Let Go Let God with Confidence

The spirit of God within guides me on the path of good.

Sometimes I know what I need to do, but I hesitate to take action. Perhaps fear or concern is draining my confidence. Today I decide to move beyond any fear and step boldly forward.
The spirit of God is with and within me. It is the source of my strength, creativity and courage. I open my heart to divine wisdom and trust in the guidance I receive. Then I let go and allow Spirit to guide my way forward.
Acting with confidence and faith opens the door to greater good in my life. I no longer hide behind fear; I have courage and faith to experience all that life has to offer. I am divinely supported and feel Spirit’s presence urging me on.
With Spirit-led momentum, I step confidently forward to accept my good.
For we walk by faith, not by sight.—2 Corinthians 5:7

Let Go Let God with Enthusiasm

I am enthusiastic about life!

Just as I can turn a different direction when I walk, I can change the direction of my thinking if I wish. If I am feeling tired, sad or disappointed and I want to feel energized, I need only change my thoughts.
I think about what brings me joy, what sparks my creativity, what excites me about being alive. I consider what a positive difference I make as I lend a hand or take better care of myself. I take action, and I feel enthusiasm, a zest for life.
A simple shift in my thinking makes all the difference. I love my life right now, and I recognize my potential. My enthusiasm is contagious! Others around me catch my positive energy. I feel the spirit of God moving through me to do mighty works!
Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord.—Romans 12:11

Let Go Let God Provide Guidance

Guidance is revealed in the stillness of my mind.

When faced with a significant decision, I may search for a solution from a variety of sources. I consider my past experiences, conduct research, or ask a friend for an opinion. At the root of my search is a desire for trustworthy guidance.
The best source, however, is within me. I quiet my thoughts and concerns, silence my analytic mind, and turn within.
I sit quietly, close my eyes and relax my body. I feel the quiet stillness of the Infinite permeating my being. In the Silence, I tap into the vast storehouse of Divine Mind—God. The divine solution brings with it peace. That is how I know it’s the right decision.
Let your good spirit lead me on a level path. —Psalm 143:10

Let Go Let God I Thank You

With gratitude, I bring you to heart and mind. You are a gift from God.

When I look back on the times I’ve shared with friends and family, I know our bonds cannot be broken. Through laughter and tears, good times and bad, we have created indelible memories.
Today I take the opportunity to tell my loved ones how much they mean to me. I give thanks for the many ways in which they have blessed and enriched my life. I seek ways to honor them.
Many people I may have never personally met have also helped make my life better. Public servants, service providers and others who work behind the scenes, all contribute to my life in significant ways. Today I also say a prayer of gratitude for the work they do and the ways in which they serve.
I do not cease to give thanks for you as I remember you in my prayers.—Ephesians 1:16

Let Go Let God Be Protected

The power of God protects my loved ones and me.

The One Presence in the universe—God the good—is all-powerful, all-knowing and everywhere present. I turn to the presence of God within me to guide my choices, inspire my thinking, adjust my attitude, and infuse my interactions with love and respect.
I give thanks for the illuminating light that surrounds me, the divine love that enfolds me, and the power that protects me. Likewise, I hold this truth for my loved ones and know they are safe and secure.
With my faith and trust firmly in God, I am at peace. I am free to enjoy life, to travel and to savor new adventures, living each day with confidence.
The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts. —Psalm 28:7

Let Go Let God for World Peace

Prayerfully, I stand for peace.

In my thoughts and prayers, I affirm peace for myself and for the world. With patience and courage, I stand for peace no matter what the circumstance. I hold a vision of peace in the midst of conflict. I honor the dream of peace in each one of us.
My prayer and vision are made manifest when I serve as an understanding presence during a disagreement. Standing for peace, I encourage others to listen, to honor each other, and to seek common ground.
Every land, every nation, includes people like me who are standing for peace. We are one in Spirit, and our oneness generates true power. One by one, we stand for peace and together we bring it forth in our world.
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. —Isaiah 2:4

Let Go Let God in Divine Will

The gifts of spiritual understanding and will propel me to my highest good.

Willfulness is action without guidance. Impulsive decisions, made without careful discernment, can lead me down a rocky path. Before making a decision, I take time to quiet my inner dialogue and align with Divine Mind. In the Silence, I open to the wisdom of Spirit.
Ideas fill my imagination, beyond what I had considered possible. Divine will urges me to express my infinite potential. Powered by spiritual understanding, I am propelled to my highest good.
Divine will pushes me to move out of complacency and claim the abundant good that awaits. I open to its power and confidently pursue the realization of my God-given potential.
I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.—John 6:38

Let Go Let God Give & Receive Comfort

I give and receive from the love of God within.

Anytime I feel disappointed or sad about some aspect of my life, I go within to the presence of God. Resting in God’s pure love, I am put at ease. The love of God comforts me.
The love I share with others springs from this Presence at the core of my being. With every caring and compassionate word and action, I am a conduit for God’s love.
I bring to mind the Prayer of Saint Francis, a prayer revered for centuries. In these words, I am reassured that as I give, so I receive:
Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love. For it is in giving that we receive.
Comfort your hearts and strengthen them in every good work and word.—2 Thessalonians 2:17

Let Go Let God Just Shift

I am renewed in body, mind and spirit.

An automobile runs best when it is well-tuned and properly maintained—and so do I! My spiritual maintenance depends on devoting time to prayer and meditation. With proper attention to my spiritual well-being, I continue to move smoothly through life.
If I encounter bumps in the road, I shift my thinking to consider a new perspective, just as I might shift the gears on my car. I slow down to concentrate on an issue and gradually regain momentum as I attain clarity and understanding. I shift to a higher consciousness, and I gain a new perspective, a sense of peace and renewed awareness of my oneness with God.
For I am about to create new heavens and a new earth. —Isaiah 65:17

Let Go Let God in Harmony

I live in harmony within myself.

Myrtle Fillmore wrote, “Keep your mind filled with joyous, constructive, beautiful, health-producing thoughts that maintain harmony in both mind and body.” Today I take her advice to heart. I observe my thinking and focus on loving and accepting myself. If I find myself slipping into negative patterns, I gently redirect my thoughts and remind myself that I am a beloved child of God.
When I enfold myself in love, joy bubbles up within me. I become more aware of the wonder in everyday living. I see myself awakening to new life.
I honor and care for myself by maintaining inner harmony. I affirm health, wholeness and balance in mind and body.
Live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.—2 Corinthians 13:11

Let Go Let God in Healing

Wholeness is my truth.

The truth about my health is this: I am whole. Nothing stands in the way of this truth; rather, I stand in the truth of my wholeness.
I align my mind, body and spirit with complete health. I reject activities, conversations and media choices that do not serve my highest good. I focus on Divine Life and know I am whole and well.
Through meditation and prayer, I align with my indwelling Spirit. My daily choices reflect the value I place on the life I’ve been given to live.
I affirm my wholeness with every thought, word and action. I am healthy, whole and complete.
I am going to bring it recovery and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.—Jeremiah 33:6

Let Go Let God in JOY!

I am jazzed with irrepressible joy!

I proclaim today to be a day of joy, no matter what the current circumstances in my life may be. I do not dwell in pessimism, lack, fear or doubt. Today I am jazzed with irrepressible joy!
My exuberance is fueled by my awareness of true joy—the joy that lives within me. It does not depend on outer situations or other people. This joy is innate. It comes from the unfailing Source of happiness and serenity within me.
When I allow joy to surface, even in difficult times, its powerful energy calls forth my good. As I share joy freely, my own joy is increased.
For you shall go out in joy … the mountains and the hills before you shall burst into song. —Isaiah 55:12

Let Go Let God All is Well

I let go of concerns and let God be God in my life.

Gardeners consider the sunlight and soil conditions each plant needs to thrive. A gardener’s work begins with designing the garden, preparing the soil, and planting the seeds. Watering, weeding and thinning the crop are necessary. Gardening involves proper preparation and continual care.
The desires of my heart are like seeds. They respond to careful planning and nurturing, and they manifest in their own time. Just as a gardener knows not to disturb germinating seeds to check their progress, I learn to be patient and not worry as my life unfolds. I trust that God is ever-present. My desires will bear fruit in time, and all is well.
The human mind plans the way, but the Lord directs the steps. —Proverbs 16:9

Let Go Let God All is in Divine Order

Divine order is at work in my life and I am grateful.

A magnificent order underlies all of creation. It is found in the macrocosm of our galaxy, as we see the placement of sun, earth and moon in perfect alignment to support life on this planet. Order is also manifest in the microcosm, as the smallest atoms of oxygen and hydrogen bond to form water vapor, water and ice. Divine intelligence is revealed in all things. God eternally creates, sustains and re-creates all that is.
Just as divine order works in nature, it also works in my life. I am at peace knowing that my good is now becoming visible. I am grateful for the divine creative process.
Who gives the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night. —Jeremiah 31:35

Let Go Let God in a New Chapter

I am always growing and progressing.

Around this time of year, students graduate from colleges and universities. It is significant that the ceremony marking the completion of their studies is called commencement. All that they have worked for and looked forward to completing becomes not an end, but a beginning.
So it is in my life. Every time I achieve a goal, I find myself at a place of beginning as well as completion. Before a new chapter has a chance to unfold, I may feel I’ve come to a standstill. Yet as soon as I realize I am ready for something more, a new door opens.
Sure in my faith in God within, I know a good purpose is being fulfilled through me. As I close one chapter in my life, a new one opens with hope and promise. And I am ready!

I am the Alpha and the Omega.—Revelation 1:8

Let Go Let God with Life

I am in the flow of life.

Life is God made evident. I behold life in the vitality of a nourishing rain, the warm sunshine of a spring day, and a field arrayed in wildflowers—all divine life in expression.
The life of God flows through me as well. I express my divine potential when I develop my interests and follow my dreams. I feel new enthusiasm for life as I let go of fear and limiting beliefs. I see that my life holds great opportunity for joy and fulfillment.
Every experience offers me a chance to grow into my full potential, to learn and to express what is uniquely mine to offer. I am in the flow of life, and I am unfolding my divine indwelling pattern.

He turns a desert into pools of water … And there he lets the hungry live. —Psalm 107:35, 36

Let Go Let God with Power

I use the power of my words to co-create the life I want to live.

In the first creation story of the Bible, God creates the universe by speaking into the void. God’s words bring light, sky and all visible and physical aspects of the world into being.
With this as my model, I use my words intentionally to create a life of meaning and purpose. I create harmony in my home, workplace and community by mindfully choosing my words. If I am tempted to complain or blame, I turn within. In the Silence, I affirm the light of God in the situation. A new way of being emerges.
My creative power is reflected in my words, so I choose them carefully. I affirm abundance, wholeness and peace.

God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.—Genesis 1:5

Let Go Let God Live Simply

I live simply by setting my mind on Spirit.

The world seems more complex every day, and though I can’t simplify society, I can simplify my own life. As I focus on Spirit, the complicated becomes more clear. Trouble does not disturb me when I am aware of Spirit’s simple solutions. The answers are within.
I live simply, allowing God’s gentle presence to work in and through me. I trust in the ever-present love and wisdom of the Divine.
When my mind is attuned to Spirit, I see the world from a higher perspective. Life’s complexities dissolve. I relax, and time seems to slow down. I move gracefully through my days. Setting my sights on joy, my heart on love and my mind on peace, I live according to Spirit, simply and at ease.

Those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.—Romans 8:5

Let Go Let God as a Mother's Love

A mother's love never ends.

Love is the most powerful force in the world. It unites us with one another, just as a mother's love unites her with her children.
A mother's love is a demonstration of love's most natural expression. Love fosters acceptance, compassion and forgiveness. It helps us see the highest and best in others.
A mother's place in our lives may be filled by our natural or adopted mother, or another who assumes that role. She provides us guidance, comforts our pain, nurtures our development, and helps us learn to stand on our own.
As we have received love, so we give it. Through our innate power to love, we comfort and nurture others. Through our words and actions, we share the love we have received. And love continues.
Love never ends.--1 Corinthians 13:8

Let Go Let God with Gratitude

I am grateful for everything.

It is easy to express gratitude when everything appears to be going wonderfully. However, when I feel something is missing or I am uncomfortable, I may lose sight of the good in my life.
When I express gratitude at home, work or school, or in my relationships, I soon realize that a thankful attitude changes my outlook for the good. Just as I might adopt a healthy eating or exercise plan to enhance my physical well-being, I adopt a practice of gratitude for my spiritual and emotional wellness.
To cultivate a thankful frame of mind at all times, I notice the good. I give thanks for the kaleidoscope of experiences that shape my life.
Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us give thanks.--Hebrews 12:28

Let Go Let God with Inner Peace

My world is at peace because I am at peace.

I accept the responsibility to generate peace on earth by keeping myself in harmony. No matter how confused outer circumstances may become, I do not allow them to disturb my inner serenity. I am the keeper of my thoughts, and my reaction to turmoil is one of calm assuredness.
When my mind is at peace, I am receptive to the inspiration of the Christ within, and I find a way out of every difficulty. My ability to meet conditions with grace comes from my peace of mind. I do not imagine disastrous scenarios; I visualize what I desire and allow my thoughts to dwell on it in peace.
The indwelling Christ shows me the way of peace, and I follow.
Listen to me; be silent, and I will teach you wisdom. --Job 33:33

Let Go Let God in Faith

In faith, I "touch the cloak" of Spirit.

One day as Jesus walked among the people, healing and teaching, a woman touched his cloak and was healed of a hemorrhage. She thought it was the personal power of Jesus that healed her, but Jesus reminded her that her own faith made it possible.
I know that with God all things are possible. In prayer and meditation, I "touch the cloak" as I align my body, heart and mind with Spirit.
Each time I pray, my faith grows. Each time I see good unfolding in my life and in the lives of others, my faith expands. Each time I turn to God within, I "touch the cloak" once more.
Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, "Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well." And instantly the woman was made well.--Matthew 9:22

Let Go Let God Forgive

I choose forgiveness.

When someone I love hurts my feelings or betrays my trust, I can consciously choose how to react. I can choose to harbor a grudge, lash out in anger, or retaliate. Or I can choose to forgive.
Holding on to resentment is like holding onto a burning ember: the longer I hold it, the greater the pain. But if I let it go, healing begins.
When I forgive, I open the door to both physical and spiritual healing. My mind and heart become peaceful. My body relaxes and releases stress. When I choose forgiveness, the path to peace, happiness and freedom is revealed. I choose to forgive myself and others. I choose to be happy.
Then Peter came and said to him, "Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive?"--Matthew 18:21

Let Go Let God with Grace

Through grace I am made whole.

I begin this day acknowledging that God's grace is my help in every need. I need not fear what the day may bring; rather, I bless whatever is ahead and give thanks. The spirit of God--the Spirit of Infinite Grace--is within me. All I need for a rich and satisfying day is available to me now.
Through God's loving grace, I find strength, wisdom and imagination. These divine gifts dwell within me; the choice to use them or not is mine.
Giving thanks for God's grace, I joyously accept and use each of God's gifts in me, knowing my life is becoming richer and more complete. I let my light shine with the love and grace of God, and all good things are made possible.
From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.--John 1:16

Let Go Let God Provide Employment

I am divinely guided to my greatest happiness and success.

My work gives me the opportunity to be blessed while being a blessing. Today I open to new ways to serve right where I am. With my heart wide open, I see the good around me and the good that is mine to give.
Whatever my work, I consider it my way of serving God. I give it my best, just as I give my best to God. My success is measured by the ways in which I am a beneficial presence in my community. My fulfillment comes from a growing awareness of my positive contribution to the world.
If I am seeking new employment or new ways to serve where I am, I trust that I am divinely guided to my greatest success and fulfillment.
You have blessed the work of his hands and his possessions have increased in the land.--Job 1:10

Let Go Let God in Affirmation

I say yes to my highest good.

What do I say yes to in life? What do I affirm? Through my words, I reveal what I believe to be true. When I am centered in God, I affirm wholeness, love and abundant good.
If I find my words expressing lack, discomfort or separation from God, I take a moment to recenter. I quiet my thoughts, close my eyes, and take a gentle breath. Moving my attention to my heart space, I come home to my true center, my Christ Light.
I am whole. I am blessed. I am filled with peace. As I speak these words, I experience their truth.
I say yes to health, love and abundance in my life and claim my divine inheritance as a child of God. I say yes to my highest good.
Let your "Yes" be yes and your "No" be no.--James 5:12

Let Go Let God BE Free

I choose to live freely.

Throughout history, people have valued their freedom. We want the freedom to make choices for ourselves and our loved ones and to live our lives according to those choices. I give thanks for the freedom to make decisions for myself. My choices determine my experiences.
One meaningful choice I can make each day is to live in an awareness of God. I know the power to make that choice lies within me, and I do not give my power away. I consciously allow divine wisdom and understanding to guide my daily choices.
I am free to express myself and to be the unique individual I was created to be. I choose what is best for myself and my family, and I enjoy the fruits of freedom.
As servants of God, live as free people.--1 Peter 2:16

Let Go Let God Be Satisfied

I immerse myself in stillness.

Where my attention goes, my energy flows. If I focus on what appears to be missing, I only feel more dissatisfied, which then spills over into other areas of my life. So instead of yearning for what I don't have and overlooking the treasures I do have, I am content with what is.
Access to stillness is one of the great gifts in my life. Using my breath to release and let go, I lean into the sanctuary of inner peace and experience deep satisfaction. All worry and tension fall away.
In the refuge of this inner space, I encounter the Divine. This is what my soul truly yearns for. The stillness fulfills the infinite promise of abiding peace.
Not that I am referring to being in need; for I have learned to be content with whatever I have.--Philippians 4:11

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

I reach out in prayer to support and encourage others.

It has been said that "it takes a village to raise a child." We all benefit when we assist and support one another. I am fulfilled as I give from my heart the gifts of my time, talent and treasure, and as I support others through the power of affirmative prayer. When I pray for others, I reach out in faith and enfold them in love.
We are one in Spirit with each other, for we are all children of God. As I pray for others, I tap into our spiritual connection that joins us heart and mind. Through prayer, I am part of a "village" of people who spiritually support one another. Every time I pray, every time I give my love and encouragement, I am more aware of the living Christ Presence within us all.
This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.--John 15:12

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

I open my heart to the rich blessings of Spirit.

Today I let go of thoughts of scarcity or lack and fill my entire mind with thoughts of my rich life--the life I am blessed with right now.
I open my heart to gratefulness as I count my blessings. I think of the people in my life, the places I have lived, the adventures I have enjoyed. I remember the thoughtful gifts I've received and given, and the love I've shared with friends and family. I remember times of peace-filled relaxation, exhilarating fun and deep contentment.
My list of blessings quickly grows as more and more come to mind. My joy overflows. Thank you, God, for everything in my life. I am so blessed.
Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth and prosperity. --Proverbs 8:18

Let Go Let God in Beauty

I add beauty to an already beautiful world!

In some cultures people celebrate the start of May by leaving a basket of spring flowers at a neighbor's doorstep. Flowers are nature's inspiring gift to us all. Yet before a flower's outer beauty is revealed, the divine idea of inner beauty exists as potential within a tiny seed.
In much the same way, seeds of God-given potential are present within me, ready to blossom. As I live and learn and grow, my potential takes form, and my full beauty and purpose are revealed.
I set an intention this moment to fully express my inner beauty. Through prayer, I free my God-given inner qualities and allow them to blossom.
Let your adornment be the inner self with the lasting beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God's sight.--1 Peter 3:4
