Let Go Let God See Truth

I radiate the light of Truth.

Someone once said, “Faith is seeing light with your heart when all your eyes see is darkness.” Whenever life seems dark, I turn on my inner light—the Truth of my being. I am safe and secure in the light of God. I put this radiant presence first in my mind and feel lifted into a realm that is spacious, calm, and free. Whenever life seems dark, I turn on the light of Truth. Nothing can resist this powerful radiance. I take a moment to visualize myself immersed in a divine glow. Now, as I become more and more relaxed, I let go and trust this inner illumination to guide me into all my answers. I am poised and centered in the light of Truth.
For it is the God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God.—2 Corinthians 4:6

Let Go Let God in Prosperity

God is my substance and sustenance. I am prosperous.

I build a prosperity consciousness by releasing thoughts of lack, by believing God is my source, by expressing gratitude, and by giving generously. Whenever feelings of “not enough” arise, I stop mid-thought and change my thinking. I affirm I am part of God’s abundant life. I give thanks for my life, the clothes I wear, the air I breathe, the friends with whom I can laugh or cry. My blessings are countless, and I share from this bounty. Every time I give, I proclaim God as my source, strengthen my faith, and declare I am prosperous.
And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance.—2 Corinthians 9:8

Let Go Let God in World Peace

My thoughts and actions contribute to a peaceful world.

A popular hymn begins, “I’ve got peace like a river in my soul.” Jesus—our Master Teacher—exemplified such ever-flowing peace. As a child of God, I always have access to the divine idea of harmony. Every thought I think and every action I take stems from a choice that I make. Today I choose peace. Harmony is an inner decision that I make in every moment. The love for all that I hold in my mind reaches out in the world as harmonious relationships, positive relations between neighbors, and respect for all life. My thoughts and actions help to create a world of mutual understanding. I play my part in bringing about heaven on earth through my choice for peace.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.—John 14:27

Let Go Let God Empower

I live from the power of Christ within me.

What an amazing realization it is to know that I already have all that I need to step confidently toward my goals and dreams. I am empowered by knowing Spirit resides in me. The Christ of my being, the imprint of the Divine, is part of me. The sweet call of Spirit encourages and inspires me to look within for the tools I need to be successful. In prayer I find my way to the wisdom, strength, and courage I already possess. I now see that any challenges I’ve experienced were catalysts that opened the channel for my spiritual abilities to come forth. I celebrate and give thanks for the power God has given me to achieve my dreams. I boldly claim the power of Christ in me.
In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.—Isaiah 30:15

Let Go Let God with Divine Ideas

I open my mind to divine ideas. My way is made clear.

When facing difficult situations or needing to make important decisions, I seek clear direction. I research information, ask experts, or seek advice from family members or friends. Eventually, though, it is up to me alone to follow through. Before I take action, I open my mind to my higher power for direction. When my ideas come through Spirit, I am confident of the right outcome. How can I tell the difference between divine ideas and other thoughts? I rest in prayer and meditation. I recognize those that are accompanied by a sense of purpose and feelings of peace. I know it is a divine idea! I am being divinely guided and inspired. Step by step, my way is clear.
Be still, and know that I am God!—Psalm 46:10

Let Go Let God Provide Comfort

In the comfort of God’s presence, I find true rest and peace.

My greatest source of comfort comes in recognizing God’s omnipotent presence. Right where I am and wherever I go, God—the source of all power, knowledge, and good—is with me. There is no place I can go where God is not. There is no experience I will ever face alone. It may be true that I am not always aware of this presence. Any feelings of separation dissipate when I turn within and affirm: In God I live and move and have my being. I repeat these words until Truth washes over me. I am filled with a feeling of warmth. Any mental disconnect fades. In the comfort of God’s presence, I find true rest and peace.

For “In him we live and move and have our being”; as even some of your own poets have said, “For we too are his offspring.”—Acts 17:28

Let Go, Let God

As I let go, I experience the Christ Presence of peace.

By understanding how it works, we can cooperate with the divine process of creation, instead of resisting it out of ignorance or fear. Every time we affirm a spiritual Truth, we are able to express more of our own creative power, thus aligning ourselves with that divine process more effectively. To fully let go and allow Spirit to be our source for every choice, we rely on denials and affirmations. We deny thoughts of lack or limitation. We affirm that we are strong, positive, wise, loving, fearless, and free beings of Spirit. Letting go of our fear-based thoughts and replacing them with affirmations of infinite Love involves a powerful interaction of head and heart. As the process unfolds, we experience the Christ Presence of peace.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding.—Proverbs 3:5

Let Go Let God with Grace

My mind and heart are at ease through the grace of God.

Grace is the love of God soothing me as I am going through a challenge. From this sacred love, I can and do draw on unlimited strength and understanding. God loves and blesses me in ways far greater than I could ever hope to receive or even imagine. If I make a choice that isn’t in my best interest, God’s grace protects me from experiencing the worst possible outcome. I am grateful for the ease of God’s grace. There are no feats I must accomplish or levels of wisdom I must attain to gain it. Grace is showered upon me simply because I am God’s child. Grace smooths the way to new opportunities and reveals a path to overcome challenges.
And now I commend you to God and to the message of his grace, a message that is able to build you up.—Acts 20:32

Let Go Let God through the Body Temple

My body is an expression of divine life.

I am a spiritual being, living in a physical body. My body is a temple, a sacred vehicle through which I live and breathe and create experiences for my spiritual growth. As an expression of divine life, I strive to keep myself whole and strong. I bless my body by eating wholesome foods and participating in regular physical activity. I am a spiritual being and my thoughts affect my body. I take time to meditate, pray, and affirm well-being. In prayer I bless my body from head to toe. I speak words of life to every organ and system, and affirm the perfect function of each one. I give thanks for the ability to experience my physical world. Each experience is one of spiritual growth.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God?—1 Corinthians 6:19

Let Go Let God Restore

As I release limiting thoughts, I am renewed and restored.

Whenever I feel fatigued—whether emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually—I remember to center myself and pray. I release pent-up emotions when I turn within for revitalizing, restoring energy. As I release limited, outdated beliefs, I am refreshed. As I let go of past attachments, I make space to receive the blessings of the present moment. In this moment, I am restored to an enlivening consciousness of the indwelling, Infinite Spirit. In this moment, I am renewed with boundless vitality. In this moment, my capacity to enjoy this precious day is unlimited. I rest in the knowledge that God is my strength. I am uplifted, renewed, and restored.
Whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret.—Matthew 6:6

Let Go Let God Evolve

I am ever evolving into a greater expression of my divine self.

God created me in the divine image, with spiritual qualities such as love, peace, and kindness. When I think, speak, and act in ways that reflect these qualities, I am fulfilling my God-given potential. Evolution, by definition, is a gradual process of growth. I have patience with myself if I feel I am not making progress quickly enough. Even when I perceive that I am moving backward, I am evolving. Like an arrow that draws back before propelling forward, all the mistakes I make and setbacks that I experience are pushing me forward. I learn from my experiences and consciously participate in my own evolution. I am ever evolving into a greater expression of my divine self.
But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.—Ephesians 4:15

Let Go Let God as the Christ Presence

It is not I, but the Christ within who does the work.

The Christ Presence within me is the strength and power that enables me to do all things. When I remember this truth, I am free from any self-driven thought and I am able to give and receive the goodness of God. In my prayer practice, I spend time connecting with the Christ Presence within. In these quiet times I am empowered to be positive with myself and others. My upbeat attitude shapes my life and affects change for good. By allowing free expression of my inner Christ, I experience life with a sense of wonder and awe. I invite joy to live in my heart and flow from me to others. I let the Christ Presence work in and through me, and my life is filled with innumerable blessings.
The glory that you have given me I have given them, so that they may be one, as we are one.—John 17:22

Let Go Let God Awaken

Awakened to Spirit, I am blessed and a blessing.

While asleep, I am being refreshed physically and mentally. When I awake, I have a greater awareness of my oneness with the world. I go about my day taking in and being responsive to other people and my surroundings. Prayer provides me with a clear view of God’s presence in all and through all. I feel the joy of living a God-centered life. I hear the still, small voice within and follow divine guidance. I understand that the diversity in people and in all creation is a gift from God. Each new day is an invitation to fill the next 24 hours with faith. Awakened to Spirit, I am blessed and a blessing.
Besides this, you know what time it is, how it is now the moment for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we became believers.—Romans 13:11

Let God Let God by Life

I am renewed by the radiant life of God.

Images of plants or roots pushing through concrete are visual reminders that life is energy. That same desire to persevere fills me. No matter how the world around me changes, an unchanging perfection lies beyond that which I can see. Life is always triumphant! I open up into the healing flow that is coursing through my body and mind, energizing and renewing me. This inner source is the truth of my being. My body is the temple of the living God. In this truth, I relax my body, calm my mind, and release my heart into the vibration of Spirit within. I am one with the ever-renewing, ever-unfolding expression of infinite life. I am renewed, restored, and revitalized.
We look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal.—2 Corinthians 4:18

Let Go Let God Pray for Others

In prayer, I release all to God’s loving care.

Praying for other people is a sacred activity that blesses those for whom I am praying as well as myself. When I am concerned for a loved one, prayer lifts my outlook and helps me center myself in divine love. My attention and focus on God alleviates feelings of fear or helplessness. I am at peace. Spirit is active within everyone. I visualize the light of God enfolding and surrounding my loved ones. I affirm divine energy is infusing every cell with life and vitality. I have faith that those who need guidance find inspiration and direction to take right action. No matter what the need, illuminating light is there to lead them toward their highest good. I release all to God’s loving care.
Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.—3 John 1:2

Let Go Let God with Zeal

I move forward with enthusiasm to achieve all that is mine to do.

Charles Fillmore wrote, “Zeal and enthusiasm incite to glorious achievement in every aim and ideal that the mind conceives. Zeal is the impulse to go forward, the urge behind all things.” Throughout the day I turn to God, divinely energized toward right action. This God energy brightens my day and helps me manifest infinite possibilities. The Christ Presence expresses through me as zeal. This current of spiritual energy naturally fuels me and supports me in achieving all that is mine to do today. I am grateful to know that the life force of God dwells within me and blesses every step of my journey! I move forward with enthusiasm to achieve all that is mine to do. I am filled with zeal!
Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord.—Romans 12:11

Let Go Let God Provide Clarity

I choose to view my world and myself from a higher perspective.

The view from an airplane or skyscraper provides an entirely different aspect of the ground below. Where the hustle and bustle of people and vehicles moving back and forth is apparent to those in the midst of it, from a higher perspective the busyness of individuals melts into a patchwork of landscape. Anytime I feel confused or overwhelmed, I may find myself using tunnel vision, seeing only the challenges right in front of me. But as I turn my thoughts to God, I find myself viewing my world from a higher divine perspective. I rise above the seeming chaos and trust in the order that I may not be able to see at that time. I have faith that the wisdom of God is guiding me to a beneficial outcome. My higher perspective gives me peace to know that all is well.
The Lord your God is indeed God in heaven above and on earth below.—Joshua 2:11

Let Go Let God all is in Divine Order

Divine order is ever-present in my life.

What do I do when I feel doubt or distrust? How do I find the courage and faith to declare divine order and know that all will be well? My heart is lifted as I remember that I am always loved by God, and that God wants what is best for me. The Gospel According to Luke reminds me “it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” This higher Truth overcomes my uncertainty. My faith sets me free from all worrisome thoughts. When I look at my life, I find evidence of God’s love. There are people in my life who care about me. I have opportunities to express my highest self wherever I am. I have sufficient faith to put my trust in God above all. Divine order is ever-present in my life.
For he has made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things and secure.—2 Samuel 23:5

Let Go Let God by Understanding

My mind is illuminated with spiritual understanding.

Children learn by repetition and practice. Eventually, as though a light were switched on, they understand the concepts being taught. I experience this same process when I encounter new ideas, including spiritual laws. In the beginning my mind may intellectually grasp a spiritual concept. Yet, with my mind alone, I cannot fully know God. I must practice spiritual awareness, prayer, and meditation. A moment will come when understanding sparks my inner knowing and illumination takes place. Spiritual ideas pour forth like a fountain of light. With spiritual understanding I see beyond the world of appearances to the awareness of God as the source of all life.
He was in the world, and the world came into being through him; yet the world did not know him.—John 1:10

Let Go Let God with Imagination

My imagination is my link to the creative power of God.

Imagination is the ability to envision and dream. In the Bible, Joseph learned, through sometimes painful lessons, to align his gift of imagination with his spiritual purpose. In doing so, his life was transformed. When I tap into my own power of imagination, I, too, align myself with the creative power of God. Love, strength, and joy find their way into the unfolding journey of my life. I imagine my dreams fulfilled, my spiritual intentions complete. I envision good unfolding in every area of my life. I have a renewed sense of who I am, how divine imagination expresses through me. I am connected to the true spiritual purpose of my human experience.
The Lord was with Joseph, and he became a successful man ... the Lord caused all that he did to prosper in his hands.—Genesis 39:2-3

Let Go Let God in Healing

I am the breath of Spirit, the expression of perfect life.

My breath is the very life force within me. When I breathe in, my lungs expand, my blood is oxygenated, and I am infused with energy. Breathing out, my body releases carbon dioxide that it no longer needs, cleansing me throughout. This incredible process has been repeating itself since I was born. I focus on my breath, giving thanks for the divine life force within. I breathe deeply, filling my lungs with this healing life. As I inhale, I affirm, I am whole and well, and hold that thought and my breath for a few seconds. I slowly and gently exhale, affirming: Thank You, God. Through this exercise, I feel cleansed and purified, ready to face the day with renewed energy and vitality.
The spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.—Job 33:4

Let Go Let God be Love

Divine love is the essence of my being.

Charles Fillmore defines love as “the pure essence of Being that binds together the whole human family.” I am an expression of God, a channel through which divine love flows. Focused on this divine power within, I let my thoughts, words, and actions reflect the love in my heart. In this way I establish harmony and understanding in my life and in the world. Love is the bond that holds relationships together. When I’m concerned about a dear one, I enfold him or her in thoughts of love and trust. I envision the people I care about wrapped in divine love, and I am assured of their safety and security. No matter what I face, I have the strength and power of divine love to see me through.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases.—Lamentations 3:22

Let Go Let God be the Kingdom

I hold the keys to my own prosperity.

An abundant life is my spiritual birthright. Yet, when I view life only through my physical senses, I see only a world with finite resources and limited possibilities. In contrast, when I place my faith in the invisible, infinite Spirit, I recognize that with God, all things truly are possible. Steeped in a heavenly consciousness, I unlock an inexhaustible storehouse of good. Whether it is financial prosperity, loving relationships, or physical/emotional/mental well-being, I give thanks for the realization that, as a child of God, I have always held the keys to my divine inheritance. With a faithful and grateful heart, I claim my entitlement to unlimited peace and prosperity.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.—Matthew 16:19

Let Go Let God Have Strength

I have the strength to persevere.

All strength—mental, physical, and spiritual—comes from God, and I can call upon this power at any moment. Strength is my God-given key to perseverance; to never give up and to always continue onward and upward toward my goals. Strength may manifest as my ability to maintain my character and morals, overcome physical challenges, or stay faith-filled during difficult times. Prayer and meditation help me maintain my relationship with God and increase my spiritual strength. Even when I feel weak or need energy to accomplish a goal, I have an endless reservoir of strength within. I have the strength to persevere.

Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.—Isaiah 41:10

Let Go Let God with Faith

I nurture my faith through spiritual practices.

Just as physical exercise increases my energy and strengthens my body, spiritual practices strengthen my faith and fortify my soul. Keeping a conscious connection with Spirit is of utmost importance. Whatever the rituals that support my sacred journey—meditation, prayer, journaling, sacred reading, worship, and more—I recommit to continuing these practices. My faith is an active expression of the deepest knowing of my heart. All that I wish for is possible! I now exercise the spiritual muscle that builds my faith to know that this is so. Because my faith is important to me, I never take for granted the freedom of expression I now enjoy. Today and every day: I nurture my faith through spiritual practices.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. —Hebrews 11:1

Let Go Let God in Prayer

I give thanks in prayer for blessings received and yet to be received.

I feel at peace as I pray. My prayers can be a murmuring emanating from my soul in the midst of a busy day or a time I set aside to enrich my relationship with God. I pray with the understanding that no condition nor situation is too big for a divine solution. Power for good is released in prayer. When I open my perception to the power of united prayer, I imagine each person in the world as a point of light. I envision areas aglow with prayer. Some nearly uninhabited regions may have only one person linked in this prayer chain; however, this individual light is as bright as any other. Prayer is a way I honor God. I give thanks for blessings received and yet to be received.

By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.—Psalm 42:8

Let Go Let God through Guidance

Divine light guides my decisions.

When trying new things, I find confidence and strength by turning to the light of God within. This light of spiritual understanding shines in and through me to guide my way. Immersed in the divine glow, I feel peaceful reassurance. My thoughts become clear and my understanding deepens. The answers that I need emerge from a feeling of peaceful trust. I am guided into right decisions. Any uncertainty and doubt I may feel vanishes as the light of God brings me the guidance I seek and the energy to carry it out. Divine light shines through every problem and circumstance, dissolving any obstacles and comforting my heart. I give thanks for the radiant light of God that guides my way.
Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky.—Daniel 12:3

Let Go Let God Know I Am

I AM a child of God—worthy, wise, healthy, and whole.

I AM is a name for my divine inheritance and spiritual identity as a child of God. It is my indwelling life, love, wisdom—my spiritual essence. My spiritual self is aware of and one with Spirit. My human self can be influenced by personal will and tempted to go it alone as if adrift at sea with no compass. Prayer and meditation keep me centered. I use affirmations as helpful navigation tools to remind me of my true I AM potential. I choose positive “I AM” statements that encourage me and are congruent with my spiritual identity. In faith, I affirm: I AM a child of God—worthy, wise, healthy, and whole.
But Moses said to God, “If I come to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your ancestors has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I am who I am.”—Exodus 3:13-14

Let Go Let God with Inner Peace

I am present to this moment of peace and serenity.

Even on my best days, life situations can seem chaotic, causing me to lose my mental grounding. When this happens, I bring my attention away from my thinking mind and instead focus on the energy of my heart. Silently I affirm: Peace, be still. Through quiet times of prayer, I recognize that divine love supports me in being peaceful. Embodying serenity, I am like the calm center of a storm. Even though the winds of life may be swirling around me, I remain centered. Again, I affirm: Peace, be still. At any time I can turn within to a sanctuary of peace. This truth helps me relax into a state of tranquility that I can then infuse into any situation. I embrace an attitude of peacefulness by drawing upon the serenity and love that are ever present in my soul.

Peace! Be still!—Mark 4:39

Let Go Let God Affirm

I affirm my oneness with God.

Affirmations are declarations of faith—useful tools that keep me focused on the positive aspects of life. Positive statements—such as I am a happy, healthy child of God or I am prosperous, successful, and free—place me in a positive frame of mind that allows me to visualize blessings coming my way. The combination of speaking affirming words and visualizing their fruition is a powerful exercise in faith. I write my own unique affirmations specific to my goals. The important thing is that they are personal to me and from the heart. As I pray today, I use words of faith to help me stay positive and focused.
Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people.—Psalm 85:8

Let Go Let God Follow

God is my source, my strength, and my power.

Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love God above all else. In this Lenten season, I give up my emotional attachments and mental “baggage” and instead turn my focus to God. As Jesus called his disciples, he said, “Follow me.” In faith they followed, and in faith, I follow the guidance I receive from the Christ Spirit within. I let go of any thought, word, or action that causes me to feel separate from God. I deny any power I have attributed to beliefs of lack or limitation. I acknowledge and release any power I have given to another person or any physical substance. The Christ within reminds me that God is my source, my strength, and my power.
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the greatest and first commandment.—Matthew 22:37-38
