I make healthy choices to be mentally and emotionally free!
Poor choices can lead to unhealthy habits or patterns that impede our spiritual growth. We may even unintentionally give away our personal power. If I become aware of such patterns in myself, I have the opportunity to reclaim my power and freedom. I visualize cutting the cords of false beliefs and destructive habits. I affirm: Limiting ideas and behaviors have no hold on me. I am mentally and emotionally free! As I learn from my missteps and apply these lessons in positive ways, I am free to be my best and most authentic self. I am empowered to interact with others in new ways. My newfound freedom supports appropriate and constructive choices.
The Lord is righteous; he has cut the cords of the wicked.—Psalm 129:4
