Life expresses through me as wholeness and health.
As I deepen my spiritual practice, I grow in my ability to see beyond any physical condition and perceive wholeness—the foundation of all creation. If I experience illness, I may feel symptoms that are uncomfortable or limiting. Even in the midst of this experience, I meditate on the divine principle of Life. I claim Life, and with spiritual vision, I see Life expressing through me as health and wholeness. With insight and wisdom, I know when to seek medical help and which choices are right for me. During any treatment or recovery, I keep my thoughts steady on the power and the presence of Life in me. My body and mind manifest wholeness and health.
The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light.—Matthew 6:22
