The comfort I seek comes from within.
In
times of need, I don’t have to feel that I am doing it alone. I hold to
the truth that peace is within me even when I am not consciously aware
of it. My heart may feel heavy but my spirit remains light. This is the
truth of my being. There is a divine thread that runs through the
tapestry of life. Something that seems wrong may well turn out to be a
great blessing in the end. Appearances are not always what they seem. It
helps me to remember this when I feel lost. I remain peaceful in my
awareness of my divine nature. I need only to trust. If I feel
anxious about loved ones or troubling world events, I trust. The truth
is that there is only good. I hold to this belief and I am at peace.
Comfort your hearts and strengthen them in every good work and word.—2 Thessalonians 2:17
