Let Go Let God with No Regrets

I love the life I live now.

To live without regrets requires the discipline of awareness, the compassion to forgive and the courage to change. I am aware of my true nature--that I am a spiritual being, loved and guided by the Divine Infinite. Anytime I feel I have failed to be my best self, I remember that I am learning to live and love at the highest level of my soul's wisdom. I ask Spirit to reveal what I might change to move closer to being my best self. I then ask for the courage to make that change.
Knowing I am doing my best, I have compassion for myself. As I learn to forgive myself, I find it easier to forgive others. I am at peace with the path that has brought me to this place of understanding. I have no regrets, and I love the life I live now.

For once you were darkness, but now in the Lord you are light. Live as children of light.--Ephesians 5:8

Let Go Let God Bless My Body

I am grateful for my body and the blessing of life.

When I am not feeling my best physically, I take the opportunity to lovingly envision my body infused with divine light. Gratefully, I bless my bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments, which support me and allow me freedom of movement. Silently, I bless the intricate systems that digest my food, circulate oxygen in my blood, transmit my sense experiences, and provide for my protection.
My body is continuously supporting, repairing and renewing itself in amazing ways. My body is the creation of God's perfect idea. I give thanks for its health and wholeness. My body responds with energy and vitality as I fill my mind with thoughts of gratitude and blessing.

Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?--1 Corinthians 3:16

Let Go Let God Give Comfort

Peace fills my heart as I rest in the comforting presence of God.

My idea of comfort may have changed over the years. As a child, I may have found comfort in a special blanket or a hug from a parent or loved one. As a young adult, I may have found comfort in the lyrics of a favorite song or time spent with friends who shared my interests and values.
While all of these things may still bring comfort, my awareness of God's presence fills me with a comfort that knows no bounds. In quiet moments, I experience "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding," a peace that assures me I am never alone. This peace, this comfort, gives me hope and strength and the assurance that God is with me, now and always.

This is my comfort in my distress, that your promise gives me life. --Psalm 119:50

Let Go Let God with Attention

I notice the good within and around me, and I am blessed.

I create my experiences by what I choose to give my attention to. Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind. Holding positive thoughts and releasing negative ones is a powerful way to create the life I desire.
I am one with God, and in this oneness I co-create a life that blesses me and others. I focus on my strengths and divine faculties. With each positive thought I become more aware of the creative power within me.
I live life with intention and seek companions who are joyful and uplifting. I pay attention to the beauty of the world around me. I choose to believe in goodness and love. As I take notice of the good within and around me, my life is blessed.

The measure you give will be the measure you get back.--Luke 6:38

Let Go Let God Through Awakening

Through the power of my Christ nature, I awaken to a new life.

Every time I pray--every time I have a realization of the Christ power within me--I awaken to my spiritual nature. As I let the light of Christ shine within my consciousness, I release old ways of living, and open to a new life, a new way of being.
Early Christians told the story of Lazarus, who appeared to be dead to everyone except Jesus, who called him from the tomb. My Christ nature can transcend any appearance or condition and allow me to awaken into a new life of oneness and wholeness, of harmony and abundance, of understanding and peace.
By turning to the Christ presence within me, I awaken my spirit. I hear my Christ nature calling me, and I awaken to a new life.

Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but I am going there to awaken him.--John 11:11

Let Go Let God in Pray for Others

I affirm right and perfect outcomes for all.

When I want to support others, I cannot help them if I am saddled with worry, doubt or fear. Instead of letting my heart become burdened, I open my heart to divine love. I affirm the right and perfect outcomes and focus on the unfolding of their highest good. I remove my limited self and allow Spirit to enter.
In the sacred silence, centered in divine love, I pray that grace, wisdom and strength will infuse and enfold them. I set aside the problem at hand and invite the manifestation of a solution. If they are ill, I see them healed. If they are in distress, I see them comforted. God is at work in and through me as I uphold others in prayer.

Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.--3 John 1:2
