I hold a vision of equality for all people.
Martin
Luther King Jr. stated he had a dream that America would one day live
up to its ideal that all people are created equal. We are all created in
the image and likeness of God. Every person has equal potential to
express his or her divinity. To manifest the belief in equality
for all people, I practice it in my interactions with others. I embody
and express equality in my words and actions. Martin Luther King
Jr. had a dream that one day his children would be judged not by outer
appearances and the color of their skin, but “by the content of their
character.” I can help to realize this dream by treating others in my
life this way. I envision equality for all and express this truth in my life.
The Lord is the maker of them all.—Proverbs 22:2
