Divine love is the essence of my being.
Charles Fillmore defines love as “the pure essence of Being that binds together the whole human family.” I
am an expression of God, a channel through which divine love flows.
Focused on this divine power within, I let my thoughts, words, and
actions reflect the love in my heart. In this way I establish harmony
and understanding in my life and in the world. Love is the bond
that holds relationships together. When I’m concerned about a dear one, I
enfold him or her in thoughts of love and trust. I envision the people I
care about wrapped in divine love, and I am assured of their safety and
security. No matter what I face, I have the strength and power of divine love to see me through.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases.—Lamentations 3:22
