Let Go Let God Through Healing

I Am In The Flow Of Healing Light.

Whether I am needing a physical, emotional, or relational healing, I begin by opening my heart and meeting the condition with loving-kindness. In the Silence, I welcome my healing. I relax, release resistance, and claim my wholeness. My mind and heart are centered in Spirit as I continue to feel the healing light. I allow the stream of divine healing to cleanse and purify me as I feel myself becoming stronger. I rise above fearful thoughts as I affirm the mighty power of God within me is greater than my current condition. I become peaceful as I receive my healing. Moment by moment, I cleanse my mind and body with prayer and by affirming wholeness. I am restored to my natural state of health.

He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds.—Psalm 147:3

Let Go Let God Feel Alive

I Feel Alive As I Nourish All Parts Of Me.

Just as a plant will droop and wilt if neglected, I will lose my luster if I do not tend to my needs. When a plant takes in enough nourishment, soaking up sufficient sunlight and water, it perks up. Its leaves become bright and healthy, and it stands taller and stronger. When I care for myself and make sure I have what I need—good nutrition; sound, restful sleep; and time for spiritual practice—I feel vibrantly alive. In prayer and meditation, I bathe in spiritual sunlight, basking in the light of truth. As I resume my activities, I seek the company of the people who value and treasure me. Their love and acceptance enliven me. I am healthy, vibrant, and energized as I do what I love. I feel newly alive, fulfilling my purpose, and growing fully into my potential.

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?—1 Corinthians 3:16

Let Go Let God Dream

I Hold My Most Precious Dreams In My Heart.

I prayerfully discern my most treasured dreams. My heart holds these dreams of my deepest spiritual desires of love, peace, wisdom, kindness, and compassion. I follow these dreams by aligning my thoughts, words, and actions with spiritual truth. This action leads me to fulfilling, prosperous living because every good thing I could ever imagine springs from them. Perhaps this is what Jesus meant when he said to “seek first the kingdom” of spiritual consciousness. I need not worry about my material needs when I pursue my heart’s deepest desires and spiritual aspirations. As a divine being, I am meant to live my dreams.

I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.—Matthew 16:19

Let Go Let God In Remembrance

I Am One With Those Who Came Before Me.

Today I remember those I love who are no longer with me in physical form. Pleasant memories warm my heart. As I recall precious moments with those who have passed, I feel their presence surrounding me with love. I keep my heart soft and open, allowing a range of feelings, from sadness to joy, to envelop me as I remember. I welcome the memories of those who have gone before me. The love I shared in my relationships remains, even after form has changed. My ancestors live on through me, as do all the people I have loved. I carry within myself their wisdom, strength, and energy. An invisible cord connects us like a precious keepsake passed down from generation to generation. The gift of remembrance blesses me with sweet and tender memories.

I thank my God every time I remember you.—Philippians 1:3

Let Go Let God Accept

I Am Worthy Of Full Acceptance.

Today I will accept myself just as I am. In the past, I may have thought unkindly of myself, which had a corrosive effect on my soul. Self-criticism has no place in my life, so I say no to thoughts that make me feel small or undeserving of all life has to offer. Instead, I say yes to who I am as a spiritual being, a child of God. Spirit’s goodness, grace, love, and power are part of my divine identity and mine to express as only I can. Any mistakes I have made, any of my shortcomings, pale in comparison to this rich spiritual inheritance. As I begin to live confidently from my divine identity, I will more fully embody my human identity. I unconditionally accept the person I am and grow with trust and gratitude into the person I am becoming.

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased.”—Mark 1:11

Let Go Let God Imagine

I Imagine Everything I Choose To Be.

Dressing up on Halloween can be a great adventure. Choosing a character, finding a costume, and transforming myself into a new identity—a superhero, a princess, cowboy, or even a favorite animal—is all part of the fun. In the same way, my life is an adventure. I choose who I want to be and how I live in the world. I am so much more than my history, my choices, and the roles I play in life. Like a Halloween costume I can take off, I can also change how I show up in the world, taking off limitation, self-doubt, and insecurity. I then claim my identity as a divine being, the living expression of God. This is my true identity, the enduring, changeless truth of who I am.

Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from God, so that we may understand the gifts bestowed on us by God.—1 Corinthians 2:12

Let Go Let God Know Protection

God Is Here. I Am Safe.

Once in a while I enjoy doing things that frighten me. Sharing ghost stories around a campfire, watching a spooky movie, even savoring the uneasy feeling just before thundering down the first hill of a roller coaster—all these things can feel scary, even though I know I’m in no real danger. If I begin to feel unsafe in any situation, I remember that right where I am, God is. Breathing out, I release tension. My body relaxes. Fearful thoughts begin to dissolve. Breathing in, I think more clearly. Slowly, I regain renewed strength and peace of mind. My confidence returns as I remember that nothing in the world can prevail against the strength, the wisdom, and the love of God.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me.—Psalm 23:4
