I let go and find answers within.
Confinement
can be self-inflicted. Just like the monkey who reaches in a jar to
grab a banana: When he makes a fist around the food and refuses to let
go, he becomes stuck. Sometimes I find myself cramped and confined,
stuck in patterns, beliefs, or behaviors that do not serve me well. My
return to freedom and renewal begins with realizing my limitations are
self-imposed. With awareness, I can release my grip and turn to the
Divine Presence. “Letting go” allows me to relax and realize I am not
alone. “Letting God” leads me to answers, healing, and peace of mind. I
am no longer confined to the ways of the past. As I place my faith in
God, I open to new opportunities.
Happy are those who make the Lord their trust.—Psalm 40:4
