Let Go Let God Pray for Others

I behold the healing light in all.

When I hold a healing thought for another person, I imagine the light of God shining outward to bless the person for whom I am praying. I am lifted up into the realm of Oneness, where God, the person for whom I am praying, and I are one. I embrace and celebrate this uniting energy, amplifying and focusing its mighty power. I take a moment now to give thanks for my role in this time of healing prayer. Spirit is unlimited, as are the potential benefits of connecting through prayer. Prayer is a way I unite with my loved ones at any time—no matter how far apart we may be. My prayers are messages of love, life, and healing that reach out to bless them wherever they may be.
You are all children of light and children of the day.—1 Thessalonians 5:5

Let Go Let God be Protected

I am safe and protected by ever-present Christ Consciousness.

Scientists say some parts of the spectrum of light, infrared and ultraviolet, cannot be seen by humans. Nevertheless, they exist. Similarly, Christ Consciousness is present at all times, even though I cannot see it. When life is going well, I can easily see the Divine in the people and circumstances around me. When circumstances are not to my liking, a spiritual perspective may be more difficult. I take a deep breath and relax into the consciousness of Christ—the inner knowledge of the Divine that is always with me. In prayer I call forth the Christ within to help me see differently any situation I am experiencing. I am reassured knowing that I am safe and protected by the living, loving presence of the Christ working in and through my life.
And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.—Matthew 28:20

Let Go Let God be Alive

I am filled with the vitality of God.

In quiet moments of prayer or joyful moments of play, I may feel a flash of deeper awareness of my oneness with God. My senses are more acute and my body bursts with energy. I recognize not only my oneness with God, but with all beings. I imagine that Jesus and other master teachers experienced this awareness of vitality and life every day. I intentionally practice living in this consciousness. Each day I envision every cell of my body infused with light and vigor. I speak words of energy, power, and life, knowing these words flow through me and revitalize me. As I awaken each day to a deeper understanding of life, I am born anew in body, mind, and spirit.
Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being.—Genesis 2:7

Let Go Let God Forgive

As I release what I don’t need, new power is unleashed in me.

I experience great power and freedom when I release what no longer serves my best interest. I must let go in order to move forward. To keep reliving old and burdensome events is to dwell in hopelessness. Instead, I make a different choice. I release and let go of the past, relieving myself of unhappy, oppressive thoughts. The light of the Christ expresses in me and through me as wholeness and peace. Casting aside what was weighing me down, I am free to do what I am called to do. I am refreshed and rejuvenated. I am flexible and forward-thinking. A new awareness has dawned as to who I am and why I’m here. As I release what I don’t need, new power is unleashed in me.
But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.—Luke 5:38

Let Go Let God with Enthusiasm

I am filled with spiritual energy and enthusiasm.

Spirit is the source of all energy and zeal. If I am out of touch with Spirit, out of alignment with my divine nature, my energy may lessen. When I am centered in God, however, the energy of divine life wells up within me, supercharging my mind, body, and spirit. Fueled by the Divine, I have all the vitality I need to accomplish what is mine to do. Each day I am excited about the opportunity to grow into the person I am meant to be. I eagerly engage in soul-enriching activities, such as prayer, meditation, and service to others. Whatever situations arise throughout my day, I meet them with a cheerful attitude, buoyed by the knowledge that Spirit is my unfailing source. I am filled with spiritual energy and enthusiasm.
To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.—Romans 8:6

Let Go Let God from Identity

I express the qualities of my sacred identity.

My face and my name make up part of my identity, yet there is so much more to me. The conviction of my beliefs—what I hold in my subconscious mind—feeds my perspectives, habits, thoughts, and body. How I experience life is determined by what I hold in mind. My real self is a spiritual being—loving, wise, and compassionate. The spirit of God is at the heart of my being. I choose to focus on my spiritual essence. My vitality awakens my youthful energy and brings it forth through the power of my mind. My spiritual identity lives from within to the outer through my thoughts, words, and actions. My true self has meaning and purpose.
As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and ... established in the faith.—Colossians 2:6, 7

Let Go Let God through Empathy

I am sensitive to the feelings of others.

If someone I care about is experiencing a difficult time, I may consider ways to help. Food or transportation may be appreciated. Still, my compassionate presence is the greatest gift I can give. I turn within through prayer to connect with the wisdom of God, releasing any assumptions or expectations. I open my heart and mind to fully hear and understand what another is feeling. Compassion is the natural extension of my love, so my experiences do not have to mirror another’s in order for me to feel sympathetic. I simply open my heart and hold sacred space. I unite with my family and friends on a level of empathy and understanding. Divine wisdom guides my words, my actions, my very being.
My mouth shall speak wisdom; the meditation of my heart shall be understanding.—Psalm 49:3

Let Go, Let God

I joyfully let go of fear as I let the love of God flow through me.

Peace abides deep within me. It knows no fear, no worry, no concern. I seek this peace whenever I feel inner conflict or outer strife. I turn within through prayer, meditation, and contemplation. The peace of God surges through me like a clear, gently flowing stream. I immerse myself in it, allowing the current to wash away my worldly concerns. The love of God flows through me. I surrender what no longer serves me, I feel light and free. My mind and heart are as clear as the crystal waters. The river of divine peace fills me with hope, understanding, and forgiveness. I AM the love of God. I AM the peace of God. No person or thing can disturb the calm peace of my soul, for God and I are one.

“Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to him, “Yes, Lord.”—Matthew 9:28

Let Go Let God with Imagination

The power of imagination is the power to create change in my world.

The power of imagination allows me to see beyond appearances. As I tune in to Divine Mind through daily prayer, I open myself to ideas. They may come in visions, dreams, or gentle whispers within. As they arise, I perceive the world and my life in their true perfection. Through the power of imagination I envision peace and harmony among individuals and nations. I affirm prosperity and abundance in all homes and hearts. Divine Mind shows me the way. I take action to manifest my dreams. I invite the Universe to surprise me with possibilities. Inspired by Spirit, I am free to be creative. I make the best use of my time and resources.
Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his faithful, to those who turn to him in their hearts.—Psalm 85:8

Let Go Let God be Creative

The Christ Presence in me awakens my creativity.

When I awaken to my natural creative power, I open the flow for divine ideas, innovative energy, and unbridled brilliance. In conscious oneness with Spirit, I express from Divine Mind. Through the power of my voice, I amplify the power of thought. Speaking an affirmation out loud expands my creative energy. I am stirred into creative action by the Christ Spirit within me. Repeating these affirmative words allows creative energy to fill my entire being—mind, body, and soul. I continue on with my day, awakened to my power to create in all areas of my life. I believe in myself and my abilities because God is my source of inspiration. I am energetic, excited, and vibrant.

For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.—Ephesians 2:10

Let Go Let God with Strength

I am a strong and capable child of God.

My true nature is one of unlimited potential; nevertheless, I may hold thoughts of limitation. Becoming aware of old beliefs and constraining thoughts helps me release them and reclaim my strength. I am ready to grow the seed of greatness within me. I deny the power of self-limiting behaviors and patterns. I change my thinking by aligning with the divine power in me. I am strong and capable, and I release any beliefs to the contrary. Processing change and growth requires courage, ongoing commitment, and time on my part. I stand strong in my faith in the activity of God in my mind and body. I claim my good and let divine strength flow in and through me. I am a strong and capable child of God.
Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong.—1 Corinthians 16:13

Let Go Let God Provide Guidance

I listen to my inner guidance.

As I sit quietly in prayerful reflection and center myself in my heart space, I discover everything I need to know. Extraneous concerns pass away. My breath moves in and out gently and evenly. Whatever the perceived problem in my life, I know that right now I am in the presence of the spiritual resource that answers every need. This perfect place of rest contains everything necessary for me to proceed with perfect grace and clarity. If a question comes to mind, I ask it and then release it, trusting that the right answer will come forth. My question may be answered in a dream, a book, a word, a quiet knowing. Spirit has infinite ways of communicating, and I am open to them all.

O send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling.—Psalm 43:3

Let Go Let God in Kindness

I express kindness to all.

If I catch myself thinking unkind thoughts, I inquire within. Am I expressing kindness to all? Do I stop and ask my coworkers or the store clerk how their day is going? Can I move past my own judgments to see everyone as my brother or sister? When I am friendly, drawing from a foundation of universal love and care for all life, my attitude improves. My spiritual understanding expands. The outer world is a reflection of my inner world, so I pause to observe it. I hear birds greet the dawn with uplifting song; I notice how a dog wags its tail with excitement; the sun begins the day by rising and closes it by setting. I follow these examples from nature to create my own state of carefree acceptance. My world is a kinder place through my loving words and thoughtful actions.
Greet one another with a holy kiss.—Romans 16:16

Let Go Let God in Faith

I am anchored in life, love, and wholeness.

How much faith is needed to achieve great results? Jesus taught that even a small amount of faith can move mountains: “For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move.” If I am lacking the faith to pursue big dreams, I start with small ones. Trusting in the presence of God within to guide my way, I steadily advance toward a larger, divinely inspired vision for my life. To build my faith, I use the spiritual tools of prayer, imagination, affirmation, and action. I see divine order in all that unfolds, both large and small. I devote time each day thanking God for perfect results. I am anchored in life, love, and wholeness. I have faith in faith itself.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.—Hebrews 11:1

Let Go Let God be Free

I am grateful for unlimited potential.

A familiar hymn states “I am free, I am unlimited.” I sing this song in my heart. I claim my freedom knowing that I have the ability to access and express divine potential in my life. The proper exercise of my freedom requires attention, dedication, and respect for the rights of others. Being free means I have the opportunity to expand my physical, mental, and spiritual capabilities. I pray for the leaders of our world, affirming divine guidance. May they be guided to decisions that promote peace and honor each person’s freedom to express unlimited potential for good. I release any self-doubt and affirm: I am free, I am unlimited. I claim freedom for myself and all people everywhere.

If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.—John 8:36

Let Go Let God in Love

Love is the natural expression of who I am.

The more I learn about the power of the heart, the more I see that love is the natural expression of who I am. I tap in to my heart energy and shift my focus. I bring my attention from my busy day to the wellspring of love within. I drop my awareness from my head to my heart and relax into God’s love. The energy of the heart is powerful enough to foster peace and connection even from a distance. In my prayer times, I remember that God’s love radiates outward, touching people around the globe. Throughout the day, I silently bless each person I see and every person who comes to my mind. Following Jesus’ teaching to love one another, I radiate love and kindness to all. I know God’s love is at work in the world.

Let all that you do be done in love.—1 Corinthians 16:14

Let Go Let God with Inner Peace

The breath of Spirit flows through me. I breathe in peace.

Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote “closer is He than breathing, and nearer than hands and feet.” I take a deep breath now remembering Spirit is as close as the very breath that is breathing in me. As I go about my day, I feel peace in knowing God is with me every step of the way. Every act of service, every task I complete is a cocreation with Spirit. As I realize these truths, I cease all striving and feel a deep inner peace. I am humbled by the sacredness of my existence as a vehicle for God to be known in the world. I am at peace in the presence of Spirit, with each breath and every move.

Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.—John 15:4

Let Go Let God in Healing

I am created from a divine pattern of perfect life and wholeness.

The true nature of every being is divine. As a child of God, I have inherited the health, wisdom, love, strength, peace, and abundance of God. If I am experiencing a health challenge, this makes me no less divine. I am still whole. I take a moment to acknowledge the concern I am feeling. I remember that this situation, like all that arises, will pass. An athlete learning a new skill practices many times before becoming proficient. Affirming wholeness of body, mind, and affairs, I boldly claim my birthright: I am created from a divine pattern of perfect life and wholeness. I repeat this affirmation until it becomes ingrained in my being, more than just something I think or affirm. I live my Truth—perfect life and wholeness—as God’s spirit moves through me as vitality and wisdom.

Let the little children come to me.—Mark 10:14

Let Go Let God with Powerful Words

I bless the world through my thoughts, words, and actions.

Being a blessing to others means bestowing goodness on others. My relationship with the Divine is not only a blessing in my own life but also supports me in being a blessing to the world. As a child of God, I am made in the image and likeness of God. I have access to the source of all peace, joy, wisdom, prosperity, and well-being. Tuning in to Spirit, I access divine ideas that are the building blocks of my life. These building blocks contribute to fulfillment and bless others in wonderful ways. In my times of prayer and intention, I allow divine ideas to fill my mind. Throughout the day, I use words infused with positive energy. My thoughts, words, and actions express in powerful ways that bless the world.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.—John 1:1

Let Go Let God with Elimination

The light of the Christ Presence within guides my way.

Just as the rising sun clears away fog, so too the pure white light of the Christ Presence dissipates negativity. I easily relinquish anything that is not for my highest good, and instead fill my mind with the light and warmth of the Christ Presence—the highest expression of God in humankind. Divine clarity within me eliminates everything that does not contribute to my spiritual growth. Removing those obstacles opens the way for guidance to flow to me. The light of the Christ Presence within clears my path, brightens my world, and guides my way. I move forward with ease and grace.

I press on toward the goal for the prize of the heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus.–Philippians 3:14

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

God is my source of infinite abundance.

While I recognize God as the ultimate source of my good, other people are the channels through which my prosperity flows. Employers, employees, customers, and coworkers are conduits of God’s unlimited good. Conflicts are quickly resolved as I remember we are here to serve each other. Just as others contribute to my financial increase, I also share prosperity with the people in my life. As I pay bills, I give thanks for the services they covered. When money or other forms of prosperity come my way, I am grateful for the law of circulation. Whether I give or receive, my loving attitude strengthens our connections. Today I thank God for the people who are channels of prosperity in my life.
I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.—1 Corinthians 3:6

Let Go Let God Give Comfort

I reach out to share and experience comfort.

Stressful situations are not always easy to handle. So if I am going through a major change or loss, my most immediate need will probably be for comfort. Faith whispers to my wounded emotions with a gentle reminder, “You are not alone.” My greatest source of comfort always comes from God. Friends and family may also provide me with comforting words or gestures. I accept, grateful that they care. I find comfort knowing that, by reaching out my hand, I find another's. Just as I receive comfort, I give it. I offer a listening heart, an encouraging word, a tender touch. The holy comfort of God manifests through me. I am the heart, voice, and compassion of Spirit. I freely give my caring to others, and I, too, am comforted.
This is my comfort in my distress, that your promise gives me life.—Psalm 119:50

Let Go Let God with Pet Blessings

I am grateful for the healing love of pets.

Pets love us no matter what we do—or don’t do. Animal friends don’t judge whether humans are worthy, nor do they withhold their love. They simply love us for being. Through their unconditional love, we experience the healing power of God. The calm I feel when I pet an animal, or the joy of watching animals at play, brings me a sense of wholeness. Animals nurture the spiritual qualities of peace and happiness in me. They are living examples for how to trust the body’s intrinsic rhythm. They instinctively know when to rest, play, stretch, and exercise. The greatest instinct of all is their love with openhearted loyalty. Today I thank pets and animals for bringing healing love to me and to all of humanity.
But ask the animals, and they will teach you; the birds of the air, and they will tell you.—Job 12:7

Let Go Let God in the Body

The body is glorious inside and out.

The body contains the divine blueprint of wholeness. If I lose sight of this truth, I may speak unkindly about my body’s appearance or functioning. When I notice myself being self-critical, I take immediate action and turn within in prayer. I release any false beliefs or self-imposed limitations. I speak words of love and forgiveness to each part of my body and envision every cell healthy and strong, working in harmony with the others. With persistence and patience I shift how I think and speak about my body to be more loving and compassionate. My body responds to my shift in attitude; I feel freer and more joyful and grateful for my glorious body.
If then your whole body is full of light ... it will be as full of light as when a lamp gives you light with its rays.—Luke 11:36

Let Go Let God with Harmony

Divine wisdom establishes harmony and order in my life.

The body is often referred to as the “temple of God.” If my mind stays focused on my physical human experience, I may forget the spiritual truth that the wisdom, support, and love of God are always with me. I actively seek peace and harmony by focusing on the Truth. I boldly affirm that I am a living temple through which the spirit of God expresses. With repetition, this truth sinks deep into my heart. I let go of struggle, confusion, and chaos. I am fed and revitalized by the renewing flow of divine life. Remembering and giving thanks that I am a beloved child of God fills my mind and heart with serenity. Harmony and order are established in my life. The spirit of God fills me with peace. I am renewed.
Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me.—John 14:11

Let Go Let God in World Peace

Through eyes of love, I see all people living in peace.

Peace is the complete harmony of Spirit within me, flowing out to the world through my words and actions. Although I am only one person, I am mighty in my faith that peace can and will begin with me. One way I can accomplish this is by sharing my time and resources to provide for others. I affirm the equal distribution of the plentiful supply available. I share my resources with area food pantries or services that provide for those needing help. The circulation of divine supply supports a world at peace. My idea of world peace includes all inhabitants equally provided for so that all may live, grow, and prosper. My actions may inspire others to work together for the purpose of serving all humankind. I see all people living in peace.
Do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments.—Proverbs 3:1

Let Go Let God with Momentum

My momentum is supercharged with faith!

One month into the new year, I keep my momentum going as I advance toward achieving my resolutions. When my aspirations and ideas for bettering my life first came to me, I was confident and faith-filled. Today I reenergize that faith. I know that divine ideas would not have come my way without a path to fulfillment. My steps are divinely guided. I receive whatever clarity I need to accomplish what I set out to do. I envision my goals as already achieved. I may feel relief, pride, even elation that my dreams have come true. My energy is strong and my faith even stronger. My momentum is supercharged! Facing the year ahead, I remember that with God, all things are possible.
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.—Proverbs 16:3

Let Go Let God in Caring

I open my heart wide to serve all humankind.

Each morning I mentally plan out my schedule to be prepared. I take a moment to ask myself, What can I do today for someone else? The answer is I can consciously expand my heart space beyond my immediate wants and desires to encompass the essential needs of others. I begin right where I am. My thoughts and feelings expand beyond my personal sphere. I am divinely connected with the family of all creation. By focusing on the needs of others, I get outside of my own concerns. I experience joy when I step up to do my part for the great circle of humanity. The unity I feel with all life reminds me that this is a wonderful life, and I am a part of something greater.

Love one another deeply from the heart.—1 Peter 1:22

Let Go Let God in Service

In service, I make a difference.

Whenever I wonder what difference I can make, I remember Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s words: “Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.” Prayerfully I open my awareness to how I can serve my community. A family member may need a helping hand or a new person in my field of expertise could use a mentor. I consider what organizations align with my passions and values and ask how to get involved. I take time to rejuvenate myself so I can be fully present to those I am serving. I eat healthy foods, get adequate rest and exercise, and take time in the Silence. As I step into service, I know my actions make a difference.

Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.—Matthew 18:4-5
