I give and receive in the spirit of love and gratitude.
Life
is a perpetual process of giving and receiving. Every time I
share—time, attention, love—waves of energy impact the world around me.
Knowing this, I choose to give Presence, not just presents! Before I step into the flow of the day, I take a moment to center
myself in the awareness of the Christ presence within me. As I take a
deep, centering breath, I allow my attention to move from the thoughts
in my head to the feelings in my heart. I bring forth divine love,
gratitude, peace, and joy, taking time to cherish each one. I claim
these gifts for myself and then make a conscious choice to embody each
one, sharing them all with everyone I meet. In this way, I shine forth
the Christ light within and illuminate the path for others.
Who then will offer willingly, consecrating themselves today to the Lord?—1 Chronicles 29:5
