I listen to the still, small voice within me.
Today
I take time to close my eyes and listen to God’s world all around me. I
hear birds sing and the breeze moving through the trees. It is
wonderful to reconnect with sounds I have taken for granted. As I
continue to sit quietly and listen, I hear my breathing slow and I
become aware of my heart beating. Listening deeply now, I am conscious of a still, small voice speaking
within me. Call it God or the Divine or my higher self—I recognize the
connection to Spirit that is always with me. In the past, I might have
ignored this inner knowing, but in this moment, I am grateful for
clarity and support. I resolve to spend more time listening for the
voice of Truth.
