It is my nature to extend love.
Feelings
of anger might embolden me to speak my truth or to draw a much-needed
boundary with another person. Consciously channeled, the energy I am
experiencing can move me out of my comfort zone and motivate me to serve
a meaningful cause. However, if I allow my feelings to fester into
resentment, I lose myself to the damaging aspects of anger. So how do I utilize the energy of anger? I keep in mind that
Spirit—the essence of my very being—is infinite love. As I embrace and
embody this truth, I regain the awareness of my oneness with all life. I
recognize that forgiveness is easier than condemnation because
forgiveness reflects the truth of who I am. God is perfect love and
therefore so am I.
Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.—Ephesians 4:26
