Let Go Let God in Communication

I listen attentively and speak mindfully.

Today I communicate compassionately. I am attentive to what others say, and I speak with honesty and kindness. In the past when someone spoke to me, I may have been distracted by my thoughts and judgments. Today I listen closely. When someone expresses a need, I repeat their words and make sure I understand. Before I speak, I consider—are my words true, kind, and necessary? I kindly communicate what I know to be true. As I share my points of view on a topic, I respect the opinions of others. Instead of wanting to be right, my intention is to share information and deepen my relationships. As I speak from my heart and my truth, I enjoy healthy relationships, and I am transformed.
Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful.—Ephesians 4:29

Let Go Let God Have Faith

I have faith in God to direct my way.

In the past, I may have trusted limited ways of thinking or sources outside of myself for direction and understanding. But now I have faith in the Christ Presence within—God in me—to lead my life in the right direction. God is within me always. I can trust Spirit with my life. When challenges arise, or if questions and fears come to mind, I keep my faith in the Christ Presence. In my prayers, I ask for the next step. With confidence, with poise, and in peace, I follow the way that is made clear. If I have more than one choice, I trust in Spirit to help me choose wisely. As I walk in faith, my way becomes clear.
Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has saved you.”—Luke 18:42

Let Go Let God in Change

I find the good in each circumstance.

Life brings blessings in disguise. I may not notice the positive side of life circumstances as they unfold. Yet with spiritual awareness, I remain open to seeing changes in my life as blessings in the present moment. Change may be as simple as rearranging plans, or as complex as an unexpected challenge. I am willing to learn from each experience. Rather than resist change, I look for and find the good in each circumstance. I envision myself someday looking back at this moment and seeing how my willingness and nonresistance helped me in ways I could not even imagine. I trust Spirit is bringing me exactly what I need to build my life.
See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare; before they spring forth, I tell you of them.—Isaiah 42:9

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

I claim my inheritance of God’s unlimited abundance.

God’s limitless good is at hand, right here, right now. As I begin this wonderful new year, I am ready to claim my full inheritance of God’s infinite abundance. Before I can fully receive more of Spirit’s bountiful love, joy, and wealth, I must clear space in my consciousness. I release old beliefs in lack or limitation and forgive myself and others for past mistakes. I create a welcoming space for new and greater forms of good in my home or work by letting go of possessions I no longer need. As I lovingly release ideas, possessions, jobs, or relationships that have fulfilled their purpose, I welcome a fresh, vibrant, and prosperous year.
The latter splendor of this house shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts; and in this place I will give prosperity.—Haggai 2:9

Let Go Let God in Harmony

My body reverberates in harmony with Spirit.

The body is like a musical instrument. When attuned to Spirit, it radiates the health and harmony of Divine Mind. I attune my body by quieting my mind and aligning my consciousness with the one thought of God. As I breathe, I become aware of my oneness with Spirit—my innate wholeness. I sense the still, small voice reverberating from the depths of my being. This vibration of Divine Love is sweet music to my soul. It is a hymn of joy and peace sending currents of well-being throughout my body. Spirit’s melody radiates in, through, and as me. As I manifest wholeness and harmony in every cell of my being, I praise God in thanksgiving.
Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy.—Psalm 47:1

Let Go Let God in Community

I build community through prayer.

I am grateful to belong to my community. By attending church events, sporting events, or charity fundraisers, I connect with others. But true community does not depend on shared activities or beliefs. My kinship with others is God-given. Through prayer, I remember my innate oneness with all people. In the Silence, I enlarge my sense of community. I then deepen this feeling of kinship by participating in organized prayer efforts—whether for local or global causes—or simply pray for everyone who is suffering. My heart overflows with love for others, which comes from God. I rejoice in my bond with all of humanity.
Now that you have purified your souls by your obedience to the truth so that you have genuine mutual love, love one another deeply from the heart.—1 Peter 1:22

Let Go Let God with Self-Care

I care for myself and feel at peace.

Being there for others is an important part of my life. But, how often do I take time to care for myself? In the busyness of life, the person I may be neglecting is me. Jesus knew the importance of caring for oneself. He advised us to take time to rest and pray. Prayer is beneficial on a spiritual, physical, and mental level. In prayer, I pause, relax, and breathe deeply. I let go of doing for others and embrace the peace of being with God. In these precious moments, I feel renewed and empowered. My body and mind are vehicles to express Spirit in the world. Thus, I make self-care a top priority. I commit to resting, relaxing, and taking time to pray. As I care for myself, I am present to God.
My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.—Exodus 33:14
