Let Go Let God with Strength

I am Blessed with the Strength to do and be my Best.

There are many types of strength—the physical strength required of my body to perform a particular task, the mental strength of my mind to learn a new skill or take on a new responsibility, and the emotional strength of my heart to surmount a difficult challenge and have the courage to move forward. Each of these strengths is enhanced as I add my spiritual strength to my experience and trust God for guidance, confidence, and comfort to be effective. As I include the awareness of God in my experiences, I am infused with greater physical energy, I achieve sharper mental acuity, and my heart becomes more peaceful and calm. I know that with God, I have the strength I need—both inner and outer—to accomplish, achieve, or overcome anything I set my mind and heart to with grit and determination.

I love you, O Lord, my strength.—Psalm 18:1

Let Go Let God Grow

Rooted in a Community, I Grow and Evolve.

Everything that a tree will be is contained within a small seed, but for the tree to grow the seed must break open, anchor itself in the earth, and then reach for the light. Some seeds need pressure to sprout, others just need time. Some must even be exposed to heat before they are able to crack open. I make sure to create fertile ground for the seeds within me to burst open in my awareness, grow deep, strong roots, and expand into the light of illumination. One way I do that is to find my spiritual home and become a member of a community of faith. This provides me with the support I need through the years that it takes to germinate the seeds of possibility I carry inside. I take root, I grow, and all the best blossoms forth in my life!

Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.—Luke 8:11

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

As I Pray for Others, I Affirm Unfolding Good in their Lives and in Mine.

Honored by the trust of those who request my prayers, I listen with compassion and then release all thoughts of illness, lack, limitation, or inharmony. Knowing that my responsibility is not to set the situation right but to see it rightly, I look beyond challenging conditions and attune to the essential truth that the one for whom I pray is created in God’s image and is seeking to express God’s likeness, just as all people are, just as I am. I know that the divine presence, the Christ, is present both in me and in the one for whom I pray. It restores wholeness in mind, body, and emotions, guiding all decisions, inspiring prospering ideas, and bringing harmony and peace to all relationships.

The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.—Psalm 145:18

Let Go Let God All Is In Divine Order

I Affirm Divine Order is at Work in my Life.

Looking around, I can see that order is a constant in the universe. I see the patterns of growth in flowers and plants and note the rhythms of the seasons and tides. There is a perfection in the natural world’s order, just as there is perfection in how my life unfolds. I turn my mind to God and notice how order is a constant in my life because my life is happening from the inside out. Life isn’t happening to me—it’s happening through me. There are times when I might want to push for a desired result or force an outcome. I remember that divine order is always at work in every situation. How I think, feel, and act in response to everything that comes my way creates the life I live.

By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are not visible.—Hebrews 11:3

Let Go Let God be Protected

In God, I am Always Protected.

With God, I am greater than any challenge I face. Knowing this, I release all fears and doubts. I commune with God through meditation, prayer, and time in the Silence. Blessings come to me in expected and unexpected ways. I may get a phone call, have a dream, or feel a hunch. An inner knowing might guide me to exactly what I need, exactly when I need it. Like the young shepherd David facing the giant Goliath, I already possess the means, the aptitude, and the ideas to help and protect me. God is in me, and I am in God. The spiritual essence of me is invulnerable. I cannot be hurt nor can I be dissuaded from doing and being what and whom I am called to do and be.

Do not fear, for I am with you … I will strengthen you, I will help you.—Isaiah 41:10

Let Go Let God with Vigor

I am Empowered and Energized with the Spirit of Life.

Just as I take in physical food each day to strengthen my body, I open my heart and mind to the spiritual energy and life present within me. I am strengthened from within by the indwelling presence of God. A simple visualization of light fills me with new vitality. I begin by imagining each of my cells as a pinpoint of light. Then I picture each tiny light growing brighter and brighter, connecting in a latticework of radiance. As I envision my body flooded with this spiritual essence, I feel its presence as it emanates all around me, connecting my awareness with my Source. I breathe deeply as I quietly affirm that the life of God is my true identity. I am vibrant, strong, and made whole by this dynamic power.

And while he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became dazzling white.—Luke 9:29

Let Go Let God with a Positive Outlook

My Positive Outlook Shapes my World.

My outlook determines how I see the world. I may see the world with a distorted or unfocused perspective because of negative attitudes that have prevented me from seeing the good that is present. Shifting my awareness to the positive brings the already existing good into focus and allows me to see things as they are, in Truth. If I find myself stuck in distorted feelings or thinking, I step back and observe what I am choosing to see. Then I make a new choice. My perspective is one of positivity and healing, harmony, and growth. I am intuitively connected with the all-knowing mind of God and know just what to do and how to do it. My vision becomes clear before me as I shift my awareness and see things anew.

For you shall go out in joy, and be led back in peace.—Isaiah 55:12
