Let Go Let God in Joy

I am a center of peace and joy.

Nature abounds with sights and sounds of joy: birds sing in the morning light, butterflies flit among blossoms, flowers nod their heads in the breeze. All remind me of the joy that lives in me.
I am a center of peace and joy. God within me is the ultimate song that plays through my heart and life. As I still my mind in prayer, I hear the song of the Divine and allow its melody to fill my being.
True joy is deeper than any sorrow, stronger than any disappointment. I trust this power within to help me overcome sorrow, anger or grief, to remind me that life is good. Each day I awaken to an awareness of God. I awaken to joy.
Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy. --Psalm 47:1

Let Go Let God In Harmony

Aligned with the Presence, I am in harmony with life.

Each musician in an orchestra tunes his or her instrument to a universally accepted pitch. During the tuning process, each musician listens carefully and makes the necessary adjustments. The jarring effect of dissonant sounds shifts to tranquility as all the instruments come into harmony.
To be in agreement and alignment with the Presence, I also need to make adjustments. I quiet my busy mind and release any chaotic or unsettled thoughts. I center on my heart space and listen carefully to the stillness of God's spirit within me. Heart and mind come into harmony with one another.
Present to this moment, I feel my heart rate slow, my breathing calm. I am in tune with my Higher Self, in peace and harmony.
Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus.--Philippians 2:5

Let Go Let God Trust in Understanding

I trust in divine outcomes.

When faced with uncertainty and disorder, my mind may search frantically for an answer, trying to understand what is occurring. Why did this happen? What am I to do now? How can I fix this? I might think: If only I could figure this out. I would solve the problem and eliminate the unknown.
Some situations, however, require spiritual understanding rather than logical reasoning. Seeing with spiritual eyes allows me to move through life without anxiety and without fear of the unknown. I seek to see my life from a higher perspective, confident in the activity of Spirit. My mind is at ease as I go within for understanding and trust what is revealed.
The meditation of my heart shall be understanding.--Psalm 49:3

Let Go Let God with Persistence

With God, all things are possible.

Great discoveries have been made by persons who kept trying after their initial efforts failed. They proved failure can be turned into success by just one more try.
No matter how difficult a problem may appear, I do not become discouraged. I am confident and persistent. I know I do not work alone. All things are possible with God, and the spirit of God is within me.
If I have fallen, I am lifted up. If I am lost, the spirit of God within me illumines my mind and shows me the path. I turn within and find new insight, strength and determination. I persist and watch as seeming failure turns into success.
So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.--Galatians 6:9

Let Go Let God Give Guidance

I am attuned to Spirit and act on the guidance I receive.

At certain times in my life, I may want to make detailed plans, and at others, I am more comfortable waiting to see what happens. In either case, divine guidance is available to me.
When I pray for guidance, the answer may be subtle or unmistakable. Direction may come as a whisper or it may seem like an opportunity has been dropped in my lap. However it manifests, I listen to Spirit and pay attention to my inner knowing.
Whether I am setting goals and outlining a plan, or simply setting an intention and observing what transpires, I hold to my faith. I take action, ask for help if I need it, and celebrate success with gratitude to God.
When you walk, they will lead you; when you lie down, they will watch over you. --Proverbs 6:22

Let Go Let God Provide Forgiveness

Forgiveness heals me.

Jesus modeled forgiveness when he reminded us to "love one another." If situations in my life seem unjust or I believe people have treated me unfairly, I remember Jesus' words and open to forgiveness. I see myself and others through eyes of love.
Forgiveness may seem difficult at times, but it is always a healing activity. As I forgive thoroughly, I am healed of anger and resentment that can harm my mind and body.
When I forgive another, I open the way for Spirit to bless me. Channels of love within me open up, and walls of bitterness break down. The healing love of the Christ rushes forth from the very heart of my being. I am free to move forward in peace.
Forgive, and render to all whose heart you know, according to all their ways, for only you know the human heart.--2 Chronicles 6:30

Let Go Let God in Strength

I am strong in body and mind.

The strength of God is present and active within my body and mind. God's vision for me is wholeness and vitality. I align my thoughts, feelings and beliefs with these truths and remove any barriers I may have built in fear. I open to the flow of divine energy and life that strengthens, sustains and heals me in body and mind.
Just as divine strength infuses my body, it also empowers me to use my mind constructively. In faith, I focus my thoughts on what I want to experience. If I find myself worrying, I gently set those worries aside and affirm I am strong in body and mind. I draw from the wellspring of divine strength within.
The Lord will guide you continually, ... and you shall be like a watered garden, ... like a spring of water, whose waters never fail. --Isaiah 58:11

Let Go Let God Navigate the Way

The spirit of God within me lovingly navigates my way.

A Global Positioning System (GPS) in one's car shows the way to new places, while a friendly, automated voice gives turn-by-turn instructions on how to get to a specific destination.
Similarly, we have an internal GPS which we can activate anytime to steer us on our spiritual journey. My internal guidance arises through intuitive prompts, gut instinct and an inner knowing that guides me where I need to be.
The voice that speaks to me is the still small voice within, which helps me navigate through any challenges. I listen for Spirit's cues when I am quiet and still, and I confidently follow the prompts to my highest good.
And when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left, your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."--Isaiah 30:21

Let Go Let God in Grace

I live fully in the grace of Spirit.

The spiritual leaders in Jesus' time believed that in order to earn favor with God, one must obey strict behavioral rules. By contrast, Jesus emphasized spiritual discipline that drew people closer to the kingdom of God within.
God within me is the flow of all good and the essence of all life. If I feel separation or experience lack, I know these are error thoughts, and I realign with the truth of my being.
In prayer, I connect with Spirit. I recognize the activity of grace everywhere. I co-create a full and meaningful life by giving generously and receiving joyfully. Abundance, wholeness, understanding, vibrancy, strength and peace are mine.
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.--John 4:24

Let Go, Let God

I let go, confident in the good God provides.

If I leave one job for a better one, or move into a more comfortable home, letting go of the old may feel easy. But it can be more difficult to let go when I am unsure about what is to come. Sometimes staying in an unsatisfying situation feels safer than stepping into the unknown.
When my spirit knows I need to let go, I do it with confidence that my good is being revealed. I release to God any concerns, situations or relationships that no longer serve me. Even when my future is uncertain, healing and growth are assured.
I am open to and cooperate with the guidance of Spirit even before the path ahead is clear. I release, let go and claim my divine potential.
Do not, therefore, abandon that confidence of yours; it brings a great reward.--Hebrews 10:35

Let Go Let God Provide Healing

Through the healing power of God, I experience my wholeness.

Health is my divine birthright. Making inner and outer adjustments in my mind, body and spirit, I reveal my innate wholeness. I am restored to perfection on every level.
In my mind's eye, I visualize disconnecting from any pent-up bitterness or disappointment that may be manifesting in my body as dis-ease or pain. I imagine the energy of these emotions being drained and replaced by pure healing light from the Divine within. This purifying energy stream flows through me, undiminished by any diagnosis or prognosis.
I am grateful for the healing taking place within me now. Every cell and system of my body responds positively to the healing power of God within me as I connect to wholeness.
But Jesus said, "Someone touched me; for I noticed that power had gone out from me."--Luke 8:46

Let Go Let God to His Bounty

Bountiful blessings echo through my words and manifest in my life.

The start of spring brings a sense of bounty as new life awakens from the drowsiness of winter. I cultivate a springtime consciousness of newness and abundance by calling forth the divine blessings available to me now.
As I focus on the Divine within--the source of all my good--bounty pours into my awareness as ideas and opportunities. Possibilities for order, health, wisdom, love and joy echo through my creative word and manifest in my life. Countless blessings of good fill the once-idle spaces of my life in energizing and delightful ways. I am sustained by the awareness of good supporting and renewing me now.
The Lord will open for you his rich storehouse, the heavens, ... to bless all your undertakings.--Deuteronomy 28:12

Let Go Let God in Serenity

I am an instrument of peace and serenity.

In the rush of everyday activities, peace and quiet may seem an elusive dream. So I begin each day with a time of prayer and meditation in which I enter the kingdom of God within.
In meditation, I mentally draw an image that reminds me of peace. It may be a quiet lake or the face of a loved one. I may recall the words of a favorite song or Scripture. Whatever I choose to visualize or focus on becomes a touchstone to which I can return any moment of the day.
My key to this sacred inner space, this center of serenity and love deep within, is a simple "Thank you, God." In appreciation, I realize the love that supports me. I realize God and I are one.
The effect of righteousness will be peace.--Isaiah 32:17

Let Go Let God Surrender All to Him

With positive expectation, I surrender to Spirit.
Some may think surrender means giving up, but surrender is giving over. I give over to God whatever is keeping me from being all I can be. I let go of resentment, worry and negative habits--ways of thinking and acting that drain my energy and potential.
As I give these thoughts and habits over to Spirit, they are no longer mine to carry. I feel the weight lifting off my shoulders, replaced by lightness of being, intense gratitude and positive expectation.
I now focus my mind on the power and presence of Spirit in me. I open to divine ideas and direction. I am one with God, and in that oneness I experience deep peace and faith.
Those who bring thanksgiving as their sacrifice honor me. --Psalm 50:23

Let Go Let God Provide Vision

I see the good in my life and in the world.

Today I embrace an expanded view of my life and my world. I am awakening to my divine potential, and I am aware of the abundance of good in my life. I see myself as a child of God, supported and guided, sustained and whole, vibrant and enthusiastic.
I envision the best for myself and for others. I intentionally behold the innate beauty in the faces and hearts of people around me. I value the unique expressions of divine life. I honor our differences while appreciating our oneness.
I enlarge my vision to include peace and prosperity for everyone. I open to a world of positive possibilities and expect the manifestation of all that is good.
They said to him, "Lord, let our eyes be opened."--Matthew 20:33

Let Go Let God Celebrate Everything

I celebrate today as a gift from God.

Celebrations are a wonderful part of life. They mark important occasions, milestones and turning points. They provide opportunities to honor the people I love. Every day can be a celebration, for every day is a gift from God.
How would I like to celebrate today? Would I like to spend time with family and friends? Would I like to pamper myself? Would I prefer celebrating in quiet solitude, allowing time for contemplation and prayer?
There is no other day like today. Today holds its own blessings for me, for it is a gift from God. I choose to celebrate this day with joy and enthusiasm. It is a divine blessing for me and others.
This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. --Psalm 118:24

Let Go Let God Lead to Success

The light of God leads me to success.

How do I measure success? Is it the balance in my bank account, the number of friends I have or the amount of things I own? These are material markers, but they do not reflect who I am.
The true measure of success is my ability to greet each day with a positive attitude and the assurance that I am in my right and perfect place. It is my willingness to allow the presence of God to guide me to right actions. It is my capacity to trust the power of God to sustain me.
As I let God's light shine on all I do, I cannot fail. Staying faithful to the powerful Presence within me, I move forward with confidence. This is my measure of success.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. --Psalm 119:105

Let Go Let God in Faith

I have faith in the goodness of God manifesting in my life right now.

Faith comes to us when we cease to think of external things as having power over us and realize that God--which is all power--brings good into manifestation through us. We increase our faith in God as we realize, in reality, there is only God. No other power exists.
I wake up in the morning in anticipation, looking forward to seeing the activity of Spirit in the day ahead. I have faith that the goodness of God is now being made manifest in, through and around me.
Approaching every situation from the standpoint of absolute faith in God, I find my worries and doubts short-lived. Faith brings answers to prayer, and visible and tangible evidence of the goodness of God.
Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.--Mark 11:24

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

This is a divine order day!

If I become frustrated from failing to complete a task or goal, I may feel like an "Out of Order" sign is flashing above my head. There is no need, however, to give in or give up. Instead, I take a God-moment to immerse myself in the divine order that is always present. I still my inner critic and affirm: I am in the presence of God, and God's presence is within me.
God is everywhere present. Divine order permeates all that I am, all that is. I realize my frustration was caused by my lack of God-awareness. Once I tune in to the presence of God, I experience the flow of divine order in my life. This day, and all others, is a divine order day!
"In him we live and move and have our being"; as even some of your own poets have said, "For we too are his offspring."--Acts 17:28

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

The love and peace of God comfort me.

When I am seeking comfort, I turn within and listen to what my heart tells me. It assures me God is with me, strengthening me. Peace washes over me, soothing my soul.
My heart is also comforted to know my loved ones are in God's care. Whether in the next room, a distant country or beyond the physical realm, they are enfolded in divine love. Although people dear to me may be beyond my sight, they are with me in spirit and never beyond the reach of my prayers. I am comforted knowing neither time, nor distance, nor physical separation can diminish our heart and soul connection. Divine love unites us now and always.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with all of you.--2 Thessalonians 3:16

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

I am enriched by the gifts of Spirit.

With gratitude, I consider what truly enriches me: my inner spirit, a gift from God that can never be taken away. No trend, circumstance, life change or even death can touch it. The gift of my divine spirit is beyond anything money, position or possessions may offer.
With God as my source of unlimited good, I am fulfilled. No matter what is happening in the outer world, I am centered within. When Truth guides my decisions, my spiritual nature shines forth. With wisdom and understanding, I pursue what brings out the best in me and others.
Eager to give and receive fully and freely from Spirit within me, I live with courage and conviction.
If you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit.--Galatians 6:8

Let Go Let God in Change

I move through change with ease.

Change seen as a new beginning is often welcomed, while change viewed as an ending is resisted. Yet every change holds both a beginning and an end. Our perspective and attitude determine which aspect we focus on.
I choose to manage the endings in my life with appreciation for all that has been, and to view the beginnings with an expectancy of good unfolding.
I release the idea that change must involve struggle. I trust God to provide all I need in each moment. My faith allows me to welcome change with open arms and move forward with ease and grace.
He has made everything suitable for its time; moreover he has put a sense of past and future into their minds, yet they cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.--Ecclesiastes 3:11

Let Go Let God in Appreciation

I appreciate the beauty of life.

Often I say "Thank you" automatically as a polite response for a gift or kindness. Yet at times, I may forget to be grateful for the higher gifts of Spirit. As I take a moment now to open my heart to divine life within and around me, I feel a profound appreciation.
The sparrow's song is not just beautiful; it is music in my life. The painted sky at dawn and dusk is artwork in my world. My senses are channels for the inflow of God's gifts.
Acts of grace and miracles of life become apparent as I observe from my heart and appreciate the varied ways God provides and expresses. Appreciation heightens my awareness of abundance all around me.
Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing ... think about these things.--Philippians 4:8

Let Go Let God You Are Secure

I am safe and secure in God's powerful presence.

Security is more than knowing my doors are locked against intrusion. Security is the faith that God is greater than any threat. It is an inner assurance that I am protected and safe at all times.
In the Bible story of David and Goliath, David entered a battle that others would not. While they saw the giant as too big to fight, David saw it as too big to miss. He was secure in his faith and certain he would know what to do.
When I face what appear to be giants in my life, I do so with faith and certainty. I am protected by the power of God, illumined by the light of God, and empowered by the presence of God within me. I am divinely guided, safe and secure, every step of the way.
He made my feet like the feet of deer, and set me secure on the heights.--2 Samuel 22:34

Let Go Let God Contribute to World Peace

My prayer for peace encircles the world.

In Scripture, Jesus tells us to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind," and to "love your neighbor as yourself."
These are the ultimate rules to live by, and I consciously aspire to both. When I love God, I express the Christ in me. When I love my neighbor as myself, I behold the Christ in them. All outer differences fade away. I look beyond appearances and know, that at heart, we are truly one.
We are all children of God. We are all unique expressions of the Divine. When we embrace that truth, we lay the foundation for a world of peace.
All you inhabitants of the world, ... when a signal is raised on the mountains, look! When a trumpet is blown, listen! --Isaiah 18:3

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

In prayer, I give thanks for right outcomes.

As a spiritual being, I visualize prosperity, healing, wisdom, insight, peace and well-being when I pray. I hold this vision for others, releasing the ways and means to God and giving thanks in advance for right outcomes.
As I think of someone experiencing a challenge, I open my heart in compassion, while also knowing this person has everything they need spiritually and physically. I am steadfast in knowing that with God, all things are possible.
I deepen my awareness of the power of prayer by allowing others to pray with and for me. A prayer partner, a minister or other spiritual leader, all these strengthen my ability to envision the highest and best for those I hold in prayer.
Beloved, pray for us.--1 Thessalonians 5:25

Let Go Let God in Kindness

With kindness I give; in kindness I live.

Today I choose to practice kindness. As I encounter others, I am happy to greet them. I think of them as traveling companions on life's journey. I offer a warm smile or a few words of appreciation to a friend or a stranger. Acts of kindness bring positive energy to both giver and receiver, then ripple out to bless others.
When I inquire about someone's day, I honor them by listening deeply to their reply. If I miss an opportunity for kindness, I am kind to the next person I meet, and I remember to be kind to myself.
However expressed, kindness honors the divine within us all. I affirm: With kindness I give, and in kindness I live.
Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life and honor. --Proverbs 21:21

Let Go Let God Feel Inner Peace

The peace of God flows through me now.

As the song proclaims, "I've got peace like a river in my soul." Peace is like a river, for peace is the steady stream of God's presence. It saturates my being. I am sustained and fulfilled by the flow of divine peace within me.
Even as I experience the twists and turns of life, the peace of God is steady, carrying me gently along. Nothing can disturb the calm peace of my soul.
I feel that peace now. I feel it permeating my life, expressing through my everyday activities. I experience peace in my mind, in my heart, in my body, and peace in my soul. I draw strength from God's peace. Its energy blesses me with vitality, graces me with divine ideas and leads me on the right path.
Peace be to you, and peace be to your house, and peace be to all that you have.--1 Samuel 25:6

Let Go Let God Be Free

I am free to live a life richly blessed.

Before humans understood the laws of aerodynamics, no one would have thought an airplane weighing many tons could fly. Now, through the proper application of this law, people not only travel the globe, but also fly into space.
Similarly, once we understand the spiritual laws of creation, we may apply them to free ourselves from limiting beliefs and ideas.
As I journey into the depths of spiritual understanding, I align with God's laws of love and creation. Lifting my eyes to a new vision of myself, I claim my co-creative power. I am created in the image and likeness of God, and I am free to follow my dreams. I am free to live a life richly blessed.
I shall walk at liberty, for I have sought your precepts. --Psalm 119:45

Let Go Let God Allow Growth

I learn and grow in every experience.

If we were never challenged to adjust to new conditions and new people, we would not grow. It is growth that gives life zest and meaning.
When I am confronted with change, I stop and look back over my life. I see every change has brought me new knowledge. Every change has given me confidence and a new perspective.
I have no reason to be hesitant or fearful about my current situation. So I approach change with my mind and heart open to receive the new knowledge, the new confidence and the new vision it will bring.
Free of resistance, I welcome change as an opportunity for growth and development, and my life is enriched.
Put a new and right spirit within me.--Psalm 51:10

Let Go Let God in Affirmation

I affirm the presence of God made manifest.

Each of us has the God-given power to create. We use this power, consciously or unconsciously, every day. In thought, word and attitude, we are constantly affirming--speaking into being--outcomes. It is up to us to choose whether we affirm Truth and abundance, love and joy, wisdom and health--or their lack.
Today I choose to affirm God's goodness and abundance in every area of my life. I affirm health; I stand straight and breathe deeply. I affirm the abundance of everything I could possibly need.
I affirm the development of my talents and abilities; I affirm increased opportunity; I affirm harmony and order in all matters. I affirm the presence of God made manifest.
Hold to the standard of sound teaching that you have heard from me.--2 Timothy 1:13
