With faith and gratitude, I achieve spiritual perspective.
An
artist creates depth in a painting by using visual perspective, making
objects smaller so they will appear more distant. On the canvas of my
life, difficult circumstances sometimes loom large in the foreground.
Yet when I put them in perspective, their influence diminishes. I achieve perspective with faith that all things work together for
good and with gratitude that each challenge is an opportunity to grow in
spiritual awareness. I have a purpose higher than simply solving life’s
frustrations. Seeing the big picture of my life helps soften the
upsetting events and expands the delights. With faith and gratitude, I
put it all in spiritual perspective.
I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you.—Job 42:5
