Let Go Let God in Grace

My senses are alive with the awareness of God's grace.

God's grace is all around me. I see it in the smiles of people I meet. I hear it in the laughter of children. My senses are alive with an awareness of God's grace. I feel it in the touch of a loved one and taste it in the food that nourishes my body. I catch the scent of God's grace on the autumn breeze. The moments of my life are filled with goodness.
The free and unlimited grace of God blesses me in every way. It is my safety net, my promise of abundance, my present joy, and my hope for a fulfilling future. Grateful for the unconditional, unlimited grace of God, I share God's love with my family, friends and neighbors. The eternal presence of God permeates my life, and all is well.

From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.--John 1:16

Let Go Let God with Introspection

I look within and find truth.

In the business world, companies often take inventory, looking at their business practices that may or may not have worked. This is a learning tool to help them be more successful and make positive changes.
I can take inventory in my personal life as well. Envisioning what I want to accomplish and taking an honest look at my current practices, I find ways to be even more successful.
Do I pray? Do I tend to be self-critical? Am I carrying the burden of resentment? I look within and pray for guidance about the next steps I should take. The power of God within me is mighty. My personal inventory helps me use God's power to learn, grow and experience life more fully.

The power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine.--Ephesians 3:20

Let Go Let God as I Pray for Others

I affirm the highest and best outcome for all.

My heart is filled with love as I pray for my family and friends and as I pray for those whose lives may be culturally different from my own. Whether I know someone personally or not, I am filled with compassion as I pray for anyone facing a difficult life situation.
Rather than focus my attention on external impressions, I center my prayers on the powerful presence of God within each person. I affirm that everyone has within them the goodness of God's love and the guidance of divine wisdom and good judgment.
I gratefully acknowledge that divine direction and support are available to everyone. I pray and affirm the highest and best outcome for all.

In our prayers for you we always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.--Colossians 1:3

Let Go Let God with Faith

My life is transformed by my unwavering faith in God.

Sometimes I feel like a mountain climber scaling a ridge without the proper tools. Although I may reach the summit, my journey would be easier if I used all the resources available to me.
Likewise, when I close myself off from the wisdom and power of God, life can be a struggle. When my way seems unclear, I pray. Divine wisdom is revealed within as I open to it. My life is transformed as I hold to an unshakable faith in my God-given abilities. Faith opens the way for God to work in and through me. With faith, all things are possible. No matter what is happening externally, God is with and within me. God is my wisdom, my courage and my strength.

No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God.--Romans 4:20

Let Go Let God be the Christ Within

Christ in me is mightier than any circumstance in my life.

Christ in me is the wisdom, faith and courage that meet every challenge successfully. Christ in me is love, understanding and goodwill that give me patience and graciousness at all times. Christ in me is the peace, joy and light that manifest themselves as true happiness and enable me to share happiness with others. Christ is overcoming power.

I do not consider myself a victim of circumstance. I share the conviction of the poet William Ernest Henley: "I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.'' The presence of God--the same triumphant, undefeatable Spirit that was in Jesus--is in me. God is manifest in me as my Christ self, the reality within me that has never changed, never been hurt or defeated.
But you are not in the flesh; you are in the Spirit, since the Spirit of God dwells in you.--Romans 8:9

Let Go Let God Be Cheerful

I choose to be cheerful.

The dawning of a new day fills me with the hope of infinite possibilities. As I begin each morning, I feel my oneness with God, with nature and with all life.
There is much to appreciate as I spend a few moments in gratitude: the people and animals I love, the things that bring me comfort, the shelter of my home, the fulfillment of my work and activities. The more gratitude I express, the better I feel. My heart fills with gladness and a smile crosses my face. I am cheerful, encouraging and kind. I look for and find the good in all circumstances, even the challenges. I see the deeper meaning in my life.
My cheerful attitude and grateful heart lead me to joy and peace.

A cheerful heart is a good medicine.--Proverbs 17:22

Let Go Let God Give in Prosperity

I give generously and receive abundantly.

God is the great divine energy present everywhere. As a creation of God, I am immersed in and part of that energy. It is in giving generously and receiving fully that I connect with the God-energy in me. When I act thoughtfully towards another, I receive thoughtfulness in return. As I give love to others, I feel more fully loved. As I circulate my financial resources with joy and gratitude, I find that my life is richly blessed with experiences and sustenance that bring me even greater joy.
I give thanks for friends and loved ones, for joyful activities and for all the good that life offers. I give generously, receive abundantly and my life is truly blessed.

But strive first for the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.--Matthew 6:33

Let Go Let God Grow in Transition

I continue to evolve in spiritual understanding.

Change is inevitable. Day becomes night. People and circumstances come and go. As things change, I can choose to accept, to adapt, to appreciate, but most of all, I can choose to learn and grow.
Nature shows us that we die to the old and are reborn in the new. We see leaves turning color each autumn, dropping from tree branches, followed by new growth each springtime. Just as in nature, we must let go of what was in order to grow anew.
I am always in a state of becoming. I embrace change as it allows me to become all I am meant to be. As I move through transitions and evolve in spiritual understanding, I release the past and welcome the fullness of the glorious present, in whatever form it takes.

I die every day! That is as certain, brothers and sisters, as my boasting of you.--1 Corinthians 15:31

Let Go Let God Provides Enough

This moment I awaken and know … I am whole and free!

As I check the clock throughout the day, I may feel hurried or inadequate as time seems to slip away. And yet, in a single moment, I can pause and remember that I am created in God's image and likeness. In that moment, I feel the unconditional love of God and am spared from tension and self-judgment.
Why would I wait one moment longer to free my mind of error thoughts and beliefs? Thoughts of lack or inadequacy are merely figments of my imagination. I awaken now and acknowledge this truth: I have enough and I am enough. I am inspired and ready to do that which God within has called me to do. Moment by moment, I awaken to the truth that I am whole and free!

You know what time it is, how it is now the moment for you to wake from sleep.--Romans 13:11

Let Go Let God Create World Peace

Today I speak only words of peace.

Words are powerful tools for building a world of peace. A good carpenter maintains his tools and chooses his materials with care. As I seek to contribute to a world of peace, I maintain inner peace and choose my words with care.
If my thoughts have become as troubled as the challenging conditions around me, I pause and take a gentle breath. In that moment, I align my thoughts with Jesus' teachings. I let Spirit guide me in choosing words that call forth the potential peace waiting to unfold in each situation. Casting aside thoughts and words of anger, hurt or revenge, I allow my words to honor the Divine in each of us as together we create a world of peace.

Now, discipline always seems painful rather than pleasant at the time, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.--Hebrews 12:11

Let Go Let God Be Protected

My faith in God protects me.

I may feel nervous when I believe I am unsafe, uncared for or unable to do what I am called to do. Yet there is only One Power in my life and in the Universe, God the good. That power is available to me and through me as the Christ of my being. Infinite abundance, wisdom, love and peace are mine as an heir to God's kingdom.
If fear arises, I remember my relationship with God. I am loved by a perfect Love; guided by wisdom that was here before time; strengthened by the One Power. With God, there is no challenge I cannot overcome. One day at a time, one step at a time, I move beyond the limits of fearful thinking. My faith in God protects me.

In God, whose word I praise …in God I trust; I am not afraid.--Psalm 56:10, 11

Let Go Let God Provide Guidance

Spirit leads me on a level path to my highest good.

When life seems to be an uphill battle, I pause, rest and seek inner guidance. On every mile of my journey, over rocky hills or through lush green valleys, Spirit is with me and within me. While I may only be able to see a few steps ahead, Spirit has the greater perspective and knows the way. Indeed, the Spirit of God knows what I need before I even ask.
Once I have made the decision to move forward, I begin to look beyond the roadblocks and notice the divine detours. If an obstacle persists, I stop and give thanks for the solution that is already unfolding. I open myself to inspiration and inner guidance. I walk a level path to my highest good.

Let your good spirit lead me on a level path.--Psalm 143:10

Let Go Let God Guide Spiritual Practice

I am grateful for my spiritual practice.

My spiritual practice is a journey, not a destination. Sometimes I put pressure on myself to be the perfect expression of God. I imagine I must meditate in a specific manner, pray in a certain way, or connect with Spirit using one technique or another. I tell myself I must be a perfect spiritual student and role model at all times.
No wonder I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders! When I pause in the silence, I realize this is a spiritual practice and I am a work in progress. Each day I set the intention to be my personal best and then I take authentic action. If I misstep, I simply forgive myself and begin again. I practice being an expression of God in my own, unique, perfectly imperfect way.

Put these things into practice, devote yourself to them, so that all may see your progress.--1 Timothy 4:15

Let Go Let God in Wholeness

My body responds with health and wholeness to my faith and prayers.

Everywhere I turn, I am encouraged to try this activity or that product to become healthy. It can be confusing. Yet when I realize what is already mine as a child of God, any confusion about my well-being falls away. I am whole just as I am.
I accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative in my life--but I don't stop there. I also pray. I attune my thoughts to my true nature as an expression of God. On the days I am feeling my best, and the days when I am not, I affirm my health and wholeness.
My prayers and affirmations are not limited to special times of worship. They are continuous--a vital, spiritual foundation that supports me in living a full and fulfilling life.

When we cry, "Abba! Father!" it is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God.--Romans 8:15-16

Let Go Let God be Free

I release what does not serve me and freely claim my good.

I am free to choose where to focus my attention. If I am worried or afraid, I may be tempted to blame others. In challenging times, I can choose to retain or release negative feelings that weigh me down.
Jesus taught that I am to love God and my neighbor as myself. I embody this teaching when I freely treat myself and others with love and gratitude.
I nurture myself as a unique expression of the Divine. I am grateful for the people and circumstances in my life. In prayer and contemplation, I release any fear or anger, and I connect with the peace and goodness of God. I am free to live a loving, peaceful life.

Out of my distress I called on the Lord;the Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.--Psalm 118:5

Let Go Let God Show the Open Door

My mind and heart are open to unlimited possibilities.

An open door is an invitation to the unknown. When I am window-shopping, an open door invites me to enter a shop and browse. I cannot know what awaits me until I walk through that door.
Life presents many open doors, so I keep my mind and heart open to possibilities. A casual conversation may pave the way to a new job. Reading a magazine may give me an idea for a new hobby or inspire vacation plans. Exploring the possibilities, I find that many doors open to good.
I view each open door as an opportunity to grow spiritually, intellectually and emotionally. I know that good awaits me, and I am eager to discover it. I look forward to seeing open doors wherever I go.

Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened.--Luke 11:9

Let Go Let God Provide Healing

I am whole and well through the healing power of God within me.

I have the spark of divinity within me. It is a healing light that infuses every cell, tissue and organ of my body temple. Just as a spark ignites a candle flame illuminating a room, the spark of divinity ignites a healing power that knows no bounds. It is active, vital and powerful, working within me at all times. It is part of who I am.
I can facilitate healing by seeing myself as whole and well. I picture divine healing power filling me and strengthening me in mind, body and spirit. I breathe deeply, cleansing my body of toxins and filling my mind with life-affirming thoughts. As I do these things and more, I become attuned to the healing light of God that is continually renewing and revitalizing me.

Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.--John 8:12

Let Go Let God Live in Harmony

The Christ in me greets the Christ in others.

If ever I become mired in a disagreement with another person, I set differences aside for a moment and remember a powerful truth, one that re-establishes harmony: We are both sacred beings.
The Christ of our beings is a sacred center from which words and actions of love and caring naturally flow. We can live and work in harmony as we behold the Christ in each other. Giving expression to the Christ, we are being true to our sacred nature.
We may still agree to disagree on some things, but we do so with respect for our unique beliefs and passions in life. The sacredness at the center of us unites us no matter what is going on.

How great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.--Colossians 1:27

Let Go Let God Bless the Children

I bless children with my thoughts and prayers.

As children return to school, I bless them and pray for them to have a positive, enriching experience. I see them waiting for the school bus, anticipating a new school day, and I affirm it will be a good one.
They are ready to learn about the world, other people and themselves. Their minds and hearts are open. I envision each child discovering new skills, enhancing their natural talents, and putting new knowledge to use.
Seeing the children excited about their day stirs a new enthusiasm in me. As a lifelong learner, I look for and find a divine connection in the people and circumstances I encounter. My thoughts and prayers bless each child as they are a blessing to the world.

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs."--Matthew 19:14

Let Go Let God Have Courage

God is my strength and courage.

Courage is the hallmark of a strong and valiant spirit. It distinguishes men and women in every field of human endeavor. It may glow like a steady flame day in and day out, recognized by everyone, or it may suddenly shine brightly like a brilliant star that had previously gone unnoticed.
Firefighters, police and other public servants show great courage every day. They may feel fearful at times, but they overcome their fear and act with bravery and assurance when others are in need.
I give thanks for these heroes, past and present, who courageously performed their duties at great personal risk. I know that God is with them, now and always, just as God is with me and within me.

Then an angel from heaven appeared to him and gave him strength.--Luke 22:43

Let Go Let God and Forgive

I free my spirit by forgiving.

My desire to move forward in areas where I have felt held back is an indication that I yearn for freedom to fully express myself and to grow in spiritual understanding.
To free my spirit, I pay attention to inner nudges that reveal the thoughts, feelings and beliefs I am ready to release. I make a commitment to clean my inner house and begin to clear that which no longer serves me.
I am gentle with myself, and I ask for God's support. God's grace lifts me up and urges me onward. I forgive myself, forgive others and forgive any grudges I have held toward God. My heart knows God does not judge me--only loves me. With every act of forgiveness, I am liberated.

Therefore I do my best always to have a clear conscience toward God and all people.--Acts 24:16

Let Go Let God Find Inner Peace

In the silence, I touch the presence of God within and find perfect peace.

At times I may feel spiritually disconnected. Although I know this is not the truth of my being, I may be struggling to find my peace. If so, I become aware of any inner turmoil and accept it as part of my journey. I allow the presence of God to enter into my awareness in prayer.
In the silence, I reconnect with God within. I am at one with my higher power, and I feel peace washing over me. These quiet moments help me "plug in" and feel the presence of God in profound ways.
Once I have recharged and rediscovered God's peace within me, I am ready to bring that peace into my daily life. I think, speak and act in ways that radiate peace.

Now, O my God, let your eyes be open and your ears attentive to prayer from this place.--2 Chronicles 6:40

Let Go Let Godon this World Day of Prayer

We are channels through which Spirit illumines the world.

Lighthouses are positioned so their light will reach the greatest distance and provide the clearest guidance. Similarly, each of us is positioned to be a brilliant beacon of the One Light, right where we are.
Spirit guides us to share love, to support one another, and to dispel the darkness of fear and separation. We stand confidently and express the light of Spirit, touching the hearts and minds of those around us. Knowing the power of Spirit to heal the world, we let our lights shine through our prayers, words and actions. In every language, in every land, the good news of peace and love and abundance is being shared. We are channels through which Spirit illumines the world.

No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.--Matthew 5:15

Let Go Let God with Joy

Joy is my way of life.

As I awaken in the morning, in the first few moments of awareness, I choose joy. The source of joy lies within my understanding that God and I are one. Deep within me are the seeds of peace and happiness waiting to be nurtured and to blossom.
Gratitude cultivates joy. I give thanks for the blessings in my life and appreciate each person and animal who is sharing this journey with me. I acknowledge my experiences with a calm assurance that life is good.
Positive actions evoke joy. Being friendly and encouraging toward others is one way I nurture the joy within me. Today I live complete in my joy, and tomorrow I will again awaken ready to fully express the joy within.

My soul is satisfied as with a rich feast, and my mouth praises you with joyful lips.--Psalm 63:5

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

I am comforted in the presence of God.

Fear and anxiety can create in me a kind of spiritual amnesia. I might fear that I have been abandoned or believe I must do everything by myself.
To counteract these feelings, I gently redirect myself and remember that I am never alone, because wherever I am, God is. God is a living, loving presence, with me at all times and in all places. Right here, right now, I am one with Spirit.
No matter the situation, I am comforted as I relax, breathe and connect with the presence of God within me. I feel this Presence in my heartbeat, in my breath and throughout my body. As I am calmed, I feel the blessing of God filling my body, mind and soul.

Then Jacob woke from his sleep and said, "Surely the Lord is in this place--and I did not know it!"--Genesis 28:16

Let Go Let God be a Work Blessing

I bless myself and others through my work.

Through my work, creative activity and successful achievement, I am a channel through which the tireless energy of the Infinite finds expression. Whether I work in an office, factory, shop, home or elsewhere, God's spirit works through me. With every task, I am providing an outlet for the creative ability of the indwelling Spirit.
Should I ever be distressed or overwhelmed by my occupation or activities, I stop and breathe into the spirit of God within me. I affirm: It is not I who does the work; it is God who works through me.
Whatever I do in life, I see it as a blessing. Through the spirit of God, my work engages me with life, connects me with others and reveals my divine nature.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do with your might. --Ecclesiastes 9:10

Let Go Let God and I Am

In truth, I AM Spirit.

I know the I AM in me is Spirit, that it is always wise, always well, always rich. So I give up the habit of saying, "I am foolish; I am sick; I am in need." I realize the I AM in me is the I AM of infinite being. It is that within me which is eternal, enduring and constant. It is that within me which knows no change or defeat.
When I say, "I AM," I am not speaking of the personal; I am realizing the presence of Spirit. From the depths of my being comes the voice, "I AM." I recognize it as the voice of Spirit proclaiming the presence of peace, wisdom, love and life. In Truth I am not doubtful or weak, I AM Spirit and have been Spirit throughout all generations. The I AM in me is the presence of God.

Jesus said to them, "Very truly, I tell you, before Abraham was, I am."--John 8:58

Let Go Let God Provide Divine Order

I am in the flow of divine order.

Order is also active in my life. I am inspired with ideas that follow an orderly path toward fulfillment. I give my ideas time to develop, nourish them with thought and consideration, and then take constructive action. I seek God's guidance and align my efforts with the divine order of the creative process. I experience a divinely ordered flow as I grow in spiritual understanding.
Nature reminds me that there is a season for everything. Bright red or yellow apples began as a compact bud of potential, unfolded into a beautiful springtime blossom, and then matured into a luscious and nutritious fruit ready for harvest. Each stage of the apple's development was orderly and essential for fulfillment.

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.--Ecclesiastes 3:1

Let Go Let God

Spirit provides me with all I need.

If I have been worrying, I choose a new path today. Worrying is not helpful. It only heightens my anxiety. I choose, instead, to experience the peace, love and guidance of the indwelling Spirit.
I still my busy mind and breathe deeply and fully. I let go, let God and trust. Letting go is a demonstration of my faith that God is active in my life and Spirit is providing me with all I need in the right and perfect time.
I often try to control what happens in my life; nevertheless, circumstances unfold sometimes in unexpected ways. While control may not always be mine, I can point myself in the direction I perceive to be highest and best, and trust God with the outcome.

He said to his disciples, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear."--Luke 12:22

Let Go Let God Enable Spiritual Gifts

I awaken to and express my spiritual gifts.

I am energized as I identify a calling in which to invest my time and talents. I feel the inner peace that comes from being aligned with my purpose.
The presence of God in me inspires me to express my spiritual gifts, and I am grateful. We are all channels through which God's work is done.

I am open to new ideas and alert to divine inspiration. I recognize God as the source of divine ideas as well as the source of my ability to act on these ideas. Many people use their spiritual gifts to contribute toward a higher good on earth. I seek to discern my own gifts, develop them and express them fully.
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit, … it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone.--1 Corinthians 12:4, 6
