Let Go Let God with Inner Peace

I am at peace in the present moment.

At times I may feel uncertain or anxious about the direction of my life. Am I doing the right thing? Am I accurately interpreting Spirit’s guidance? When that happens, I do what brings me peace: I rest in the Silence and feel the wholeness of this moment. How relieved and at peace I am right now! I’ve “touched the peace that surpasses all understanding” of which Paul spoke. I am in touch with the Truth during my moments in the Silence. Right where I am is where I am meant to be. My path is valid and my mission noble. I clearly know the changes I need to make and the right timing for each of them. I have faith in Spirit’s ever-present, indwelling guidance. I am at peace in the present moment.
Go in peace. The mission you are on is under the eye of the Lord.–Judges 18:6

Let Go Let God Through Change

I gracefully move through life’s transitions.

As colder days approach, trees shed their leaves and animals prepare for hibernation. They instinctively move through the seasons. In contrast, humans are prone to resisting change even though we know it is an essential part of growth. I may notice myself worrying or fighting change. Then I remind myself I am able to prepare and move through any change I encounter. I envision myself shedding old beliefs and ways of being just as a tree releases leaves. Like the hibernating animals, I prepare my mind and body for a time of quiet and reflection. I see divine order in the leaves reappearing each spring. My life also follows a pattern. I emerge from each season stronger, wiser, and more loving.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.—Ecclesiastes 3:1

Let Go Let God Provide Life

I am whole. I am vibrant. I am alive!

Ballet dancers move across the stage with intricate steps and twirls, leaps and precision. Their movements appear effortless. In reality, they practice every dance again and again. They exhibit tremendous dedication, endurance, and zeal. Life energy flows through their bodies in a beautiful way. God expresses vitality in me in many delightful ways, as well. In prayer, I pause to envision each part of my body. I bless every cell and affirm its wholeness. From the top of my head to the soles of my feet, I feel the energy of life flowing through me. I notice parts of my body that feel strong, and I affirm the restoration of any places of discomfort. I am whole. I am vibrant. I am alive!
God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being.—Genesis 2:7

Let Go Let God to the Depth of Soul

I discover living waters in the deep well of my soul.

A folk story tells of a farmer who set out to dig a well. The ground was still dry about 15 feet down and he grew frustrated. He moved to another location and repeated the process twice more. Then his wife suggested he simply dig deeper right where he stood. He followed her advice and soon found an abundant water source. At times I may act like the farmer. My spiritual practice may seem arid and unproductive. However, by continuing in faith, I move deeper into the well of my soul. Jesus told us about the “living waters” of the abundant, eternal Source. I tap this wellspring of joy by going within—right where I am. If my practice feels dry, I do not abandon it. I simply dig deeper and discover all I could ever want.
The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.–John 4:14

Let Go Let God Give Thanks for Prosperity

I embrace abundant living and give thanks.

True prosperity is no mystery—it is a manifestation of faith. Jesus gave us a pattern to follow. A crowd of 5,000 who had gathered to hear him speak needed a meal. Taking five loaves and two fish, Jesus turned his attention to God. He acknowledged his Source, gave thanks for what he had, and blessed it. He anticipated an abundance of food and a miracle occurred. I follow the example of Jesus and give thanks in advance for what I desire. I share love with others and love returns to me. I give thanks for my healthy body, nourish it, and use it to serve God. I am vigorous and vibrant. I live in faith and gratitude and I am prosperous.
And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. And all ate and were filled.—Luke 9:16-17

Let Go Let God Forgive

In the spirit of Oneness, I choose to forgive.

No one can force me to forgive. Forgiveness is a choice I make when I am ready to release the burden of anger, pain, and shame. I forgive when I believe there is a better way. I am ready to experience freedom and love without limits. New experiences await! Why do I delay my choice? I begin by forgiving myself for languishing in the old stories. Breaking out of familiar patterns takes great energy. Whether I believe myself bound by my own actions or the actions of others, I have the choice to forgive. I imagine myself at an open window. Golden light streams over me and I am enveloped in God’s healing power. In the spirit of Oneness, I choose to forgive.
Put away from you all bitterness and wrath and anger ... and be kind to one another.—Ephesians 4:31-32

Let Go Let God Participate

I live life to its fullest.

Every party, meeting, or event provides an opportunity to express divine love. I prepare by acknowledging the presence of God in those I will meet. When I arrive, love shines in and through me as I honor the divinity in all. I am patient, kind, respectful, and lighthearted. The activity of Spirit in me—love—pulses through me. This constant circulation of energy acts as a magnet and draws love to me. I participate in life with an open heart and see the best in family, friends, and coworkers. I may say silently or aloud: Namaste. The love in me greets the love in you. My enjoyment of giving and receiving love leads me to participate in living life to its fullest. I revel in the power of divine love.

Let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God.—1 John 4:7
