and released. I affirm my intention to forgive and ask for God's help: Dear God, I am willing to release feelings of hurt and anger and to live in full awareness of your presence.

Forgiving myself and others frees me to experience ongoing spiritual growth and fullness of life. Maintaining a consciousness of forgiveness, I strive to see everyone as a part of me and as a child of God.

Therefore I do my best always to have a clear conscience toward God and all people.--Acts 24:16

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

I give expression to the creative, healing power of Divine Love.

A heart capable of sadness is one capable of understanding and love. We find our way out of the emotional depths by giving expression to the creative, healing activity of divine love within.

There are many ways to turn sadness into creative activity--doing something helpful for another person, writing a poem, painting a picture, or giving time and effort to a worthy cause. By contributing something constructive to life, we sublimate our sadness and find peace in our hearts.

Often when we are stirred to great depths of feeling and emotion, we find that we are capable of greater understanding, that we are in tune with the heart of humanity.

I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow. --Jeremiah 31:13

Let Go Let God Live Life

I am filled with life, sweet life.

Life is an endless circle within God. From before birth to beyond the transition called death, I am filled with life. My soul wears this earthly garment I call my body, which I cherish and care for. When I finally lay it down, my soul continues to live, always in God's care and keeping.
During this life experience, I live fully and confidently, knowing that the life of God animates my body and the wisdom of God flows through my mind. I use my mind, my hands, my voice and my heart to express life, to express God.
I behold the sweetness of life within and all around me. I delight in the tiniest delicate flower and the tallest majestic mountain. I am one with all life and one with the Creator.

Whoever believes in him may have eternal life.--John 3:15

Let Go Let God Find Inner Peace

I abide in deep peace, and Christ is born in me.

As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus this Christmas season, we begin by making room for the Christ Spirit to be born anew in our own hearts. Jesus set the example for all humankind. He was not born into a world of peace, but rather, he brought his peace to the world.

As God's beloved child, I need not wait for the world around me to be peaceful before opening my heart and giving birth to the peace of God in me. Giving glory to God, I quiet my thoughts. In a moment of silent praise, I am filled with the peaceful Christ Presence. The Prince of Peace finds a home in my own heart. As I abide in deepest peace, heaven is established on earth, and Christ is born in me.

Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you."--John 20:21

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

I behold the Christ in each person for whom I pray.

I begin my prayer for others by centering myself in the peace of God. From a consciousness of faith and peace of mind, I affirm: God is your help in every need.
As I pray for my dear ones, I hold an image of them in my mind that affirms the radiance of their being as a beloved child of God. If they are experiencing a health challenge, I behold them whole and well, functioning perfectly and enjoying life. If their need is financial, I envision them abundantly blessed, in the flow of God's good, with every need being met. If they are at a crossroads, I affirm they are being divinely guided along the path that is right for them.
With a faithful heart, I pray for others.

I pray that ... he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit.--Ephesians 3:16

Let Go Let God BE Carefree

I am carefree and joyful.

From time to time I may feel burdened and wish I could be a child again--carefree, unencumbered and full of joy. But regardless of my age or circumstances, I have the power to choose my attitude toward life at this moment, and I choose to be joyful.
Every time I choose thoughts that uplift and actions that inspire, I am expressing the joy of Spirit. Every time I trust in God and let go of worry and concern, I am embracing the joy of Spirit.
Like a child, I am adventurous and free. I am passionate about life. I am alive, alert and carefree. As I fully engage the joy of Spirit within me, my life is uplifted and my excitement and exuberance bless the world.

Let the little children come to me; do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.--Mark 10:14

Let Go Let God Provide Healing

I radiate health in mind, body and spirit.

I may feel insignificant as I gaze at the vast expanse of a star-filled night or reflect upon the beauty and immensity of creation. But I, too, am a magnificently created expression of life. Each cell of my body is a universe of divine life and intelligence.
Although my well-being is enhanced by what I take into my body, healing is generated from the inside out. I turn within in prayer and meditation to affirm my health and wholeness at a cellular level. I cease all concern about what could be wrong with my body and affirm the renewal of vibrant life within me. As I hold a vision of myself radiant with life, I claim my true identity as a whole and healthy creation of God.

Then your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up quickly. --Isaiah 58:8

Let Go Let God Be Unlimited

In Spirit, I am unlimited.

Where Spirit is present, there is freedom--and Spirit is within me. The spirit of God enables me to face any challenge with wisdom, serenity and resolve. In Spirit, I am unlimited.

Jesus assured his followers they were capable of living an unlimited life. Just as God's spirit enables the birds of the air to find food and shelter, Spirit supports me as I live and create a happy and meaningful life.

A consciousness of freedom delivers me from all self-imposed restrictions. I am free to grow and to change. My potential for success is unlimited and my opportunities to serve others and express love and joy are endless.

Aware of the spirit of God ever-present within me, I am free and unlimited.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.--2 Corinthians 3:17

Let Go Let God on this Journey

I celebrate the journey of my life.

Life is a journey that continuously takes me from comfortable and familiar territory to the new and unexplored. At times in my life I may change jobs, build a family, move to a different home or city, travel around the world. Venturing into the unknown can feel frightening. I choose to embrace the adventure of exploring new possibilities. With every change and challenge, God is with me.

I may not be able to see around each bend--but I know I will be led to the right destination. I have the wisdom and understanding to navigate any speed bumps, detours or obstacles. I celebrate the wide-open grandeur of life as I travel with the Divine on my spectacular life journey.

When our days there were ended, we left and proceeded on our journey.--Acts 21:5

Let Go Let God with Hope

I hold hope in my heart.

Today I hold in my heart the hope for peace and abundance for the entire world. My hopes for myself and others include protection, guidance, wholeness and peace. In times of crisis, hope is the seed that has the potential to bear fruit.

I center my hope in the power and presence of God within each person. I see the potential for good in every situation. God is at work and order, peace, health and abundance are manifesting all around us.

My hope for world leaders is for mindful awareness of the good in all people; my hope for those with influence is for generosity; and my hope for those in need is to find their faith in the Divine within, allowing them to experience joy, peace and fulfillment.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace.--Romans 15:13

Let Go Let God Be Set Free

I forgive and experience lasting peace and freedom.

When I consider forgiving someone, my body may respond in various ways. I may feel a tightness in my chest from anger or resistance. Or I may sense a peaceful, inner knowing that I am ready to let my resentment go.

I choose today to be set free through the act of forgiveness. As I forgive, my body releases stress and strain. I open to receive God's peace and love as I release the burden of anger and hostility. Greater blessings await me, as I set aside condemning thoughts and attitudes. I am uplifted and my load is lightened.

I forgive myself and others, and love the people in my life unconditionally. I embrace a new way of thinking and living. Through forgiveness, I am set free!

For freedom Christ has set us free.--Galatians 5:1

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

God's light shines steadily within me.

Some experiences in our lives may seem difficult to handle. Our way appears dark, and we reach out for greater strength to sustain us. How wonderful it is to know that God's infinite love ever enfolds and upholds us to bring us true peace and serenity.

In challenging times, I affirm: God's light shines steadily within me. The light of God dispels all darkness and illumines my mind and heart. Nothing can separate me from the light and love of God. I am comforted in God's presence. I am uplifted, sustained and strengthened. I am fully supported and my needs are met. The love and light of God are my comfort always.

I have come as light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in the darkness.--John 12:46

Let Go Let God with Gratitude

Divine Love blesses and multiplies all that I have, all that I give and all that I receive.

My heart is filled with thankfulness for the continuous flow of God's good. And while I earnestly give thanks for specific things, occurrences and people, I also maintain a grateful state of mind regardless of outer circumstances.

I appreciate the world in which I live, its wonder and its opportunity. I grow in understanding as I experience all that life holds. The Christ Presence within me is my resource for living each day fully and confidently. It is the original blessing and the underlying foundation for a grateful heart.

My prayer is one of simple thanksgiving. As the great Christian mystic Meister Eckhart once said, "If the only prayer you ever say is 'thank you,' that would suffice."

Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!--2 Corinthians 9:15

Let Go Let God be Gracious

I welcome all with a loving heart.

During Jesus' ministry, he ate and stayed with many people at their homes. I reflect on the qualities of a gracious host and wonder what it might have been like to welcome such a loving teacher into my home.

To a gracious host, a guest is never an imposition, because the heart is always open and welcoming. I receive my guests warmly with appreciation and interest. I freely share what is mine to give.

I value each person who is invited into my home. Every visit is an opportunity to connect with others, and I am grateful. My life is transformed by the love of the Christ activated in each gracious gesture.

"Zacchaeus, hurry and come down; for I must stay at your house today." So he hurried down and was happy to welcome him.--Luke 19:5-6

Let Go, Let God

I let Spirit guide me.

Today I vow to try something new. I let Spirit take the reins of my life and show me the way to go. Centering myself in the spirit of God within me, I ask, "What is mine to do?" I listen to the wisdom that comes to my heart and mind. This is the still small voice of Spirit. I trust the wisdom I receive, take action and do what feels right and good.

At the end of the day, I reflect with gratitude on the insight I received. How were my actions different today? How does it feel to trust in Spirit's inner wisdom?

More and more, I let go of my need to control. I open myself to God and ask for more answers. I listen and take action. I let Spirit guide me in all I do.

Let the Lord your God show us where we should go and what we should do.--Jeremiah 42:3

Let Go Let God Guide Family

My family is a blessing to me.

My family is a unique, living organism that can be a place of great belonging. It may be happy and harmonious or it may be challenging. Whatever the current dynamic, I remain open and willing to love unconditionally.

The presence of God is at the heart of our household. If there is disharmony or strife, I bring my concerns to prayer. I acknowledge my role and call upon divine wisdom to guide me. I act in wise ways with love and understanding.

Even when I do not understand everyone's actions or attitudes, I can see my family members as children of God, expressions of God's love. When I take on this awareness, I feel our connection with one another expand.

I will be the God of all the families.--Jeremiah 31:1

Let Go Let God Realize Divine Order

My inspired ideas grow to fruition in divine order.

Each year as our planet travels around the sun, the changing seasons bring an orderly process of renewal and growth. A farmer doesn't plant seeds in the frozen winter ground, but rather, recognizes and works in harmony with the order of God's creation.

Likewise, there is an orderly process of creation in my life. In the silence, I open to inspiration and seeds of divine ideas are planted in me. I take inspired action, sowing my ideas and patiently awaiting their growth. In their season, my ideas spring into manifestation and I feel the joy of co-creation. Just as a farmer trusts in order when planting seeds, I hold to my faith and watch as my inspired ideas grow to fruition in divine order.

On the mountain height of Israel I will plant it, in order that it may produce boughs and bear fruit, and become a noble cedar.--Ezekiel 17:23

Let Go Let God Value World Peace

I contribute to a world where peace prevails.

Because I value peace, I release my attachment to how others should be or act. I have faith in Divine Love moving in and through me to guide my relationships. I am at peace within and I share that peace by loving those around me. As love ripples from me into the world, more people than I can possibly imagine are affected.

In 1971 John Lennon wrote "Imagine," a song that expressed his dream of world peace: Imagine all the people / Living life in peace ... You may say I'm a dreamer / But I'm not the only one / I hope someday you'll join us / And the world will be as one.

I join in holding this vision of peace for the world, because I have experienced the peace of God within me.

Let us then pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.--Romans 14:19

Let Go Let God in Faith

I choose to live by faith.

I understand many things in life intellectually or because my senses prove them to be true. Other things I know intuitively, but cannot prove; I accept them on faith. When I plant seeds, I have faith they will produce the desired fruit, flower or vegetable. When I am confused about the direction of my life, I have faith that the wisdom of God is my guiding principle, leading me along the path toward my highest good.

I have faith that I am one with God and that wherever I am, whatever I am doing, my center is the Divine within--a center of love, peace and harmony. I choose to live by faith, and I am calm, confident and at peace.

For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, "Move from here to there," and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.--Matthew 17:20

Let Go Let God Be Protected

The spirit of God goes before me, making safe and successful my way.

Closing my eyes and thinking of a loved one can bring a smile to my face and peace to my soul. The opposite is also true: When I worry, I may feel physical or emotional discomfort. Choosing to experience the joy of life, I keep my thoughts positive and uplifted. Whether driving down the road or standing in line, getting a physical exam or interviewing for a job, I keep my mind free of anxiety and fear. I affirm what is true: The spirit of God goes before me, making safe and successful my way.

My life-affirming attitude allows me to experience the good in each moment. I live in the present and accept it with gratitude. I have confidence knowing I am always in God's presence.

You will have confidence, because there is hope; you will be protected.--Job 11:18

Let Go Let God with Acceptance

I accept and bless myself and others.

I accept myself as well. I do not judge harshly my past mistakes or perceived short-comings. I give myself the freedom to make mistakes, to have a unique point of view and to continue to learn and grow as a spiritual being. By accepting myself and others, I embrace differences and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual.
Acceptance is a powerful word, for it implies a willingness to listen and be open. Acceptance does not necessarily mean that I adopt another's point of view; it means I accept the right of another to have views different from my own. I accept people of different faiths, cultures and lifestyles. Each person is a child of God--divinely created and divinely guided.

Do not judge, so that you may not be judged.--Matthew 7:1

Let Go Let God Be Empowered

I have easy access to the power of the Divine within me.

There is one true Source of power, wisdom and love in my life. I may call it God, Spirit, Creator or the Divine Infinite. It empowers me through varied channels--words of Scripture, affirmations of Truth, the lyrics of an inspiring song, encouragement from a friend or teacher.

Every change I move through and every insight I receive gives me a renewed sense of the divine power that is mine to claim and use in my life. I am empowered when I overcome challenges, when I serve others and when I keep my commitments. I pay attention to the moments I feel empowered and discover I have easy and ever-present access to the power of the Divine within me.

To you, O God of my ancestors, I give thanks and praise, for you have given me wisdom and power.--Daniel 2:23

Let Go Let God Provide Healing

With gratitude, I accept health and wholeness.

I have been given a great gift–the gift of my physical body. It is the housing for my spirit and my soul. I demonstrate gratitude for this gift by treating my body with love and respect.

When I am tempted to fall into habits or ways of being that don’t support my highest good, I call myself higher. I listen to the wisdom of my body temple and respond to the messages I hear. My inner voice guides me to make life-affirming choices.

I think and speak in positive, uplifting ways. I envision myself healthy and whole. Each cell of my body responds to my loving, peaceful thoughts. With gratitude, I welcome and accept healing and wholeness.

Peace, peace, to the far and the near, says the Lord; and I will heal them. –Isaiah 57:19

Let Go Let God on the Sabbath

In the presence of God, I am renewed.

Squeezing one more task, errand or responsibility into a day can leave me so focused on "doing" that I seem to do nothing well. This is my wake-up call--a realization that by doing more and more things, I am neglecting my own spirituality.

Observing a Sabbath, I take time away from rushing to be alone with God or to gather with others in worship. The Sabbath is about being fully in the presence of God and recharging my spiritual battery. Physical renewal springs forth when I make time for the renewal of my spirit. I am refreshed by a wellspring of divine energy and life.

As I put God first, all else falls into place. My "doing" takes on new meaning and purpose, because I know my oneness with God.

Remember the sabbath day, and keep it holy.--Exodus 20:8

Let Go Let God Express Uniqueness

I am blessed on my life's path and guided to right outcomes.

The path I walk may have been cleared by others who have traveled before me, but it is new to me and uniquely my own. Every footstep, action and decision I make leaves its own special mark.

As I move through my life, I am continually aware of the presence of God within and around me--guiding me to my unique destination and outcome. I work in tandem with God to be a divine expression in my own way.

I appreciate the unique qualities that every person has to share with the world. We all have journeys to travel, individual and collective contributions to make, and one-of-a-kind purposes to fulfill. The spirit of God within guides us forward in truth and love.

Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love for one another, a tender heart, and a humble mind.--1 Peter 3:8

Let Go Let God in Service

With admiration, I honor those who serve others.

In silent tribute, I pause and remember those who, in service to humankind, have sacrificed their lives. I pray for goodwill among people and peace on earth as a lasting tribute to their sacrifice.

To those who have answered the call to serve, I say, "Thank you." I appreciate your sacrifice and accomplishments. I am grateful for your strength, courage and perseverance in the face of great challenge. I respect your dedication. I honor you today and offer this prayer: May the light of God surround all who are serving or have served this country. May Divine Love enfold them; Divine Power protect them; and may the presence of God watch over them now and always. Amen.
Pay to all what is due them, ... respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.--Romans 13:7

Let Go Let God Find Inner Peace

In the silence, I find Peace

My peaceful place is not a room or a spot on the map. My peaceful place is a state of consciousness. The moment I turn my attention away from the outer world, I begin my journey into the Silence.
With eyes closed, my heart knows the way. The rhythm of my breath carries me as if I were lying in a gently rocking boat. Troubled thoughts, fears and concerns fall away as I move deeper. I go within and rest from the cares and busyness of my day. I am a spiritual being; I am God's peace in expression.
When I resume my usual activities, I remain centered in inner peace. My words are kinder. I am slow to anger and patient with myself and others. I am at peace.
Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people. --Psalm 85:8

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

I behold unlimited possibilities, and my prosperity grows.

Some may struggle over these words from the Gospel of Matthew: "To all those who have, more will be given." Seeking a greater understanding of the principle at work, I see that whatever I put my energy into grows. When I focus on lack, lack grows. When I appreciate abundant prosperity, mine or another's, more is given to me.

I look to nature for evidence of God's limitless riches, wisdom and knowledge. In season, apple trees hang heavy with fruit. Mighty oaks cover the forest floor with acorns. I, too, am a prosperous creation of God, filled with divine ideas. Using the power of divine wisdom, I shift my focus from financial limitation to unlimited possibility. I appreciate every good thing, and I attract more good into my life.

For to all those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance.--Matthew 25:29
