Let Go Let God be Flexible

I embrace change with poise and flexibility.

Life is filled with unexpected changes that present new challenges. My ability to gracefully adapt to life’s twists and turns hinges on my firm connection to Spirit. With divine wisdom as my ever-present internal guide, I recognize that I can never be truly lost or permanently stuck—even if it might sometimes feel that way. I embrace all unknowns with poise, adjusting effortlessly to every new circumstance. I might be facing the most unforeseen obstacles or seemingly disruptive detours, such as a divorce, loss of a job, or medical diagnosis. Whatever the challenging circumstance, I do not become fearful or rigid. Aligned with Spirit, I stay openhearted, flexible, and calm. My life is always supported by perfect Love.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.—Psalm 119:105

Let Go Let God be Safe & Secure

I am safe, secure, and divinely protected.

Like a boat pulls into a harbor to seek refuge from a storm, I turn to God when I seek safety. Despite any storm raging around me, I have the ability to turn my focus from fear to faith. I know and trust that no storm could ever destroy the protection that God provides. I am always safe and secure with God, but sometimes I need to be reminded. Scripture verses, religious rituals, prayer, and meditation are tools that can help me shift my mind’s attention to God. As I allow my mind to focus on spiritual truths and qualities, my body begins to relax. I keep my attention on my connection with God, and the strength and love that protects me always. Here, with God, I am safe from harm.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.—Psalm 46:1

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

I give thanks for balance and order in nature.

There is a symbiotic relationship between all living things. We depend on trees for oxygen as much as they depend on us for carbon dioxide. Bees keep plants pollinated for fruit to grow. And the list goes on. The divine order of the universe revolves around this balance. Divine order is always active regardless of whether we or any other living creature are aware. Even during those times when my life feels out of balance, I have faith it is there. I trust in my higher power to shelter and guide me. I may not always understand the why and how of things, but I can be sure of something else: Divine order is God’s gracious gift to me. Today I give thanks for divine order and the cooperative spirit of nature’s grand design.
Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.—Ezekiel 47:12

Let Go Let God Achieve World Peace

Peace in the world begins with love in my heart.

Like individual droplets of water merged to form the ocean, we are all one in God. The consciousness I hold flows through the drops around me. When collective consciousness unites together in belief, cause, or nation, it may form flowing ripples or crashing waves in the world in which we live. World peace is a worthy goal and even more important, a state of consciousness. As I affirm thoughts of peace, those thoughts ripple out to the world around me. I choose to live in peace with all humankind, and join together with like hearts and minds. Peace and love flow through me as I am reminded that we are all one in the ocean of God. Love ripples out bringing peaceful solutions where disharmony once crashed.
You silence the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples.—Psalm 65:7

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

I pray knowing we are all one family in Spirit.

Today I lift my heart in prayer for all people everywhere. We are all divine creations—united by this sacred denominator. I pray for myself. I pray for all mothers, all fathers, all sisters, and all brothers. I pray knowing we are all one family in Spirit. In this moment of spiritual communion, I lift my vision beyond walls, nations, or beliefs. I lift my awareness to God, the source of infinite love that unites us all. I speak these words with love, “I behold the light in you. I am grateful for the gifts you bring to this world. My prayer for you is abundant health, wealth, and joy. I pray this in the nature of the living, loving, Christ Presence. Amen.”
And the king will answer them, “Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.”—Matthew 25:40

Let Go Let God with Joy

Turning inward to Spirit, I find true joy that fills and lifts me.

Life can have up and down moments. Despite what or when they may happen, I can find joy at any moment. Joy provides me with appreciation for the up moments, faith to face the down moments, and peace during the times in between. True happiness comes from being in touch with my true nature—my Christ Essence. Gladness is always present within me. Like love, it is a natural part of who I am. Trusting and being in touch with God is the key to experiencing bliss. This inner joy then shines forth as peace no matter what is happening in my life or in the lives of those I love. Turning inward to Spirit, I find true joy that fills and lifts me.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.—Romans 15:13

Let Go Let God find Comfort

God is with me—my comfort and my guide as I journey through life.

I find comfort in the familiar. It’s easy to love life when everything is going the way I want and I feel secure. But when I’m facing change and life becomes stressful or uncomfortable, I may feel paralyzed and unable to move forward. I find comfort and strength in prayer. Spirit whispers in my heart to let go and trust. Following this gentle guidance, I let go of the past. With faith I let life continually move me forward with a sense of peace and security. There may be times when my journey will be a rocky and hilly climb, but when I reach the pinnacle of my climb, the view is glorious. I know God is with me to guide me and comfort me through any uncertainty. God is with me to make my way smooth and steady.
This is my comfort in my distress, that your promise gives me life.—Psalm 119:50

Let Go Let God in Freedom

I honor and celebrate all humankind.

The myriad uniqueness of humankind is to be honored and celebrated. Each and every person is a creation of God. I pray that all people everywhere find the freedom to live life who they are and as they are. Learning about people far and wide, I immerse myself in the wholeness of life, a concept that nurtures inclusiveness. We honor our individual practices, languages, or heritages. Learning about the life experiences of others is an opportunity for all of us to learn. Mentoring is an important role that I or others can fill. By listening and learning from the life stories of others, I honor and celebrate all humankind.
See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are.—1 John 3:1

Let Go Let God Nurture

I am renewed and nurtured by my earth home.

Today is an opportunity to give thanks for our planet. The earth provides me with food to eat, water to drink, and air to breathe. With each sunrise and sunset, I feel a connection to God—the creator of this bounty. Season after season, new life appears. The earth is constantly refreshed and renewed. I am also renewed spiritually as I contemplate my oneness with God and with all people on this planet I call home. Just as earth provides for me, I provide for it by making choices that support conserving the beauty and wholeness of nature. I see God in all of life and in all areas of my environment. As I am renewed and nurtured by this earth, I am able to nurture others. I give of myself freely and serve willingly. I am blessed to be a conduit for the activity and love of God.
Love never ends.—1 Corinthians 13:8

Let Go Let God into His Presence

I let go of the past and explore new possibilities.

Sending children off to college or watching loved ones leave in service to their country may feel as though we are releasing them into a vast unknown. Letting go is much easier when we know that those so precious to us, no matter where they go, are enfolded in the presence of God. Each time we or our loved ones follow our dreams and set new goals, we do so in the presence of God. We let go of old ways and explore new possibilities. As we focus on the unlimited opportunities we have to express our inner qualities, we step forward and act on them. Soon the unfamiliar becomes familiar, which inspires us to keep going.
To this end we always pray for you, asking that our God will make you worthy of his call and will fulfill by his power every good resolve and work of faith.—2 Thessalonians 1:11

Let Go Let God Receive Guidance

Inner wisdom guides me to new ways of thinking and being.

Wisdom is an understanding of spiritual Truth beyond the limited knowledge of our mortal minds. It allows us to see everything from the perspective of infinite love. Guidance is the spiritual gift that allows us to understand how that wisdom can best express in our lives. We each receive wisdom and guidance differently. For some—like Saul on the road to Damascus—there will be a blinding flash of illumination. For others, the same spiritual guidance expresses gently and gradually. The guidance I receive reflects the spiritual purpose that is uniquely mine. Peacefully and in perfect trust, I turn within, quieting my mind and opening my heart to the wisdom that guides me through any challenges I may face.
How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!—Proverbs 16:16

Let Go Let God Find Inner Peace

I surrender to the Christ Presence within and find peace.

How freeing it feels to be awake to and aware of Spirit that is present within me now and always. I take this moment to allow the sweet surrender of peace to dissolve any concern. I move through life with ease and grace, releasing any anxiety about always winning or being in control. Divine love enfolds me and strengthens me. I relax deeply as peace fills my heart and mind. I am one with God—one with all life—safe, loved, and deeply grateful for each blessing. Every false belief drifts away. I affirm the powerful words Jesus spoke, “Peace, be still.” I speak these words to my restless thoughts. I am calm, centered, and serene. I surrender to the Christ Presence within and find peace.
I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace.—John 16:33

Let Go Let God Know Faith

All things are possible with God.

What is faith? To know, to believe without proof. Some people say “seeing is believing,” but I know believing is seeing. By having faith, by knowing the good I want to experience is possible and awaiting my discovery, I bring it into being. Faith guides me. I affirm God is my wisdom and my strength. If someone tells me what I want to do is impossible, I believe in the “impossible.” I affirm: All things are possible with God. Beyond simply believing the solution is already in place, I take steps to manifest the good desires of my heart. I envision the results I desire. I affirm the good I want to experience, knowing the Universe gives abundantly.
So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.—Mark 11:24

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

My mind is a wellspring of prospering ideas.

In his book, Prosperity, Charles Fillmore taught that “through the mind of man ideas are brought into being. Through the soul of man God’s wealth of love finds its expression.” Indeed, the gifts of the indwelling God are spiritual, not material. I am blessed with an increased awareness of Truth, of the prospering, divine ideas from which all manifest creation flows. God is love, and everything I could possibly need in my life comes from a consciousness of this infinite love. So I devote time each day to connecting with the inexhaustible flow of divine intelligence within me. I take courageous action on those spiritual insights to manifest a richer, more peaceful, and joy-filled world.
If they listen, and serve him, they complete their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasantness.—Job 36:11

Let Go Let God Rise to Easter

The Christ Spirit is alive in me.

As eternal spiritual beings, we know that death has no more reality for us than it did for Jesus. It is merely a doorway through which we pass to continue our spiritual journeys elsewhere in the Allness that is God. In truth, we have all surrendered to crucifixion-like challenges. We have found ourselves lifted to a new and higher dimension of spiritual awareness and expression. Today we celebrate the great Resurrection demonstration with which Jesus concluded his earthly ministry. In doing so, we honor our own resurrection experiences. We are grateful for each one, for they provide us with the opportunity to embrace new possibilities.
For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.–1 Corinthians 15:21, 22

Let Go Let God Rest

I release any thought of limitation and rest in the stillness.

The Lenten season is an opportunity to rest and reflect. I empty my mind of negativity and my body of whatever is not meeting its needs as I prepare for my Easter experience. I do so by releasing limiting beliefs, unwanted behaviors, and stifling thoughts. With the dawning of Easter, a new light shines through me, revealing even more of the I AM. Through meditation, silent reflection, and prayerful stillness, Spirit raises my awareness of the awakening Christ within me. I turn within in the Silence, the stillness in which the power of God responds. It is not rest, but quiet energy. It is not empty, but filled with all possibility. I prepare myself as an empty, open vessel to receive the full measure of divine blessings. I am whole. I am one with Spirit.
Let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.—Genesis 18:4

Let Go Let God Forgive

The love of God expressing as me empowers me to forgive.

By not forgiving someone, I set myself up to replay negative events over and over again. I let Jesus’ words while on the cross reverberate within me: “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34). Empowered by the love of God, I open the window of my heart to divine love. Here is a refuge where memories no longer cause me concern. I am ready to focus on expressing all that God created me to be. If the person I resist in forgiving is myself, I acknowledge that I, too, am continually evolving. I am free to do better and be better. I have moved on from what has been to the good that now awaits my embrace and gratitude.
How precious is your steadfast love, O God! All people may take refuge in the shadow of your wings.—Psalm 36:7

Let Go Let God in One Reality

I am connected with the oneness of life.

At the hub of a wheel, there is oneness. It is only on its outer edges that there is separation. In the eye of a hurricane, there is stillness. Away from that center there is wind. I find a similar kind of stillness and connectedness in my heart, the quiet hub of my own being. I move into this inner space where I find the silence that my soul is craving. In this sacred center, I am connected with all of life. In this stillness, I am one with my Creator. I am aligned with a greater wholeness, not set apart or separate. When I want to feel connected—with others, with an answer—I affirm my oneness with all of life. By turning within, I find my answer.
And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.—John 17:3

Let Go Let God Provide Healing

My mind and body radiate the healing energy of Spirit.

I have the faith and desire to be healed. I praise my body and encourage healing through my unwavering belief of the restorative energy in every cell. God’s will for me is wholeness, health, and vitality. This is the blueprint of divine potential within me. In prayer, I ask to become aware of any beliefs or patterns I need to release or transform in order to clear the way for healing. I observe my self-talk and my innermost feelings. I willingly make any changes needed to return to my natural state of wholeness. I strengthen my faith with every prayer as I open my heart to Spirit. By exercising my faith and clearing any barriers, my mind and body will radiate the healing energy of Spirit.
Jesus turned, and seeing her said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.”—Matthew 9:22

Let Go Let God with Intuition

I listen to the inner prompting of Spirit.

When I find myself overly busy with activities and tasks during my day, I may feel scattered or disconnected. This is my reminder to pause and pray. I go into the inner sanctuary of my heart to quietly sit with God. In my sacred time of prayer, I set the intention to listen to Spirit for wisdom. As my mind clears, I am able to perceive deep insight as the still, small voice of God-life within. The inspiration I receive brings about divine understanding. I listen to the inner prompting of Spirit. The inspiration I receive uplifts me, soothes my soul, and guides me along my way. Truly, my life is abundantly blessed by the silent messages I receive from the Divine. In faith, I listen to the inner prompting of Spirit.
The knowledge of the Holy One is insight.—Proverbs 9:10

Let Go Let God in Harmony

Together we can live in harmony.

A cappella groups sing without instrumental accompaniment. Their voices become the instruments, blending harmoniously and precisely with each other. The result is a moving musical experience. I can appreciate the harmony in everyday sounds as well. There is a magical chorus in nature—whether I’m hearing crickets chirping, birds singing, or water trickling. Although each sound differs, a beautiful symphony occurs when they blend together. Another type of accord—the emotional variety—occurs when people blend beliefs, opinions, concerns, and work together in peace and love. Together we create a beautiful sound of harmony in the world.
How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity!—Psalm 133:1

Let Go Let God with Hope

I am filled with hope!

Jesus came to Jerusalem as a hero after many healings and bringing Lazarus back to life. Those who saw him were filled with hope, and laid down their cloaks and palm leaves to honor him. He continued to demonstrate humility and the willingness to serve. I have sometimes been willful, wanting to have things my way, unbending. I have discovered, though, that my highest and best is not served by insistence, but rather by opening to the will of God in all ways. I continually learn the power of nonresistance. Jesus’ story is one of overcoming. As I move through my life humbly, being of service to others, I pray that my life is one of overcoming too. I trust that I will continually be led and guided, and I am filled with hope.
The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve.—Matthew 20:28

Let Go Let God through Transformation

I am transforming into a brilliant expression of God’s love.

Author Anaïs Nin wrote, “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” These words inspire me to grow beyond my current life situation. I am not defined by my past. I transform any limited belief about myself into an awareness of my divine potential. In a period of meditation, I imagine myself like the bud bursting forth through the soil. My divine potential unfolds like brilliant petals. I envision myself transformed into that which I was created to be—a brilliant expression of God’s love here on earth. With divine guidance, I allow my beauty to shine!
And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.—2 Corinthians 3:18

Let Go Let God with Vision

I see clearly with eyes of love.

Vision can be our physical sight; it can be a dream of what is possible; and it can be how we view our life and circumstances. As I center my thoughts on the unconditional love God has for me and all others, I feel a shift in my vision of life. I find so much to be grateful for rather than focusing on only what I think I lack. I discover that within conflicts lie opportunities for deeper connections. I look for ways to understand the opinions, stories, and emotions of others so that we can find common ground. I explore what Spirit is revealing to me about my gifts and my spiritual power through every challenge and success. I view the world with love and forgiveness. My vision is clear when I see with the eyes of love.
But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear.—Matthew 13:16

Let Go Let God as Wholeness

I joyously express my wholeness.

Created in the image and likeness of God, we are created with wholeness as the essence of our being. No person or thing is broken or lacking in the mind of God. I jubilantly celebrate the healing, strengthening, and guiding core within me. I allow this essence to flow freely through my body. I feel energized, healthy, and enthusiastic about life. I allow this essence to flow freely through my mind. The flow sweeps away any fears, worries, or concerns that trouble my thoughts. There is no truth to any thought or belief of limitation. I remember that appearances in my life are temporary. Only thoughts of love, peace, harmony, and abundance fill my consciousness. I joyously express my wholeness.
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.—Psalm 139:13

Let Go Let God through Spiritual Growth

I invite deeper understanding into my life.

My relationship with God is very special and personal. The sacred moments I spend each day with Spirit fill my mind with deeper understanding and my heart with love. They renew my soul and lift me to a place where I can experience new levels of spiritual growth. As I connect with God in the stillness, I reconnect with peace. I come away from these quiet times of prayer energized and ready for new experiences. I see God in joyful and tearful experiences. I touch God with each hug, handshake, or pat on the back with others. I bless each new day with a prayer of thanks for opportunities to be received and seized. I am grateful for everyone in my life and every experience that leads to my spiritual growth.
Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word.—Luke 1:38

Let Go Let God in Balance

I find a balance between doing and being.

An East Indian proverb states, “When one foot walks, the other rests.” To live from a spiritual foundation and express my divine potential, it is essential that my doing and being are in balance. When my schedule is too busy, I might be tempted to forego my prayer practice. I recognize that this sacred time is essential to a healthy and fulfilling life. As I rest in God, I experience a much-needed renewal. This time of communion with my inner divinity is a fertile ground of being; it is the infinitely rich terrain of consciousness from which all divinely inspired and fruitful actions arise. Rooted in Being, I express more love, joy, and peace in my daily activities.
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.—Galatians 5:22-23

Let Go Let God with Patience

I have the gift of patience within me.

A harvest must first begin with preparation—sometimes months ahead of time. Week after week, the crop is tended to, even though on the earth’s surface nothing appears to be happening. A farmer trusts the process occurring out of sight, diligently working in faith. Eventually, the crops begin to grow and produce fruit. I, too, practice patience as I sow seeds in my own life. At times I may think that I am putting in effort without receiving the fruits of my labor. I may experience feelings of anger or sadness. But when I turn to my faith in God, I remember that I have the gift of patience. I trust in divine order even when I can’t see it. I have faith that all things happen in divine time and order, and I am able to practice patience.
But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.—Romans 8:25

Let Go Let God Triumph

Spirit provides all that I need for triumphant living.

There are times when I have pulled through adversity, loss, or trauma. Some of these victories were not easy because I resisted at first. Other times I may have struggled with feeling lost and alone, but my faith assured me that God and I are one. God is always with me. This knowledge strengthens my faith, wisdom, and peace of mind—the spiritual tools I need as I move forward in faith and courage. I willingly meet all events of my life by viewing them as growth opportunities. The triumphant pattern of my life is woven. Through prayer, I follow divine inner guidance, tapping into my creativity and engaging in the effective joy of collaboration. Spirit provides all that I need for triumphant living.
But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession.—2 Corinthians 2:14

Let Go Let God as a Miracle

I am a miracle of life.

Incredible occurrences are recognized as miracles. Life itself, in all forms, is a miracle. The unfathomable allness of God is eternally fulfilling a divine plan in ways that defy explanation. We are each a miracle, created and sustained by God. Despite how impossible a challenge may seem, I remind myself that I live in partnership with God. I raise my expectations to the divine realm in which all things are possible. There is no separation between the created and the Creator. Jesus spoke of this when he said, “… the Father is in me and I am in the Father.” I am eager to contribute to whatever comes my way. I am a miracle of life.
Believe the works, so that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.—John 10:38
