I am healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
Good health is important to me. I want to feel, do, and be my best mentally, physically, and spiritually. One key to my good health is prayer. In quiet moments of communion with God, I open myself to wisdom, power, and inspiration. I visualize God’s life within me as healthy cells, creative thoughts, and vital energy. The life of God animates and regenerates my body, mind, and spirit. It is the life force that keeps me strong. If health challenges arise, I meet each one with faith and understanding. Proper nutrition, ample rest, and daily prayer are all part of my health plan. I trust the spirit of God within to lead me to right actions and optimum health.
