I Celebrate Wellness As My Healing Is Revealed. 

Healing, the realization of wholeness, is a natural process. I do not need to control or coerce my healing, but I do need to cooperate with the divine pattern of wholeness within me. As I do, restorative energy flows through my entire being. I aid my healing with positive thoughts and expectations and with peaceful interludes communing with God in prayer. I regularly give thanks for the infinite intelligence informing my body and mind. I also assist my healing by caring for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. I eat well and engage in uplifting conversations. My prayers and affirmations of faith, along with my commitment to healthy living help me know my wholeness.

Then your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up quickly.—Isaiah 58:8

Let Go Let God In Humble Leadership

I Lead With Humility. 

The best leaders possess a blend of confidence and humility, believing in themselves and their abilities, yet drawing their power from a higher source. I strive to emulate these qualities. My humility connects me with the source of all real power: the presence of God within. It is the realization that what is best for everyone around me is also what is best for me. Humility means serving for the benefit of others. Humility leads to true confidence because it grounds me in my connection with the source of all the power, life, love, strength, and intelligence of the universe. I feel empowered and free. With the humble confidence of spiritual leadership, I serve others with joy.

To you, O God of my ancestors, I give thanks and praise, for you have given me wisdom and power.—Daniel 2:23

Let Go Let God Find Renewal

I Find My Renewal In Spirit. 

Committing to thinking new thoughts brings me new, positive feelings and a fresh way to be in the world. This renewal changes my outlook. Where before I might have found problems, I now open myself to possibilities. I turn thoughts of lack to prayers of abundance and worries about health to the realization of wholeness. My renewal in Spirit makes my experience of life so much richer. Colors are brighter, flavors are bolder, and the music of nature fills my ears. Simply to walk on the wonderful earth and fully engage my senses is uplifting. My soul is restored when I am fully present in the world, free to imagine all there is to come.

He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but according to his mercy, through the water of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.—Titus 3:5

 

Let Go Let God Through Protection

My Protection Is My Prayer. 

There is tremendous power in prayer. As I focus my heart on God, the words I speak take root in my mind and flower in my consciousness. My prayers affirming strength and safety fill me with the calm, steady assurance that all is truly well. As I go about my day, these prayers remind me there is nothing to fear, that God is greater than anything I may be called to overcome. Even when facing challenges to my health or relationships, I have my protection in Spirit. I am confident that God’s love is my protection. I have faith my loved ones are enfolded in the eternal protection of the love of God. My prayers for strength and fortitude are mine to call upon always. I meet every situation with the surety and confidence I speak in prayer. 

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.—Proverbs 18:10

Praying For Others Unites Us In Spirit. 

After witnessing wondrous prayer outcomes in my own and others’ lives, I know in my heart the power of prayer. I am honored to pray for others. I begin by aligning my mind with divine mind as I center my attention on the goodness of God. In this space there is only God. Rather than envision the resolution of a specific prayer need, I realize peace, prosperity, wholeness, and gratitude. I form my thoughts, words, and feelings carefully and lovingly. This act of intention is a sacred spiritual experience. I am one with those for whom I pray, just as I am one with God. Grateful to be a conduit of spiritual energy, I have faith my prayers are a blessing in the lives of those who receive them.

So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.—Mark 11:24

Let Go Let God Understand Sacred

 

My Sacred Spiritual Practices Keep The Awareness Of God In My Heart. 

Sometimes the mere sight or feel of a treasured sacred object is enough to center my awareness on God. I feel humble and reverent as I gaze upon a sacred image. I feel the same as I step into a sacred place. Without any effort, my mind quiets, my heart opens, and I feel at peace. The traditions that give meaning to my life are made more sacred throughout the years. Each time I observe a custom or celebrate a rite of passage, I am making it sacred. Even developing a deeper, more intimate understanding of myself is a sacred part of my prayer practice. I discover the innermost essence of who I am. Beholding myself as a child of God, I feel beautiful, wise, and loving. I am an integral part of the sacredness of divine life itself.

As he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct.—1 Peter 1:15

Let Go Let God All Is In Divine Order

 

Divine Order Supports My Life. 

At those times I am waiting and hoping for a desired result, I may begin to feel impatient or even a little doubtful. I gain some useful perspective when I consider the story of the earth and how the cosmos formed over billions of years, evolving through countless changes, leading to the world I know. This long history reminds me change can take a long time and feel imperceptible. I now see divine order as the process of creation expressing everywhere all the time, in the world and in my life. This realization helps me trust that I matter every bit as much as the world itself. I release my doubts and sail through life on the currents of divine order. I affirm my good will come to me in its time.

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ … chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world.—Ephesians 1:3-4

Let Go Let God Share Love

I Generously Share The Love Of God. 

Today I commit to expressing the love that lives in me as I extend my heart generously and without hesitation. My heart is full, and my love flows freely. I look for ways to share my kind words and actions. I may send a message to a dear one, bestow a heartfelt gift, and just let those who are dear to me know that I love them and they can count on me. I trust my loving gestures bless everyone around me. Likewise, I gratefully receive messages of love, taking them into my heart and feeling the warmth behind them. The source of all love is God, and I feel the divine presence in every tender word and kind action. I keep this truth alive every time I speak and act in love.

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.—John 13:34

 

Let Go Let God Be Compassionate

I Am A Compassionate Presence. 

In periods of peaceful contemplation, I immerse myself in the unconditional love that joins the human family together in God. As the awareness of divine love fills my mind and heart, it dissolves all memories of difficulties and feelings of discord. Centered in divine love, I deeply feel my oneness with God and with all people. I now see the people in my life anew. Beholding the divinity of each dear one I meet, my heart overflows with empathy as I respond to their troubles and celebrate their triumphs. I am patient. I listen with intention. I recognize their divinity as I recognize my own. I welcome the flow of divine love as it blesses me as well as those with whom I am sharing my compassion.

You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against any of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.—Leviticus 19:18

Let Go Let God Be A Dreamer

My Dreams Lead Me To Greater Possibilities. 

As an optimistic thinker, I imagine all kinds of positive possibilities, contemplating all that is good for me and for my loved ones. I am also a dreamer. I do not lose sight of reality, but I am not limited by it. I treasure my dreams because they show me all that is possible. The better I can envision and feel my dreams as genuine possibilities, the more easily I am able to achieve them. My dreams may be greater than my current evidence, but that’s what dreams are for. I believe in the power of my dreams and my ability to make them come true. I love the challenge of reaching for my dreams, trusting whenever I realize one dream that another is on the horizon. I am a dreamer, a believer that nothing is impossible.

For we walk by faith, not by sight.—2 Corinthians 5:7

Let Go Let God Know Joy

 I Am Filled With Joy, As I Realize My Divine Potential.

Joy fills my soul as I grow in the awareness of what it means to be a spiritual being. I have grown in understanding as I have progressed along my spiritual journey. At one time, I understood I had a spark of the Divine in me, a part of me that contained the perfection of God. I now understand that I am fully divine, just as I am fully human. I find great joy in this realization, a freedom and boldness that inspires me in everything I do and encourages me to live my life fully and bravely. Joy is so much more than fleeting happiness. It is part of my divine inheritance, the very essence of who I am. Everything God is, I am. I feel joyous as I express the goodness of God as only I can.

For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands I sing for joy.—Psalm 92:4

Let Go Let God Discover Talents

I Discover And Use My Divine Talents. 

I am a unique expression of creativity. I have talents that no one else can demonstrate quite the way I can. As I develop my skills, my soul is nourished because I am fulfilling my purpose as a divine being. Using the Parable of the Talents, Jesus teaches his disciples not to hide their gifts but to share them. My talents may include something simple and fun, such as whistling. Or I may be blessed with artistic or musical ability or deep empathy that allows me to connect easily with others. Just as the potential for a tall redwood tree rests in a tiny seed, a giant tortoise awaits in an egg, and the essence of an ocean exists within a single drop, so too does untapped talent dwell within me. I have so much to share with the world, and I am grateful for the opportunity.

For to all those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance.—Matthew 25:29

Let Go Let God Be Energetic

The Indwelling Christ Presence Is My Source Of Exuberant Energy. 

I face each day filled with exuberance, eager to discover newer and truer ways of being fully present to the sacred nature of my life. Embracing the rejuvenating Christ presence within, I renew my focus and am energized by the possibility that comes with each new day. I bring my full attention to each encounter and every conversation. Free from distraction, I am laser focused and attentive. My senses are heightened as I bring my energy to all that I see and hear. I notice even the smallest details and subtle nuances. My energetic bearing brings zeal to even the more mundane aspects of life such as routine tasks and household chores. Energetic and joyous, I behold the Divine in everything everywhere. 

Love one another with mutual affection; outdo one another in showing honor. Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord.—Romans 12:10-11

Let Go, Let God

My Mind Is Peaceful And My Spirit Is Free As I Let Go, And Let God. 

Letting go of all that no longer serves me is a blessing for my mental, physical, and spiritual health. Even if I find comfort in familiar ideas and habits, I respond to the prompting of my inner wisdom that tells me to release all those aspects of my life and move on. This letting go is an invitation for the grace of Spirit to guide me. As I let go, I am creating room for new ideas, opportunities, and experiences. I am opening to the richness of a universe that always provides for me in abundance. Letting go and letting God means releasing struggle and trusting my inner strength and wisdom. Spiritual surrender frees me. Unencumbered, I access the power of God within and am guided to my highest good.

Then he waited another seven days, and sent out the dove; and it did not return to him any more.—Genesis 8:12

Let Go Let God Believe In Prosperity

The Peace And Plenty Of The World Is Mine. 

In the past I may have believed that some things were for me to receive and other things were not. Some places were for me to go and other places were not. Some experiences were for me to have and others were not. It doesn’t matter why I believed these things. What matters now is knowing I have the freedom to break free from limited thinking and to boldly live my life from the fullness of my prosperity. I now believe that all that I can imagine, everything I wish to experience, can be brought into manifestation through the power of my thoughts and feelings. True prosperity is not about manifesting things. Instead, it is living in faith that my every need is met and all good things are possible.

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.—Psalm 37:4

 

Let Go Let God Claim Dominion

Claiming Dominion, I Am Calm And Confident. 

I am a powerful spiritual being endowed with dominion, the authority to take command of my thoughts, words, and actions. Even as I work to change my circumstances, I remember I am not constrained by what is happening around me. Claiming dominion, I choose my response in all situations. I live with poise and confidence. I claim dominion over my thoughts and feelings. When I recognize limiting thoughts, I train myself to affirm my spiritual power and freedom. Divine wisdom guides me. I feel the strength of the indwelling Christ presence moment by moment, thought by thought, as I use my dominion to establish a positive, fulfilling direction for my life.

Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion.”—Genesis 1:26

Let Go Let God Contemplate Inner Peace

I Give Thanks For The Peace Of God Within. 

When I contemplate peace, I feel my oneness with God and the quiet strength it gives me. I see a tranquil lake, a gorgeous sunset, or a mountain stream and give thanks for the beauty around me. Feeling peaceful, I am relaxed and calm. I glow from within and feel serenity in my soul. I breathe easier, remain positive, and always give thanks. I am mindful of my place in the world and the difference I make. I am a spiritual being, sharing my unique energy and talents. Peace is mine to remember, to imagine, and to create. I am a child of God, inspired by the beauty of creation, calm and strong through my oneness with God. Mine is a peace I trust in, rely upon, and give thanks for. I am truly blessed.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may

abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.—Romans 15:13

Let Go Let God Await Guidance

I Await My Guidance With Quiet Expectancy. 

I am guided by the presence of God within me. I am one with divine intelligence. As I listen to my intuitive awareness, I feel the doors of my heart open to all I am seeking. I quiet any cloudy or doubtful thoughts and become receptive to my guidance. I begin by meditating upon the question on my heart, then releasing it gently. I then dwell in this space, in complete calm and without conscious thought. I remain undisturbed as I commune with this indwelling infinite resource I can call upon at any time. As I go forth into my day, I carry this reassuring serenity with me. I welcome the assistance I receive, both within and without, as I attune myself to this guidance with a peaceful heart and a quiet mind.

You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me with honor.—Psalm 73:24

Let Go Let God Be A Free Spirit

I Am Free To Live And Love. 

As a spiritual being having a human experience, my body is a channel through which my divinity expresses. I live from this awareness, and my spirit soars as I explore new experiences. I give thanks for my spirit of adventure that prompts me to live my dreams. My heart overflows with love and amazement at my potential, with wonder at the beauty and fullness of the world. Neither space nor time confine me, for I know there is no time in Spirit. The good I seek is manifesting now, flowing to me at the right time and in the right way. I believe in myself and trust the wisdom of my soul that guides me to my good, however that takes place. I choose my path, travel at my pace, and dance to the beat of my heart. I dare to be the expression of God that only I can be.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free.—Romans 8:2

Let Go Let God Examine Expectations

My Expectations Are For Good. 

I take time today to examine my expectations. I ask myself whether I anticipate positive outcomes even when there are appearances to the contrary. I ponder whether I truly believe God is the one presence and one power no matter what. This kind of spiritual housecleaning is necessary to ensure that doubt and fear don’t creep into my expectations. I commit to holding a higher view for myself, the people in my life, and the world. When I recognize and affirm the divinity of myself and all people, it feels natural to hold expectations of positivity and goodness. I expect the best for myself, all others, and the planet. I concentrate my thoughts on a peaceful, united world for all of us.

The desire of the righteous ends only in good.—Proverbs 11:23

Let Go Let God Bless Children

I Am Grateful For All Children. 

Children are a precious gift. I love their wide-eyed wonderment as they discover the world around them, their confidence as they bravely try new things, and their creativity as they use the power of their imaginations. I appreciate the sweetness and innocence of children as they shine their divine lights so brightly. Their joy and exuberant energy fill me with hope that the world they inherit will be better because of their contributions to it. I bless the children in my life and the children of the world with prayers of protection and grace, that they are guided to maturity by wise, loving adults who clear their paths and light their way. I pray that as they grow, all children will awaken to their divinity and bless the world.
