I give lovingly and generously.
True generosity means giving without expectation of reward. The blessing comes from the act of giving itself. Sharing my time, talent, and treasure with others is a pleasure, and I do it lovingly and generously. Being kind and friendly, being cheerful, listening with compassion, letting someone know they are not alone—these are the most generous gifts I can share. When giving is backed by wisdom and love, it is a divine blessing. As I give, I become a channel through which God’s gifts express in the world. The blessings of God are abundant—so I give without reservation, allowing God to express through me in generous and loving ways.
A generous person will be enriched.—Proverbs 11:25
