Let Go Let God Pray for Others

Today and every day I pray for those I love.

Whether I am concerned about a family member or another of God’s children, I remember them in my prayer time. I affirm for them that they are healthy and whole, and I envision for them a life of happiness and success. “Dear one, you are always in my thoughts and prayers. God is loving you in this and every moment, holding you in a loving embrace and protecting you with each step you take. You are capable of achieving dreams that are beyond your imagination, and I am here to support you in all your endeavors. I love you unconditionally and without end. I know without doubt that God is guiding your way. I give thanks for the blessing of having you in my life.”
I thank my God every time I remember you, constantly praying with joy in every one of my prayers for all of you.—Philippians 1:3-4

Let Go Let God Pray for World Peace

I honor the divine nature of every being.

When I read or hear about unrest in the world, do I ask myself, What can I do? I begin the process of peace by honoring the divine nature of every being. I pray for all in turmoil. I send prayers of peace to all of our world leaders. I envision peace among countries and between neighbors. To change attitudes toward peace, I begin with myself. I connect prayerfully with Spirit. This connection allows me to demonstrate peace at work, in my family, and with all my acquaintances. Whenever I feel concern, frustration, or anxiety, I remember to honor the divine nature of every being. Doing so puts feet to the words of a beloved peace song, “Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.”

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you ... Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.—John 14:27

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

Through affirmative prayer, divine order is revealed to me.

There may be days when I wonder if I’m on the right path in life. During those moments of doubt, I pause and quietly affirm: divine order. When I need to make a clear decision, I turn my mind from outer distractions and affirm with confidence: divine order. With these two simple words, I am able to let go of worries. This affirmation of truth serves as a reminder that God is in charge. I know in my heart that God’s will for me—and for all I hold dear—includes reaching my greatest potential. Affirming divine order removes doubt and realigns my thoughts with the truth: through affirmative prayer, my way is made clear. My life perfectly expresses divine order.

O my strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love.—Psalm 59:17

Let Go Let God be Free

I am free with the freedom of Spirit.

Am I worried that any mistakes I have made in the past will limit my freedom? Just as my past has led me to this place and time, every good thought and heartfelt prayer is leading me to a life without boundaries. I am a child of God, and I am free with the freedom of Spirit! Do events in the world or in my own home leave me fearful of my safety or the safety of my loved ones? God is my safe harbor, and I am free in God’s loving arms. The love of God enfolds me and my loved ones at all times and in every way. There is no situation that is beyond God’s ability to change and make better. God is right here with me, loving me, comforting me, and guiding me to what is best for me now and tomorrow. I am free with the freedom of Spirit!

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.—2 Corinthians 3:17

Let Go Let God with Love

I am an expression of God’s love.

In his first letter to the Corinthians, the apostle Paul spoke about the power of love and what it means in our lives, “Love is patient; love is kind ... It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.” In my relationships—whether they are personal or business-related—I remember Paul’s words and allow them to guide my actions. I strive to be patient and kind, allowing others to be themselves without judgment or censorship. I express God’s love for them by praying for them and encouraging them as they find their way in life. God’s love moves through me to influence my interactions with others.
And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.—1 Corinthians 13:13

Let Go Let God on Stepping-Stones

I am inspired to take right action toward my goals and dreams.

Taking a positive approach toward life, I turn obstacles into opportunities. No matter what my goals and dreams may be, I trust in God to guide me in the right direction. I find that the perfect answer is revealed as I focus my attention on God’s presence in my life. In prayer I gain a new understanding of what is before me. The wisdom of God directs both my inward thoughts and my outward actions. I step out in faith, confident in my abilities. Challenges in my life serve as stepping-stones toward my good. Putting one foot in front of the other, I take inspired action to achieve my goals and dreams. Step by step, I move forward following a path of greater love, peace, and joy.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.—Proverbs 3:6

Let Go Let God in Serendipity

I am grateful that I am richly blessed.

Reflecting on some of the blessings in life and how they came to be is like a connect-the-dots puzzle. When a line is drawn sequentially connecting the numbered dots, the outline of an object is revealed. Looking back, I now see serendipitous events. Serendipity is defined as “finding valuable or agreeable things not sought for.” These things might include how I found my friends, job, church, or the town in which I live. My spiritual understanding and belief in the activity of God at work in my life show how I am guided throughout my journey. I see the connecting lines and recognize divine order and grace leading the way. I am thankful for the gifts I have received and the unexpected good even within the challenging times.

From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.–John 1:16
