Peace emanates from my calm center.
My peace comes from the center of my being. When I practice centering myself, I maintain a peaceful state of harmony. I
find a quiet place to meditate and direct my attention within. I
imagine a large circle filled with a layer of fine sand. Focusing on the
center, I visualize tracing the sand around and around, moving slowly
to the outer edge, creating a peaceful spiral. I see my life as this
circle. As I generate serenity from the inside, I move with ease and
grace in the world. Peace emanates from my calm center, and I
bring my tranquil presence wherever I go. I infuse each situation in my
life with my calmness, grateful to be a radiating center of the peace of
God.
He said to them, “Come away to a deserted place all by yourselves and rest a while.”—Mark 6:31
