Let Go Let God Circulate Prosperity

I am prospered as I circulate God's good.

Water in a pool or pond becomes stagnant when there is lack of fresh water circulating through it. Similarly, when I fail to circulate the good in my life, good can appear to be in short supply. The more I give, the more I receive. The greater my appreciation of life's abundance, the more I am stimulated to share.
As I give love to others, love returns to me. It may return from different people, yet without fail, it will return to bless me. When I spend money, I am doing more than just making a purchase or paying a bill, I am circulating God's good. Prosperity flows to me continuously as I actively and consciously participate in the infinite cycle of blessing and benefit.

Do not be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.--Luke 12:32

Let Go Let God Create Harmony

Love binds us together, creating perfect harmony.

I may feel very different from others at times, even different from members of my own family. Rather than see that as a problem, I celebrate our differences.
Paintings are more interesting with complementary colors. Harmony in music comes from creating agreement between divergent notes. Couples could not dance without taking opposing steps.
I celebrate and love myself for the unique expression of God that I am. I celebrate and love others for the unique expressions of God that they are. We all are worthy; we all are sacred. Like the colors of the rainbow, we are each different, yet held together in harmony. Love is the great harmonizing power that binds us together. I'm happy to be me, sharing myself in harmony with all.

Live in harmony with one another.--Romans 12:16

Let Go Let God Forgive

I forgive and live in peace.

My words may not always be kind or compassionate, and at times, I may feel hurt by the words of others. In these instances, I take responsibility for my words and reactions. I participate in gentle conversations by explaining what I heard and sharing my feelings. I am a loving child of God, and through my willingness to hear others objectively, I open the door for clear, compassionate communication.
I rid my own heart of negativity by speaking my truth with love, and listening with love as well. When someone seeks pardon, I forgive and live in peace. Through this loving exchange, we connect heart to heart. Our communication is Spirit-led and any misconceptions are lifted to a higher level of spiritual understanding.

If there is repentance, you must forgive.--Luke 17:3

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

I am comforted by the presence of God within me.
If I have experienced a recent loss or major change, I may be in the midst of a process that requires loving attention. I trust this process and allow myself to feel the spectrum of emotions that naturally arise in a safe and nurturing environment. I relax and open my heart to the comforting love of God.
The presence of God within me is my comfort and courage. In this loving Presence, I embrace my journey, knowing that I will emerge from this present experience into a new day of greater understanding, wisdom and strength. This is also true for those I love. Forever one in Spirit, we are each guided and comforted by the presence of God within.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me. --Psalm 23:4

Let Go Let God with Joy

I clap my hands and sing with joy.

I am a living example of joy. I clap my hands when I am happy. I sing loudly to rejoice. I dance with enthusiasm. I laugh until I cry. I live in the full joy and presence of Spirit, and my life is filled with joy.
I see, hear, touch and taste the blessings of my world. I see a child's delight in play. I hear the coo and gurgle of a happy baby. I touch the hand of a loved one. I taste a delicious meal and am satisfied. There is joy to behold in all aspects of the world around me and within me.
I think about the things that make me joyful --and I bring more of them into my life. I make joy a daily habit, for it comes from deep within me.

Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy. --Psalm 47:1

Let Go Let God Be Free

I am free and unlimited.

From time to time, I may find that I've fallen into a rut--driving the same route to work, eating the same thing for lunch, participating in the same activities day after day. Tuning in to Spirit, I become aware of a new way of being, a new point of view. In Spirit, I see unlimited potential. There are many paths, and I am free to choose which route I will take.
Perhaps I will try a new recipe. I might take a class or explore a new hobby; take the scenic route to work or read poetry instead of fiction. Each day I open my heart and mind to creative options that reveal the surprise and mystery of life. I am free and unlimited. The entire world is open to me.

One day he got into a boat with his disciples, and he said to them, "Let us go across to the other side of the lake."--Luke 8:22

Let Go Let God with Grace

The grace of God is upon me.

The grace of God enables me to meet every challenge and condition comfortably and with ease. I am no longer apprehensive, because the grace of God fills me with assurance that all is well. I rely on divine strength, wisdom and guidance--even beyond what I ask or seek--to see me through any difficulty. It is God's grace that supplies my every need.
The grace of God is upon me. I am free from worry, discord or discontent. I am free to be loving, kind and happy. I am free to enjoy life fully. Through the grace of God, I am gracious as I find my way through life's ups and downs. The grace of God is upon me, now and forever.

Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.--Hebrews 4:16

Let Go Let God Be Energized

I am energized and rejuvenated.

Each morning when I awake, I have the opportunity to start my day with prayer. Aware of my innate creative power, I am invigorated by Spirit within. I then move ahead empowered, choosing uplifting thoughts, positive statements and purposeful actions that reflect my greatest intentions.
If ever I feel sluggish or unmotivated, I pause and pray. A few minutes of communion with Spirit revives my vital energy and awakens my enthusiasm. In Spirit, I am confident, knowing that all things given to me will be accomplished, that all that is not understood will be revealed, and that all that is difficult will be made easy.

The God who has girded me with strength has opened wide my path. --2 Samuel 22:33

Let Go Let God Share World Peace

I enfold myself and all beings in peace.

The commandment to love "your neighbor as yourself" is a reminder to me that my "neighbor" is not only the person living next door. My neighbor is every living being in the world. Just as I want my life to be peaceful, I want the same for my neighbors everywhere.
I may not have the authority to sign peace treaties or the power to stop war, but I do have the power of prayer and of love. When I see images of troubled people or unfortunate events in the world, I send thoughts of love, peace, comfort and understanding to all involved. It is up to me to love, to envision peace, and to believe in the power of prayer. As I do these things, I am an agent of change, an agent of peace.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart … and your neighbor as yourself.--Luke 10:27

Let Go Let God

I release my concerns, certain of God's good.

I breathe in and out with quiet awareness. On my outward breaths, I release one by one each concern for my life and the lives of my loved ones. On my inward breaths, I accept the assurance of right outcomes. I let go of my need to control and to know how everything will unfold. New ideas and insights are revealed in divine time and order.
I trust in God--the Infinite Source of healing and resolution. I will know what is mine to do, when it is time.
Release is an act of confidence, not failure. In times of stress, I take a moment to find the gentle rhythm of my breath. If I feel tension, I relax my body and allow my mind to experience a moment of peace.
The Lord is good to all, and his compassion is over all that he has made. --Psalm 145:9

Let Go Let God in Gratitude

With a heart full of gratitude, I sing a song of praise.

Music is a universal language that, even without words, can calm us or lift our spirits. A venerable hymn reminds me to count my blessings and name them one by one. When troubles loom, I put a song on my lips and count the blessings in my life. I soon remember that problems have no power to weaken my faith in God, and I am thankful for divine solutions.
When my heart is full of gratitude, I feel songs of praise and thanksgiving bubble up within me. In high spirits, I joyfully hum, drum, whistle or sing a tune to express my appreciation. Whatever form my expression takes, I make a joyful noise to the Lord and invite all who hear to join in singing praises.

Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be known in all the earth. --Isaiah 12:5

Let Go Let God Be Protected

God's love is my shield and my protection.

Life on earth is sustained by the light and warmth of the sun; however, the sun's ultraviolet rays are intense enough to cause damage to the skin. To protect my skin from exposure to these rays, I may apply sunscreen or wear protective clothing. While I have awe and appreciation for the sun's life-giving energy, I also recognize that there are dangers.
Many of life's experiences come with various rewards and challenges. In threatening circumstances, I use my inner wisdom to make wise choices to protect myself and others. Divine light shines within me as my unfailing and ever-present guide. God's love is my shield and my protection.

I am going to send an angel in front of you, to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have prepared.--Exodus 23:20

Let Go Let God for Greater Unfolding

Every moment of my life is part of a greater unfolding.

I have heard of blessings in disguise--events that initially seemed unjust but eventually gave life to positive outcomes. I have experienced adversity that ultimately led to transformation. At such times I remember that my life is part of God-life, and God-life invites me to an ever-greater awareness and realization of good.
I do not need to understand it completely, nor explain it. Instead, I accept with faith that every part of my life, from the smallest coincidence to the largest joy or challenge, is part of a greater unfolding.
I say "yes" to the loving activity of Spirit at work in my life today as it is in the lives of all. It is a blessing to know that no matter the outer appearances, a higher order is at work.

All things work together for good for those who love God.--Romans 8:28

Let Go Let God Nourish

Positive thoughts and actions nourish my body, soul and spirit.

An active and vibrant spiritual practice is also essential for healthy living. Prayer and meditation, creative expression and communion with others, gratitude and positive thinking--these activities fundamentally support my awareness of being at one with God. Positive and life-enhancing thoughts and actions sustain both my physical and spiritual health. Through divine life within me, I am nourished in body, soul and spirit.

Eating the proper food helps me stay healthy and maintain the energy I need to lead a dynamic and active life. Nutrition is the fuel of a healthy body.
The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places … and you shall be like a watered garden … whose waters never fail. --Isaiah 58:11

Let Go Let God with Guidance

I have faith in the infinite wisdom of God.

Written by Hannah More Kohaus many years ago, "The Prayer of Faith" offers us this promise:
God is my help in every need; God does my every hunger feed; God walks beside me, guides my way Through every moment of the day. I now am wise, I now am true, Patient, kind and loving too; All things I am, can do, and be, Through Christ the Truth, that is in me. God is my health, I can't be sick; God is my strength, unfailing, quick; God is my all, I know no fear, Since God and Love and Truth are here.

In faith, I claim all that this prayer assures and trust in God's enduring wisdom.
Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.--Matthew 21:22

Let Go Let God Heal

Divine life is present in every cell of my body. I am whole.

When a health challenge arises in me or someone I care about, it is appropriate to seek the advice of health professionals. I also know the value of prayer--attuning my heart and mind to the presence of God within.
I affirm divine life in every cell of my body and wisdom and clarity for all nurses and doctors involved in my care. I give thanks in advance for my ability to listen carefully and to ask the right questions.
With a deep awareness of the omnipresence of God, I know that wholeness is intrinsic in all people. Grateful for this awareness, I relax, knowing that healing is taking place.

My child, be attentive to my words … For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh. --Proverbs 4:20, 22

Let Go Let God in Faith

My faith in God is strengthened day by day.

After a long walk, my muscles may ache, especially if I have recently been inactive. As I exercise more, my muscles are strengthened and a long walk becomes easier. My faith works in a similar way. Like a network of muscles, my faith is strengthened each time I put it into practice.
Today I strengthen my faith by reflecting on the many blessings I have received. I remember guidance in a time of doubt, abundance that sustained me, and love that comforted me. As I recall the many ways that God has provided exactly what I needed, I stop looking to a person or situation outside myself to provide for me. I trust the presence of God within as my true Source of good.

If you do not stand firm in faith, you shall not stand at all. --Isaiah 7:9

Let Go Let God Provide Perspective

I choose to see from a higher viewpoint and gain perspective.

The view from the mountaintop does not reveal the busyness of life below. From up top, one sees only peace. Similarly, as I elevate my outlook, I see life from a grander perspective. The problems that once seemed large become small when I take a broader view.
Perhaps I have been caught up in the day-to-day drama of life. As I expand my view, I see that loving relationships, vibrant health, and conscious awareness of the presence of God are more important to me.
As I gain perspective, I am slower to judge and quicker to forgive. My mind is broadened and my heart is opened as I experience life from a higher vantage point.

Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low. --Isaiah 40:4

Let Go Let God Celebrate Life

I am a joyful expression of life!

This morning I awoke grateful for another day and ready to celebrate life. No special occasion is needed for this celebration. I express the joy of living--right where I am, just as I am. I have everything I need. Today as I acknowledge and honor the Creator and all of creation in my words and actions, I celebrate life with heartfelt appreciation.
Living in a world of divine creativity, I see divinity everywhere I turn. Life is sacred, and I revere and respect every expression of it. Whether I am examining the delicate construction of a flower or gazing into the face of a loved one, I celebrate the presence and power of God that unites us all. What joy it is to be and experience divine life expressing!

Love one another with mutual affection; outdo one another in showing honor.--Romans 12:10

Let Go Let God Provide Potential

I am born anew with spiritual promise and potential.

We rejoice when a newborn enters the world. In awe, we see that radiant being for the first time, full of promise and potential. As children learn to talk and interact with the world, we love and nurture them. We encourage them as they reach each new developmental milestone.
Each human being is on a journey. As our bodies grow and mature, we also mature psychologically and spiritually. Our inner growth comes as we gain awareness of ourselves as spiritual beings. I grow spiritually as I become aware of the divine spark within. Regardless of my physical age, I awaken to my true potential as a powerful co-creator and grow into my full spiritual promise.
You have been born anew, not of perishable but of imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.--1 Peter 1:23

Let Go Let God In the Present Moment

Centered in the present moment, I claim my power.

When a question or worry is on my mind, I may be tempted to focus on troubles of the past or concerns for the future, but this attention would rob me of the power of the now moment. Instead, I stay present.
I quiet my mind and become fully aware of all this moment has to teach me. All the wisdom I need is here, now. My thoughts may drift to the past or future, but I needn't remain there. I can choose instead to immerse myself in the power of the present moment. It is here that I connect with divine wisdom.
Anchored in the here and now, I find the answers I seek. My decisions are wise and thoughtful, because I am grounded and centered. Right here and now, I claim my power.

See, now is the acceptable time; see, now is the day of salvation!--2 Corinthians 6:2

Let Go Let God Open to Authenticity

I am a perfect expression of the Divine, just as I am.

As I look in the mirror, the reflection I see is a face of God. One of billions of expressions of the One Power, I am absolutely unique. The moment of my creation brought gifts, talents and experiences that belong to no one else. Knowing this, how can I question the design of the Creator?
Today I drop the illusion that I should look or act like someone else. Any admirable quality I see in others is already a part of me. My work today is to be my best self. I apply my wisdom to make healthy, peace-filled choices. With an open heart, I share my gifts of love. There is no one else I want to be because I am a perfect expression of the Divine, just as I am.

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. --Psalm 139:14

Let Go Let God In Service

I am centered in Spirit, eager to discover all I can do and be.

I avail myself of every opportunity for growth and service by keeping my mind open and my soul receptive. I do not shrink from a challenge or new adventure. Every opportunity finds me eager and ready to serve in larger, more generous ways.
In order to serve God and others confidently and courageously, I open the door of my mind to divine understanding, the door of my heart to divine love, and the door of my life to divine Presence. I let the spirit of God flow through me as I play an active role in the world around me.
I am an open channel for the expression of God. Releasing any limiting thoughts, I listen, learn and let God work through me.

Those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.--John 3:21

Let Go Let God Be Fearless

I am one with God. I am courageous and bold.
Love is stronger than fear, and I am filled with the love of God. I trust this extraordinary love to see me through any troubling situation. I am fearless and strong because I am one with God.
If I feel doubt or apprehension, I take a deep breath and turn within to examine my thoughts. My strength and courage grow as I deny fear-based thoughts their power. Love increases as fear diminishes.
God is my Source of peace and courage. I remember this promise: "I will never leave you or forsake you." With faith, I move boldly forward, envisioning myself surrounded by divine love, knowing that nothing can penetrate that shield.
Little children, you are from God, and have conquered them; for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.--1 John 4:4

Let Go Let God Invite Inner Peace

In the silence, my heart and mind are centered in God.

The silence is a period of meditation during which my thoughts are withdrawn from the external world and concentrated upon the inner truths of God. The indwelling presence of God is the very essence of the silence. As I meditate, I sense God's presence as stillness. My mind is quiet.
If I have been experiencing unsettledness in my life, I devote time today to silent prayer. In the silence, I invite compassion, wisdom and grace into my heart and mind. I step fully into the kingdom of God within me. Centered in the power of God, I gather strength and clarity.
By choosing to go within rather than react, I experience the peace of God. From this space of peace, I respond to life with love.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness.--Galatians 5:22

Let Go Let God Release

I let go and let God guide me.

As a child I may have enjoyed releasing balloons into the air and watching them gently float away, higher and higher, until they disappeared from view.
In much the same way, I release any thoughts or beliefs that no longer serve my highest good. I picture them encased in a balloon, and I gently let them go. I release the situations to God in prayerful consciousness. No longer will old sorrows, negativity or fear control me.
As I release the past, I accept the joy of God that awaits me in this present moment. I now open my mind and my life to a greater good and go forward eagerly and happily in the knowledge that today has new joy, new health, new freedom for me.

Yield yourselves to the Lord and come to his sanctuary.--2 Chronicles 30:8

Let Go Let God in Strength

I have inner strength.

As I embark on any new endeavor, the excitement of a fresh start can be exhilarating. Sticking with it, however, requires that I develop the spiritual faculty of strength and use it daily.
Whether I am adopting a new healthy habit or leaving an unhealthy one behind, raising a child or starting a new job, I remain steadfast. Obstacles may arise and I may experience my motivation waning, but my inner strength carries me through regardless of any obstacles. I meditate and invite in new awareness. I listen for guidance from within, while affirming my strength and resilience.
The spirit of God within me is my source of spiritual strength. In God consciousness, I overcome any challenge and experience the joy of success.

The Lord is my strength.--Psalm 28:7

Let Go Let God Just Listen

I listen from my heart.

I rely on my ears to hear, but my heart to listen. When someone speaks to me, I not only hear the words, but with focused attention, I truly listen to what they are saying and the feelings they are expressing. I am an active and attentive listener, asking for clarification to help me understand. I listen this way because I know what it means to be heard.
I also listen with my heart to the messages of the Christ Spirit within. I still my thoughts and wait in the temple of sacred silence for the still small voice. My guidance and help may come through words, feelings or as an unmistakable knowing. If I need confirmation or clarification, I ask and listen, knowing I will receive.

All the people would get up early in the morning to listen to him in the temple.--Luke 21:38

Let Go Let God in Unity

I am one in Spirit with all people.

Nearly 7 billion people live on this planet we call home. Vast distances of land and ocean separate us from one another. Our differences create a beautiful mosaic of appearances, beliefs, cultures and customs. Underneath, we are one in Spirit, members of the family of humankind.
We each have the spark of the Divine within that comprises our spirit and source of inspiration. We have mental and emotional qualities--thoughts, feelings and memories--that comprise our soul. And we are physical beings with bodies to care for and nourish. Today let us celebrate our unity--our sisterhood and brotherhood--by affirming: I am one in Spirit with all people.

How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity! --Psalm 133:1

Let Go Let God Be Worry-Free

I release every concern and move forward with faith in God.

How often have I spent precious moments of my time worrying about something that never came to be? Worry is a conscious choice, but is it a constructive way to spend my day?
Today I choose to refrain from worry and live in faith. Faith is the opposite of worry for faith allows me to let go of what is troubling me and release it to God. Through faith in God, I experience the joy of the present moment. Through faith in God, I am free from stress or concern.
I cannot predict what will happen to me or my loved ones on any given day, but I can make the choice to be positive and worry-free. By doing so, I move forward in faith, living in the moment and trusting God for right outcomes.

Therefore I tell you, do not worry.--Matthew 6:25

Let Go Let God as I Pray for Others

The power of prayer strengthens us all.

Knowing that someone is praying for me encourages me to believe that good is unfolding in my life. Whether I am heading out for a job interview, facing a health issue, or caring for a loved one, it is good to know I have a praying friend holding me up. This turns me away from worry and opens me to the power of affirmative prayer.
Positive prayer energy moves through us as a blessing. It feels good to be spiritually centered, affirming the power and presence of God in our lives. The power of prayer does not change God; prayer inspires and strengthens those who are praying and those who are held in prayer. In the partnership of prayer, all receive benefit from the affirmation of God's indwelling presence.

This is what we pray for, that you may become perfect.--2 Corinthians 13:9
