I open my hands, my mind, and my heart to make a difference in the world.
A
clenched fist cannot hold more, just as a closed heart misses out on
all the beauty emotions can bring. I choose today to open my hands, my
mind, and my heart. With open hands, I help others. I physically
take positive action to make a beneficial difference in their lives as I
become of service. To those in need, I lend a hand. My open mind
continues a lifelong path of learning. I am in a constant state of
discovery, finding new ways of being present in the world and
recognizing the beauty that comes with diversity. My open heart
seeks out ways to make peace where there is chaos. With kindness and in
love, I treat others as I would want to be treated.
