Let Go Let God Receive Guidance

I Tune into God and Receive Guidance.

The more I practice tuning in to God, the more spiritual guidance I receive. Like a radio, I can tune myself to the frequency of God. A variety of spiritual tools helps me to tune in. Like honing in on a frequency, I use affirmations and scripture to center my mind on Spirit. Prayer and meditation help me find the right station by allowing my mind to focus within. Deep breathing and gentle movement help my body relax. When I regularly practice tuning in to God, I live from an increased awareness of my connection with Spirit. I know that Spirit constantly provides guidance, even when I feel lost or directionless. When I use my tools to tune in to God, I become more open to the spiritual guidance available to me in every moment.

My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow me.—John 10:27

Let Go Let God Have Faith

My Faith Keeps my Mind Centered on God.

Faith is the lens through which I see the world and my place in it. I believe that God is ever-present, so I practice looking for the good in everything. My faith allows me to see God in all things, even in what I don’t like. When I have faith that divine order is always at work, I feel less anxious and more at peace believing that the best possible outcomes are unfolding. If I notice that I am thinking and acting in ways that do not demonstrate my faith, I turn my mind away from my problems and fears and instead focus on God. Even in the face of challenges, faith returns me to the love and peace of God.

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.—Philippians 4:8

Let Go Let God There is Time Enough

I Find Time Enough for all I Desire to Accomplish.

How will I best spend my time and my resources on this beautiful spring day? I begin by remembering my spiritual inheritance, my divine faculties that provide all I need to meet any opportunity or any challenge that life presents. I use divine order to prioritize my agenda. My wisdom and understanding show me the most effective way I can complete each task. I use strength and zeal to maintain my energy and enthusiasm. Love keeps me focused on the good my efforts are accomplishing. Through the faculty of elimination, I release whatever I discern is not mine to do.

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.—Philippians 4:13

Let Go Let God Relax

I Relax my Mind, Heart and Body.

What can I do to relax? It seems I am bombarded by texts, emails, and phone calls wanting my attention. I need to take care of business, but I also need to find ways to recharge myself. I want to be able to close my eyes without visualizing a to-do list. I choose to take some time today to relax, even if only for a few, refreshing minutes. I relax my body as I sit in a comfortable chair. I relax my heart as I recall the love and joy already in my life. I relax my mind by aligning myself with Spirit in prayer and meditation. Fully calm and composed, I return once again to the busyness of my life, energized and filled with determination, clear thinking, and gratitude. I remember there is always enough time to do what is important to me.

May mercy, peace, and love be yours in abundance.—Jude 1:2

Let Go Let God Pray

I Claim my Good in Prayer.

Prayer is a sacred activity, a way of feeling connected to God as well as to everyone and everything in the universe. Prayer lifts me to a new awareness of my divine identity. The time I spend in affirmative prayer sustains me whenever I am facing a challenge in my life or feel concerned about someone else. Should I feel less than whole, I call upon the life within as I pray. If I question my next step, I look to the light within and let wisdom guide my words and actions. I remember that I am a being of love and I express that love to others. My day feels brighter as I fulfill my intention to be a light each day. With each prayer, I give thanks, knowing that the good I seek is already awaiting my claim.

Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.—Matthew 21:22

Let Go Let God Encourage World Peace

I am an Ambassador of Peace.

When I think of the vastness of the earth and the diversity of those who inhabit it, I am in awe. It is such a blessing to live in this diverse world and explore countries, peoples, customs, and cultures. I am a citizen of the world with the privilege to treat the planet and its people with respect. I encourage peace, beginning in my neighborhood and expanding to include my community, country, continent, and the entire world. Each person can make a difference. As I hold peaceful thoughts and act peacefully, I am an example of honor and inclusion. My example has a ripple effect upon every person with whom I come in contact. I respect all cultures and ideas and promote peace and understanding.

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice, and let them say among the nations, "The Lord is king!" —1 Chronicles 16:31

Let Go Let God with Joy

I Greet this Day with Joy.

My intention is to choose joy and live from that joy all through the day. This day is a blessing because I know I am a child of God. I remember—and begin to sing—a song that makes me smile. I take time to observe the joy in children, and their carefree attitude inspires me to become childlike. Later, I may want to enjoy some live entertainment that makes me laugh and feel happy. I welcome all opportunities to express my joy. I bring renewed harmony to my relationships and make new friends easily, knowing that my positive attitude may be an uplifting influence for those I meet in my travels today. I know the more I share joy with others, the more joy will fill my mind, heart, and soul.

When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.—Psalm 94:19
