I have all the time I need to do what is mine to do.
Sometimes
I get rushed. I may have errands to run, deadlines to meet, and an
overflowing to-do list. I hurry, believing I don’t have time to get
everything done. If something or someone gets in my way, I can easily
lose my patience. Rather than letting life overwhelm me, I stop,
take a breath, and relax. I remember that all things are working
together in divine order. I can just as easily choose to be calm and
trusting as to be anxious, so I choose calm. A sense of relief washes
over me as I release the anxiety that caused me to be impatient. As
I let go of any worry, hurry, and concern, I meet life’s circumstances
calm and clear. I have all the time I need to do what needs to be done
by me.
Bear fruit with patient endurance.—Luke 8:15
