Radiant life energy flows through me now.
My body is physical, but my spirit is of God. Sacred healing energy enlivens and restores me. When I am recovering from illness, I hold to my faith and draw healing power from God within. As I release discomfort and disease, my spirit celebrates my innate wholeness and I greet each new day with positive expectancy. I choose foods that are healthy, and I replenish my system with fresh, pure water. My mind is at ease as I trust the healing process. I am confident as I affirm my return to health. In mind, body and spirit, I am grateful for the powerful healing energy of God flowing through me now.
