I am strengthened by the peace of God within.
When I fill my mind with the loving presence of God, I find peace. Whatever storms may be stirring around me, I find my center by connecting with the spirit of God in me. I follow my breath into my sacred heart center. I am one with the comforting Presence that is always here and available to me. As I turn away from what is happening outside, I go within and abide in peace. One with Divine Love, I breathe easily, relax, and let go. Once I have regained my serenity, I have the presence of mind to thoughtfully take right action. Divine ideas and solutions come to me. I am enriched and empowered by the peace of God within.
I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world!—John 16:33
