Let Go Let God Be Protected

I Am Protected By The Light Of God.

Wherever I am, I am loved and protected. The love of God is within me and all around me, constantly guiding me to my highest good. The light of truth illuminates my consciousness. Good comes to me, and good comes through me. God is my strength, my peace, and my all. I release thoughts of fear and worry and everything else that is not spiritual truth. I no longer give the past any power. Instead, I listen to my inner voice that reminds me I am always cared for. I am whole and complete, fully equipped to meet any challenge. The fullness of God gives me the courage and strength to realize the magnificence of who I am. Wherever I am, God is, and all is well.

So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”—Hebrews 13:6

Let Go Let God Surprise

I Open My Heart To Blessings And Welcome The Surprises Coming My Way.

Daily routines can be a comfort, but if my life becomes too predictable, I can become numb to the world’s wonders. Today I renew my capacity to surprise myself by trying something new. I may travel somewhere unfamiliar and exciting, or do something thrilling, all just for the fun of it. I also welcome surprises that come to me as serendipity. When I receive an unexpected invitation, when someone remembers me with a visit or a gift, when I get a flash of inspiration like a bolt out of the blue, I can sense the presence of God and my intuition urging me to try new things. Life feels fresh and exciting through surprises. I see each one as an invitation, a way to meet my good and grow through the experience.

Amazement seized all of them, and they glorified God and were filled with awe.—Luke 5:26

Let Go Let God Imagine

I Imagine And Create My Most Magnificent Life.

I admire the storyteller’s gift for creating fantastic worlds where impossible things happen. I immerse myself in the story, allowing myself to feel the wonder, the exhilaration, and even the sadness the storyteller’s imagination has created. No matter how scary the story, there is nothing to fear. It is only a story. My imagination helps me create my life story. Guided by divine wisdom and will, I imagine a positive, meaningful life. If disturbing thoughts cloud my imagination, I remember I am God’s living expression. There is nothing to fear. My spiritual gifts of faith, love, strength, and understanding join with my imagination to build the fulfilling life my heart desires.

I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.—Joel 2:28

Let Go, Let God

My Awareness Of My Faith Deepens As I Grow In Trust In God.

When I think of the phrase letting go, I picture a balloon being released from its holder’s hand, soaring higher and higher until it can no longer be seen. I use this picture as an exercise in faith. I can think of the balloon as my negative thoughts or experiences troubling me or the dreams and wishes I may be hoping for. I bless them all and envision them ascending and floating away. Letting go also means inviting the Divine into my awareness. As I release my figurative balloon, I also release expectation about what might happen next. I relax and trust my guidance to lead me to my good. I lean into my faith for patience as I let go of expectation. There are no limits to God’s good. I find comfort in this truth, and I await the best outcome for all.

He replied, “What is impossible for mortals is possible for God.”—Luke 18:2

Let Go Let God Forgive

I Turn Within And Offer Forgiveness Easily.

Sometimes someone may say or do something that hurts my feelings or provokes me to anger. Before I respond, I take a breath and quiet my mind so I can turn within and access my heart center. There is only love and kindness there. This is the place within me that enables me to embrace the good in myself and all others. My unconditional acceptance leaves no room for negative thoughts or spiteful feelings. Forgiveness comes easily to me because I trust in the divinity, the inherent goodness in each of us. Just as I forgive others, I also forgive myself for those times I caused another to be hurt. It becomes ever easier to forgive and be patient when I remind myself we are still growing into the fullness of our divine expression.

But there is forgiveness with you, so that you may be revered.—Psalm 130:4

Let Go Let God Through Guidance

I Am Divinely Guided And Directed Through Spirit Within.

In the quiet of the Silence, I relax and listen for my still, small voice. This voice is my intuition, my nudge from the mind of God, pointing me in the direction of my highest good. I may receive information and advice from my friends and family, or I may do some research on my own. But I place the most value and trust in the insight I receive when I listen to my intuition the most. More than that, relying upon my guidance heightens my awareness of God’s presence and deepens my trust in God’s goodness. I listen to my still, small voice and feel confident following its guidance. The more I follow it, the more I feel I am cocreating with the Divine to live my fullest, richest life.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God.—Romans 12:2

Let Go Let God Pray For Others

My Healing Prayers Bless The World With Love And Light.

Praying uplifts my soul, nurturing and blessing me and those I hold in prayer. I open my heart to the love of God and behold the divine light of truth in everyone. I hold every being on the planet in love and light. When challenges, discord, and tensions arise, I pray affirming harmony, clarity, and the right outcome, blessing all concerned with peace and wellness. I surrender all fears and worries that may have crept into my thinking. I release any judgments and attachments to outcome. I trust that everything is working for the highest good. I see all those in need of prayer at peace in God. I hold a vision of a world where everyone awakens to their divine nature, and together, we create heaven on earth.

To this end we always pray for you, asking that our God … will fulfill by his power every good resolve and work of faith.—2 Thessalonians 1:11

Let Go Let God Create

I Create Beauty And Joy In My Life.

Kids have endless creative energy, drawing pictures freestyle or gaily smearing the spectrum of color inside and outside the lines. Later, when they learn the “proper” way to draw, their efforts might lack the zing of artistic freedom. Perhaps they’ve begun to doubt their divine gift of creativity. Today I reclaim the power to create beauty and joy. I may color inside the lines or beyond them. Creative acts small and large embolden me—whether I arrange flowers to display or design a botanical garden, pen a letter to a friend or write a novel, sing an improvised tune or compose a symphony. I claim my divine gift of creativity and rediscover the joy once felt when scribbling color.

He has filled him with divine spirit, with skill, intelligence, and knowledge in every kind of craft.—Exodus 35:31

Let Go Let God Pray For World Peace

I Am At Peace As I Welcome All The World's People Into My Heart.

Modern life has made the farthest reaches of the planet accessible to me. Through technological advances, I have the ability to interact with people I would otherwise likely never have the chance to meet. Even across the miles, all the world’s people are my neighbors. We are all children of God, all divine beings. When I look at the world that way, it feels smaller and more familiar. I meet other people and see our similarities, not just our differences. This awareness helps peace dawn in my heart. As more people discover our common humanity, strife and conflict will fade as harmony and understanding spread, and peace will dawn in every land.

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with all of you.—2 Thessalonians 3:16

Let Go Let God Walk In Grace

I Walk In Grace And Peace Today.

I give thanks for the activity of God in my life that appears as grace. This divine gift manifests as the beauty of the world and the people in it and as the comforting presence of God within and around me each day. I do not have to do anything to earn grace because it does not result from my attitude or actions. It flows from the infinite love of God within every person and surrounding every circumstance. It is the indwelling presence that sustains me in challenging times and lifts me in good times. I accept grace with gratitude when I have stumbled along life’s path and received unexpected blessings. This boundless love fills my heart with bliss and peace. I live in the presence of infinite love, believing each unfolding event in my life is leading me to my highest good.

My grace is sufficient for you.—2 Corinthians 12:9

Let Go Let God Focus

I Am Focused And Positive Every Step Of My Journey.

What a difference it makes in my day when I stay focused and positive. I plan and envision desired results as I begin a project or pursue a goal. I draw from my wisdom and strength to do what is mine to do. If things don’t go the way I want or expect, I stop and center myself, connecting with the spirit of God within. Instead of being disheartened, I may feel guided to shift my focus and redirect myself toward a different path. If necessary, I adjust my expectations. With my positive focus, I discover new possibilities. Open to fresh ideas, I feel uplifted and light. I move forward with purpose. I am focused and optimistic, expectant of good.

Put these things into practice, devote yourself to them, so that all may see your progress. Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching.—1 Timothy 4:15-16

Let Go Let God Align With Divine Order

I Align With Divine Order And Trust The Timing Of Perfect Results.

Order is the truth of my life. There may have been times I found this frustrating as I waited for the pieces to fall into place before I could move forward or for certain things to happen before a desired result could come about. As I have grown, I have learned how to cooperate with divine order instead of being impatient with it. I understand my good will come to me in its time. My job is not to force results or push for desired outcomes. Instead, as I align myself with order, time and urgency fall away. I do what is mine to do to bring about the result I wish to see. Then I step back and trust divine timing. I am in harmony with divine order, patient and trusting in right outcomes.

The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.—Psalm 19:8

Let Go Let God With Joy

My Joy Is Complete As I Realize My Oneness With God.

Within every trial is an opportunity to spiritually surrender, deepen in faith, and grow in awareness of God. Growing closer to God is the silver lining surrounding the clouds of human experience. In that silver lining, I can discover my joy. There have been times when I felt I had nowhere to turn, no one in whom I could trust. It was precisely at my lowest points I discovered the depths of my faith and the power of God’s loving presence. Over time, my circumstances improved and my difficulties resolved. I took from those troubles a closer relationship with God and a deeper understanding of my divine gifts. If troubles visit me again, I will meet them with faith and persevere, finding joy in rising again.

My brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy.—James 1:2

Let Go Let God Through The Power Of Words

I Wield The Power Of My Words Wisely.

Words have power, and I can use that power to create or destroy. I choose my words carefully and speak words that are uplifting. I pay attention to my thoughts and do not give room to limiting, fear-based ideas. I have the power to fill my thinking with affirmations of truth. I remind myself that I am divine, loved, and spiritually protected. I avoid using my words in negative ways that offend or hurt others. I take full responsibility for how I use the mighty power of my voice. I keep my thoughts, words, and actions in alignment with my spiritual nature. I have the courage to speak truthfully and authentically and be a presence for good. I pray the words from my heart will be a beacon of light for all who hear.

By your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.—Matthew 12:37

Let Go Let God Comfort

Seeking Comfort Is An Important Part Of My Self-Care  Practice.

Throughout the seasons of life, my self-care needs change. During my low points especially, I may need comfort to keep going and cope with what is before me. From small creature comforts to deep, nurturing attention, I find or ask for what will help. Maybe some cozy clothing and a restorative nap are what I need. Perhaps my need is greater, and I seek reassuring words and a consoling hug. Comfort is a necessity, not a luxury. Feeling secure, nourished, and rested help me bear up under the weight of life’s more difficult periods. If, in the past, I neglected myself to meet the needs of others, I now give my needs the consideration they deserve. I find the comfort I want as often and for as long as I need to.

Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.—3 John 1:2

Let Go Let God Inspire

I Give Thanks For Those Who Have Helped Me Spiritually.

I reflect on those teachers and wise guides who have inspired me along my spiritual journey. I prayerfully center each one in the love and light of God, remembering the ways they supported and encouraged me. These radiant souls nurtured my spiritual growth. I give thanks for the guides and teachers who inspired me, whether as a clergyperson, counselor, or true friend. Some may have been beacons of light who illuminated my way. Others may have shared their spiritual resources and practices that helped me along my journey. I am grateful for opportunities to uplift and encourage others as they find their way. With an open and humble heart, I do my best to live as an example who inspires my children, family members, and friends to live their truths.

I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you.—Isaiah 41:10

Let Go Let God Generously

The Abundance Of The World Flows Through Me.

I am securely in the flow of prosperity when I receive graciously and gratefully and share my abundance generously. Whatever I share with a loving, giving heart blesses me as much as it blesses the one who receives it. Each time I share of my supply, I am demonstrating my trust that I will always have what I need. When I share of myself, I am living my faith that I am a divine being empowered with a limitless supply of divine ideas. The richness of an abundant universe flows through me. Knowing this, I don’t hesitate to be generous so others will know the abundance of the world as I know it. Through my giving, may they also know the blessings of the awesome power and grace of God, as they bless me daily.

Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from God, so that we may understand the gifts bestowed on us by God.—1 Corinthians 2:12

Let Go Let God Know Healing

My Positive Attitude About My Body And Mind Helps Heal Me.

Just about every day I get the message from society, others’ comments, and even my own inner critic that there’s something about my body or mind that needs fixing. Accepting the idea that something is inherently wrong with me puts me at odds with myself and keeps me from fully feeling my oneness with God. I claim my healing by focusing on what’s great about my mind and body. I lovingly appreciate them for working to keep me alive and functioning. I pay attention to any aches or unsettled feelings and feel grateful for the cue to rest and take good care of myself. Shifting my perspective blesses me and helps me prioritize my physical and mental health so I can better know my wholeness.

Rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.—Proverbs 12:18

Let Go Let God We Are Safe

When They Are Far From Me, My Loved Ones Are Safe In God.

If I find myself worrying about my loved ones and longing for their safe return, I may pray for their safety. Whether they’re gone for a day, a month, or longer, I keep them in my thoughts and count the hours or days until they are with me once again. While we are separated, I am comforted remembering no matter where they are in the world, they are safe in God. As I pray, I release each dear one to the care and keeping of divine love. I entrust them to their own indwelling guidance and find peace in the knowledge that wherever they are, God is. They are safe in Spirit, just as I am. The encompassing presence and power of God lives within my beloveds and surrounds them always. We are bound by this divine presence, ever safe.

For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover them with favor as with a shield.—Psalm 5:12

Let Go Let God Be Blessed

I Am Blessed To Behold God In Everything.

There is so much for which to feel grateful, so much that makes my life feel like a precious gift. I am blessed with my body, which carries me through life. So too is my mind a blessing, rich in imagination and wise in understanding. I am blessed with friends and family who love and care for me, who are with me in times of ease and bliss and who support me in times of loss and sorrow. They accept me as I am and want only the best for me. I am blessed with prosperity as I enjoy and share the fruits of an abundant world. I trust all my needs will be met, today and every day. I am grateful to be a divine being, part of everything God is. I am in God just as God is in me. That is the greatest blessing of all.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.—Matthew 5:8

Let Go Let God Claim Freedom

I Am Awakening To My Freedom.

The spiritual truth about me is that I am free to think, express, and be my uniquely gifted self. Awakening to and realizing freedom is part of my soul growth and purpose. It requires dedication to self-awareness and the willingness to release limiting and outgrown beliefs and behaviors. Freedom is like a coin that has two sides—one is being free from limitations, and the other is being free to continually grow into achieving my potential. As I continue to awaken to freedom, I know each step I take is important. My awakening leads me to accept more freedom and integrate its expanding influence. I claim freedom and become increasingly confident in every area of my life. I trust my guidance as I stretch boundaries and go forth unfettered.

You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.—John 8:32

Let Go Let God Be Courageous

Secure In God, I Am Courageous And Fearless.

Sometimes life’s problems and challenges can feel so big and overwhelming that I wonder how I might surmount them alone. Today I remember I am never alone. God is with me, and there is no worldly circumstance greater than God. Knowing this, I feel courageous. I shift my focus away from whatever might be wrong and turn my attention toward that which is always right: the love, wisdom, and strength of God within me. I leave fear behind. At one time, I might have shrunk from difficulties, doubting my ability to overcome them. I might have let fear stop me from trying new things. Now I step out in courage, drawing upon my divine gifts, trusting I am divinely guided and infinitely blessed.

I hereby command you: Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.—Joshua 1:9

Let Go Let God Give Thanks For Family

I Give Thanks For My Human Family.

Being part of a family—feeling loved and supported—is like nothing else. My family may be the one I was born into or it may be the friends I love and feel close to. I am part of an even larger family—my human family—no matter our ethnicity or country of origin. We practice different customs, speak different languages, and hold different points of view, but we are the same in our hearts’ desires for peace, health, prosperity, and harmonious relationships. We are a divine family created and held in love. As I pause to commune with Spirit in prayer, I feel connected to my human family. Any feeling of difference melts away in this time of sacred oneness. We are unified by a spirit of respect and compassion that reaches around the world.

Let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith.—Galatians 6:10

Let Go Let God Together

The Presence Of God Unites Us As We Work, Play, And Pray Together.

Joining with others to work makes the job easier. Joining together for fun multiplies the enjoyment. The camaraderie, cooperation, and support of togetherness give me a boost and brighten my mood. The indwelling Christ presence is alive in all people, everywhere. When I work, play, or pray with others, something greater than the sum of our individual efforts and insights results. The divine love that binds us multiplies as we recognize it in one another and give it fuller expression in ourselves. Work becomes more productive, play more enjoyable, and prayer more fulfilling. Together we produce more good work and feel more joy and happiness than any of us could accomplish on our own.

For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.—Matthew 18:20

Let Go Let God Share Inner Peace

I Call Upon The Peace Of God And Bless Myself With Tranquility.

It can be tempting to look at tumultuous or troubling circumstances and, in a state of agitation, pray for peace. But peace doesn’t come to me through an outside source. Nothing and no one can give it to me. Instead, I must claim the peace of God for myself. What a blessing that I can call upon divine peace whenever I feel troubled. At those moments, I take slow, deep breaths and envision tranquility. I feel it rising up, not just inside of me but also all around me. I envision peace enveloping everyone. My feelings of disturbance vanish as harmony spreads. The peace I feel keeps flowing from me into the world. Its calming influence blesses all beings and the world. I give thanks for the opportunity to share my peace.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.—Proverbs 3:17

Let Go Let God Feel Faith

I Feel My Faith More Keenly When I Live From My Divine Identity.

There are so many times I have been faced with a worrisome situation and found myself wishing I had more faith. I realize now I wasn’t lacking in faith. Instead, by worrying or envisioning the worst outcome, I was using my faith faculty to believe in something I did not want. I have all the faith I could ever need, but it’s up to me to direct it toward believing the highest and best outcomes are on their way to me and that God—the one presence and one power—is all good all the time. My faith is strong, and I place it in God, the source of all goodness. I affirm peace and plenty, wholeness and harmony. As I fill my mind with positive thoughts, my faith in life’s blessings grows and grows.

The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”—Luke 17:5

Let Go Let God Live With Purpose

Living My Purpose Draws Me Closer To God.

It’s only natural to wonder what my purpose is on earth, what my life should be about. I may ponder what I feel driven to accomplish when I think of making my mark on the world. Finding and following my life’s purpose gives my life meaning. Those pursuits that bring joy to my heart and spark my excitement lead me in the direction of my passion, the contribution I can make to the world. As I pursue my purpose, I am filled with zeal, bursting with creative energy, and driven to push myself to new heights of expression and accomplishment. God is with me at every point of my journey. Through the work of my hands, the words from my mouth, or the love in my heart, I celebrate the glory of God.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.—1 Corinthians 10:31

Let Go Let God Bless The Animals

I Bless All The World's Animals.

I behold the divinity in all animals whether they are spotted in my neighborhood or in the wild, in captivity or in someone’s care. Pets bring joy and comfort to our lives. Their very presence is healing and an expression of divine life. I give thanks for all the pets that protect, nurture, and serve us unselfishly. God’s creative, diverse life is ever expressing itself in the fish of the ocean, the birds in the sky, wild beasts, and the smallest creatures. I can look to animals for life lessons. For example, the tiny hummingbird teaches me to extract the sweetness from life. The eagle reminds me I can fly beyond the dark clouds of limitation and find freedom in the clear sky. I am grateful for the diversity of creation and the beauty and joy it brings to my life.

So out of the ground the Lord God formed every animal of the field and every bird of the air.—Genesis 2:19

Let Go Let God Understand Will

I Use My Power Of  Will To Direct My Life.

At one time, I thought exerting my will meant trying to force a result, pushing to get what I wanted. As I have grown spiritually, my understanding of will has evolved. Now I understand it as one of my divine gifts, a way to direct my feelings, thoughts, and actions and choose how I want to move forward. I use my will in ways small and large. From the most minor choices to the largest life-altering decisions, I direct the course of my life through my power of will. I use my will to deepen my relationship with God. I choose to find time for spiritual study and contemplation. I choose to pray and speak affirmations. My spiritual life is up to me, and I choose to put God first.

The human mind may devise many plans, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will be established.—Proverbs 19:21

Let Go Let God Love

I Am Loving And Kind.

Love attracts love. Because of its magnetic quality, I trust my expressions of love and kindness will return to me. By remaining attuned to the power of love within—the very essence of my being—I can respond to any situation with empathy and patience. I listen carefully, speak words of comfort and support, and act from the kindness of my heart because I am divine love in expression. Even when my patience is challenged, I let love flow from my heart to those needing understanding. ind and loving responses remain uppermost in my consciousness as I spend time in prayer, affirming my spiritual gift of love. Love flows into and through me, inviting joy into my life. It flows from me as a benediction to all.

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.—John 13:34

Let Go Let God Experience Prosperity

Practicing Gratitude Deepens My Experience Of Prosperity.

My life may be full of blessings—my family and friends, my home, my memories and experiences—but it can be easy to take it for granted if I focus more on what I’m missing rather than what I have. Being thankful, expressing my gratitude for my good, opens my heart, but it also opens my eyes to the many ways I am prosperous. I count my blessings, pausing to give thanks for each one. The more often I do this, the more feelings of gratitude will fill my heart, crowding out constricting feelings of scarcity, fear, or envy. From the serenity I feel in my heart to the peace that calms my mind, I am prosperous. As I greet each day with a prayer of thanks, my blessings abound.

They feast on the abundance of your house, and you give them drink from the river of your delights.—Psalm 36:8
