Let Go Let God in Safe Travel

I am divinely guided and protected wherever I travel.

Wherever I am and whatever my next destination, I travel with a positive perspective. I thoroughly enjoy the journey because I feel a sense of deep peace and security that comes from trusting in Spirit. Relying on the indwelling Spirit as my protector and my guide does not mean that I ignore basic safety measures when I travel. To the contrary, being grounded in Spirit means that I make appropriate preparations for my trip, guided by my innate wisdom. Staying steeped in an awareness of Spirit’s omnipresent love also means that, when the unexpected occurs, I react out of faith and calm rather than out of fear and anxiety. Wherever I go, I feel totally safe and secure because I trust in the wisdom and love of God within me.
The human mind plans the way, but the Lord directs the steps.—Proverbs 16:9

Let Go Let God in Remembrance

I give thanks for everyone who has come before me.

Today I give thanks for those who have come before me, for the men and women who have served their country to make the world a better place. I honor their memories with prayers of gratitude. I do not have to agree with the premise of war to understand the sacrifice these souls have made. I also bring to mind family members and friends who have passed from this physical plane, those who have been a special part of my life. These loved ones are still with me in my awareness and in my heart. Our souls are intricately woven together and cannot be separated. I give thanks for the life I live because others gave of their light, life, and love. Remembering the past, I live in the present and move into the future in a spirit of oneness and peace.
I do not cease to give thanks for you, as I remember you in my prayers.—Ephesians 1:16

Let Go Let God Provide Prosperity

God is my source. I am prosperous.

God is the fulfillment of my every need. Fulfilling relationships, good health, and financial wealth are blessings from my divine source. Wherever there is a need in my life, I turn to God in prayer. I release any fear or doubt that arises from perceived lack. With faith and assurance, I affirm: God is my source. Nothing and no one can keep me from my good. My spiritual health is not determined by any physical diagnosis. My financial status is not dependent upon a paycheck or any outside agency. The loving spirit of God is the very substance of all my good. I give thanks in advance knowing my highest good is unfolding now.

The Lord will open for you his rich storehouse, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season and to bless all your undertakings.—Deuteronomy 28:12

Let Go Let God Realize

I awaken to the realization that, through God’s presence, I am blessed.

During the day, flowers follow the motion of the sun, bending to find the light they need for growth. I grow spiritually when I continually turn to bask in the illuminating power of God. I depend on the divine presence for my spiritual and emotional development. Through my practice of prayer and meditation, I open myself daily to the light of Spirit. In my quiet commune with God, I gradually accept the Truth that I am loved. With time and practice, I blossom with the realization that I am the very essence of God and I am blessed. I am made in the image and likeness of the Divine. This realization is a profound personal experience. The greatest realization of my life is to know with all my being that God and I are One.
The Father and I are one.—John 10:30

Let Go Let God be Protected

Spirit within is my refuge. I am divinely protected.

When I was scared or hurt as a child, I went to a parent or caregiver for comfort. As an adult, I am aware that Spirit within is my shelter from any storm. I find unlimited protection by turning within for a time of quiet prayer. As I reconnect with Spirit, I immediately feel God’s protective presence. I am sheltered from all challenges in these quiet moments of rest and peace. Here, I am restored in strength and courage. Wherever I go and whatever I do, I carry this secret place of refuge within me. At any given moment, I breathe into my heart space and with each breath I feel safer. Spirit within is my refuge. I am divinely protected, and all is well.
Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us.—Psalm 62:8

Let Go Let God in Graduation

I give thanks for my successes.

In this month of graduation ceremonies, we celebrate the human spirit and the ability of people to persevere. Those who have accomplished a milestone can look back at all that they have done, having pride in their skills and abilities and look ahead to new adventures. Every milestone in life is a way of gaining more insight into oneself on this glorious adventure called life. I consider the benchmarks I have reached. Whether I have achieved academic, personal, or professional success, I celebrate my ability to persevere. With each success, I have gained greater insight and learned more about myself. Reflecting on all that I have accomplished, I now see the areas in which I have grown. I am ready for new adventures now!

Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord.—Romans 12:11

Let Go Let God with a Children's Blessing

Walk in faith and love, child of God.

Children’s self-confidence grows when they receive positive reassurance. I bless them in my prayers today: “You are a child of God, filled with divine light and life. May you ever express the peace and love that dwell within you to everyone you meet. May your life be blessed beyond measure with wonderful experiences that create lasting, meaningful memories. I see you developing into a person who loves and respects all life. I see you using your talents, skills, and unique personality to bring light and joy to others. I bless you with peace. I bless you with joy. I see you strong, confident, and safe as you explore the world. Walk in faith and love, for you are a child of God.”
Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.—Matthew 19:14

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

Healing power flows through me to bless myself and others.

One of the best ways to nurture myself spiritually is to express compassion. So I focus on helping others, remembering them in my times of prayer. I will discover a surge of energy flowing in me and through me. In blessing them, I am blessing myself because I am tapping into the flow of Spirit. While in prayer, I bring to mind a person who needs help. I immerse myself in the feeling of compassionate caring that is a sure conduit for healing power. I become aware of that life and energy coursing through my being. I am one, spiritually, with every soul in the universe. I celebrate that oneness by feeling, knowing, and realizing this healing power as it flows through me to bless myself and others.
Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.—3 John 1:2

Let Go Let God You are Never Alone

I am never alone, for God and I are one.

There are times when I may feel alone or afraid. When I am in a state of fear I may not be able to see the resources available to me. In these times I turn within to the presence of Spirit. I pause and take in a gentle breath. Slowly exhaling, I let go of all concerns. Remembering God’s presence in my life clears my mind. I am able to feel the love of Spirit when I affirm: I am one with God. As I recognize that I am never alone, I begin to open my mind to God’s good. The truth is that infinite possibilities are available to me in every moment. I rest in the assurance that I am an integral part of God’s family. All manner of support is available to me from my friends, family, and of course from Spirit. I remain steadfast in the truth that wherever I am, God is and all is well.

God is our refuge and strength.—Psalm 46:1

Let Go, Let God

I let go and let God be God in my life and in the lives of my loved ones.

Watching a child get on the school bus, begin a new career, or start his or her own family is an exercise in letting go for the parent. We are proud of each step in their growth toward independence, yet we may find it difficult to give up control. Whether a child, parent, spouse, or friend, they each have their own path to follow, and I trust God to guide them along the way that they should go. Holding on to my faith in God, I take a breath and let go of the need to be in control. I trust God to show them—and me—a vision far greater than any I could imagine on my own. Through letting go and letting God, I allow my loved ones to reach their highest potential.
But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever.—Psalm 52:8

Let Go Let God with Faith

My faith is steadfast.

I can tell others that I have faith, but actions speak louder than words. If I continually question and doubt everything, I am not reflecting a person who has faith. When I live a faith-filled life, I will find greater peace, joy, and love in all that I think, say, and do. If I have a health challenge, I pray with faith that I am whole and well. If I have important decisions to make, I have faith that I am being guided to my good. I listen to Spirit within and step out in faith based upon the guidance I receive. Praying for a particular need is easy. Absolute trust in the power and presence of God takes faith. I live my life with that in God—the Source and Creator of all.
Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?—2 Corinthians 13:5

Let Go Let God Provide Guidance

Divine light illumines my thoughts, words, and actions.

In my prayers today, I pray to God for guidance in every area of my life: “God, thank You for Your light that dispels all darkness and reveals the shining brightness of Your wisdom. Your light illumines my thoughts, keeping them positive and focused on Your will in my life. Thank You for guiding my words, giving them wings so that they soar with truth. May they continue to bless and encourage the lives of everyone who hears them. Guide me to a path that leads toward the goal of being an ambassador of peace. Every step I take moves me in the right direction because You are the guiding light that shines on me and blesses me with inspiration.”
I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.—Psalm 32:8

Let Go Let God in Healing

Wholeness is the truth of my being.

Jesus realized that the kingdom of God was found within. That realization developed his Christ Nature and he lived so close to this pattern that he became a perfect expression of it. The term Christ refers to the idea of a human in the mind of God. It is a concept rather than a person. When healing people, Jesus called upon their divine nature—their Christ Nature. They stopped identifying themselves with illness and awakened to their Truth: the understanding that their true nature was God. Although I may experience pain or disease, I am made of God-substance. I call on my Christ Nature with faith that I will be guided on the right and perfect path toward healing.

Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And instantly the woman was made well.—Matthew 9:22

Let Go Let God be a Role Model

I follow the Golden Rule and become a role model for others.

Throughout our lives, we meet people who make a profound impression on us through their actions and personal examples. Living from the spirit of Christ within, I, too, can be a role model for others. Jesus said, “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” By following this advice, I set a powerful example for my own children and for every person with whom I come in contact. I make each moment a time for reaching out in kindness and faith to others. All I need is a heartfelt desire to be a model of the Christ Spirit within. When I follow the Golden Rule and rely on the spirit of the Christ to guide me, I become a model of God’s love in my world and a true inspiration for others.
Do to others as you would have them do to you.—Matthew 7:12

Let Go Let God find Comfort

God’s love enfolds me.

The passing of a loved one brings pain unlike any other. Divorce or the loss of a job can shake self-confidence to the core, leaving me afraid and feeling overwhelmed. Still, even in the darkest moments of my life, God is there for me at all times and in all ways. When I feel most alone, God is with me to guide my actions and soothe my fears. When I am worried or afraid, God takes that worry and fear and transforms them to feelings of calm assurance. In God’s loving embrace, I find comfort and peace. I let go of worries about the future because I know God’s loving presence is with me always. I know in my heart that in spite of appearances to the contrary, my life will get better, and I will find the happiness I seek.
For the Lord has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his suffering ones.—Isaiah 49:13

Let Go Let God Experience Inner Peace

Centered in Spirit, I am calm and serene.

In the silence of prayer, I center myself in God’s presence. I still my thoughts and listen as God speaks to me: “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I am holding you in My loving embrace, protecting you, comforting you, and giving you the strength you need. My presence is with you and within you. Feel My love and know peace in your mind and heart. Be filled with faith, be calm, experience serenity in your soul—My gifts to you. Know without a doubt that I am within each and every person on earth, guiding the minds and hearts of all My children to calm strife and promote understanding. I am always with you, beloved. Know My peace.”
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body.—Colossians 3:15

Let Go Let God as a Spiritual Seeker

I am continually evolving as a spiritual seeker.

When I hunger for satisfaction or feel uncertain of who I am or what I should be doing, I turn to God, the source of my fulfillment. I explore my divine nature by deepening my awareness of God within through prayer and meditation. I am open to new ideas as I read thought-provoking articles and books. I am free to contemplate, accept the ideas that resonate with me, and set others aside for later consideration. This practice of exploration and reflection helps me understand who I am as a child of God. With each step I take, I discover more about myself. Every path I explore opens me to new ideas and further expansion of my mind and soul.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.—Matthew 5:6

Let Go Let God be Free

Freedom is mine through the indwelling presence of God.

Freedom is both a reality and a feeling. The reality is something experienced in the world around me: the ability to worship the way I choose, travel wherever I want, and speak my mind without fear of prosecution or retribution. The feeling of freedom is an experience within my mind, heart, and spirit. I feel the presence of God within me as wisdom and peace and know that I am being guided through the trials and tribulations of life. The presence of God is with me in every step and every decision. I feel safe and protected. While conditions in the outer world may have the capacity to affect my external world, my feelings are mine alone. I am free in the presence of God.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.—2 Corinthians 3:17

Let Go Let God Forgive

God’s presence works through me to forgive myself and others.

The poet Alexander Pope wrote, “To err is human; to forgive, divine.” These words are a gentle reminder that in our humanness, we will more than likely make mistakes. Yet as children of a higher power, we have it within us to forgive the situation and move forward. I see beyond any transgressions another may have committed and remember that their spiritual truth is also mine. So I release judgments. I let go of resentments and expectations not met. Before ending my day, I take a moment to reflect on any emotional baggage I am carrying. As each instance surfaces, I release it by affirming: God’s presence works through me to forgive myself and others. I bless each experience and forgive. Doing so frees me to live in light and love.

Create in me a clean heart, O God.—Psalm 51:10

Let Go Let God Listen

I listen with an open heart.

One of the most powerful things I can do for myself and others is develop the skill of listening. In the hustle and bustle of life, I may forget to stop for a moment and listen to the world around me. As I tune in, I hear the birds singing their song to welcome the day. I hear the voices of family and friends as they interact with each other. I hear the sounds of the city or the country and the everyday noises of life. I listen intently, experiencing a greater connection with my world. I am one with all people, all life. I see the ways in which we are all interwoven as a community and how important it is to listen and hear each other—our thoughts, our opinions, our fears, and desires. I listen and give thanks for the world around me.
Then pay attention to how you listen; for to those who have, more will be given.—Luke 8:18

Let Go Let God with Joy

I am renewed and restored in radiating joy.

There is a moment each day when the rising sun peeks over the horizon. The sky transforms from gradients of cobalt blue to russet orange. Each dawn reminds me of the infinite possibilities in my life. My heart is warmed by the rising sun and the joy of a new day. I breathe in the stillness and beauty of this present moment. I relax in quiet contemplation and give thanks for the opportunities this day has to share. I feel peace and contentment. Like the sun rising on the horizon, there is a dawning of awareness in my mind and heart. The light of the Christ Spirit shines within me seeking to radiate warmth, compassion, and joy to the world. I am renewed and restored in radiating joy.
He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with shouts of joy.—Job 8:21

Let Go Let God Radiate World Peace

I radiate peace to all people.

Within me lies a center of peace that radiates calm, loving energy. I can access this infinite peace within myself at any time. As I become familiar with my inner peace, it becomes integrated into everything I do. Even if daily life brings stress, I have the power to return again to my center. I share my peace with others naturally as I begin to think consciously and speak in peaceful ways. I respond to the world around me from a place of harmony and goodwill. Divinely inspired peace has the power to transform all who come into contact with it. So I act and react with quiet serenity. I radiate peace.
For you shall go out in joy, and be led back in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall burst into song, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.—Isaiah 55:12

Let Go Let God through Intuition

I trust in Spirit and follow my intuition.

Just as birds know when to migrate, I am blessed with intuition, an inner knowing or wisdom of the heart. It is my sixth sense—beyond what I see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. Intuition provides me with a direct link to Spirit, where all Truth resides. This inner knowing helps me know if I am making a wise decision. I discern when to take action and when to be patient. Through intuition, I may receive a flash of insight. I may have an instinctive feeling about something or someone. I move forward as guided. As I trust in Spirit, I find confidence in an invisible yet certain knowing. It may be felt in the stillness or triggered by outside events—a sign I see or a phone call I receive. I learn to trust my higher knowing and act accordingly.

You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.—John 8:32

Let Go Let God Remembering Motherly Love

I give thanks for the abiding strength of motherly love.

I bless and give thanks to all mothers everywhere. I praise their fortitude and commitment and applaud each one’s tireless, selfless devotion. I am in awe and admiration for the diverse, beautiful expressions of the sacred activity of motherhood throughout the world! Reflecting on mothers, I take a moment to recognize that the glorious spirit of maternal love abides in me, no matter what my gender. I am grateful for my capacity for boundless patience and unconditional love as I support, protect, strengthen, and nurture others. Motherly devotion, found both within and all around me, enriches the world beyond measure.
May you be made strong with all the strength that comes from his glorious power, and may you be prepared to endure everything with patience.—Colossians 1:11

Let Go Let God with Clear Vision

I see clearly through the eyes of God.

Just as a hot air balloon ride can lift me to a higher perspective, so, too, I can raise my mind and heart into an elevated place of being. Simply by imagining myself being carried aloft into a brighter, more light-filled altitude, I gain a new vision of my life. Whenever I feel outer events weighing me down emotionally, I take a mental assessment. As I close my eyes and tune in with the indwelling Presence, I begin to feel a shift in my awareness. My heart expands, and my whole being energizes with the light of God. Seeming problems drop away as I take in a new energy and vibration that dissolves any old, unwanted points of view. I focus my will, lifting my perspective into a higher perspective, and I look at life with new eyes.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.—1 Peter 3:12

Let Go Let God with a Helping Hand

With joy in my heart, I lend a helping hand to others.

Each day is comprised of 1,440 minutes, which equates to numerous opportunities to help others—whether opening a door, assisting a neighbor, and so on. Someone once said, “Never get tired of doing little things for others. Sometimes those little things occupy the biggest part of their hearts.” These words remind us of how powerful our actions can be to another. The little things matter for they create a flow of love and gratitude that blesses others. An unhappy day can quickly turn into a pleasant one just by smiling at someone or offering a listening ear. As I go about my day—my 1,440 minutes—I remain ready and waiting for opportunities to help others.
You shall not see your neighbor’s donkey or ox fallen on the road and ignore it; you shall help to lift it up.—Deuteronomy 22:4

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

I allow divine order to work through me.

Gardeners plant spring bulbs in the fall before the ground freezes. The bulbs require exposure to cold temperatures to flower well when conditions are right. The resulting blossoms announce the arrival of springtime and the fruition of an orderly growth cycle that began underground, beyond my sight. The desires, goals, and ideas I hold in mind are like these spring bulbs. I hold them close and nurture them with positive thoughts. I believe in my dreams and the indwelling power of God at work to help me achieve them. In time and with each divinely inspired step, they begin to take shape and form. I fulfill my heart’s desires with perseverance and faith by allowing divine order to work through me.
Let your good spirit lead me on a level path.—Psalm 143:10

Let Go Let God in Grace

I am blessed beyond measure.

Living in a state of grace is living in an awareness that God’s compassion and blessings are mine—always and forever. God’s grace is much like gravity, always in effect in my life. And similar to the law of gravity, spiritual law supports me. I experience peace and tranquility when I remember that God’s grace provides me with all that I need. I am loved unconditionally and blessed beyond measure. I give thanks for God’s grace and I relax into my good.

Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.—Hebrews 4:16

Let Go Let God in Unity

We are one in Spirit.

We are all created from the same spiritual substance—every person, every creature, every atom, every cell. Still, some people have the perception that we are separate from each other. Despite our differences—ethnicities, backgrounds, locales, languages, and more—we are the same. We are so much more than the labels and limitations we place on each other and ourselves. Beneath the surface the same invisible force of Spirit is at work within us. So rather than identifying others by race, profession, or gender, let’s choose to treat each other as children of the Divine, united by our spiritual lineage. We share the same quality of Spirit, the same universal center of Truth. We are perfect and eternal beings. We are one in Spirit.
There is one body and one Spirit.—Ephesians 4:4

Let Go Let God in Prayer

As I pray, I am uplifted.

When I pray, I open myself to the flow of divine goodness, guidance, and inspiration. I release my concerns, taking my focus away from problems and fears. I relax into the comforting presence of God. If my need is healing, I affirm divine life in every organ and cell within me. If my need is prosperity, I shift my thoughts away from lack and declare abundance. Whatever I need, I pray for the best outcome and place my faith and attention only on the activity of Spirit. I pray for my family, community, country, and our world by holding the high watch and affirming the highest good for all. I imagine divine light shining on and in each person, inspiring and blessing us, guiding and lifting us up in spirit.
And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up the mountain by himself to pray.—Matthew 14:23

Let Go Let God in Self-Image

I see myself in the likeness of my Creator, God the Good.

I am a child of God, with divinity woven into the fabric of my being. My true nature is peace, love, and joy. I see myself as being divinely good and inspired by Spirit. Yet there could be times when, in my humanness, I express myself in ways that may not reflect my true divine nature. Rather than berate myself for any missteps, I take time to once again turn my mind to God. I reconnect with the loving qualities of the Divine and remember the truth of who I am: a reflection of my Creator. Every moment is a chance to more fully express my God-given qualities. I am a better person when I am one with the One who created me.
So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.–Genesis 1:27
