With joy comes hope and an attitude of abundance.
A
giggle, a chuckle, a full belly chortle—all uplift the spirits. Even if
for a moment, laughter can lift my mind and heart from a challenge. I
experience a temporary reprieve. When my thoughts are no longer focused
on perceived limitations, joy rushes in. Laughter is a medicine that transforms my thoughts from human
limitation to spiritual wholeness. I am uplifted as I play dress up with
a child, watch a favorite comedy, visit with friends, or observe
squirrels scampering in the park. As my heart opens, I remember and feel the presence of Spirit right
where I am. I claim my spiritual wholeness in all things. The more I
laugh, the better I feel. With joy comes hope and an attitude of abundance.
He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with shouts of joy.—Job 8:21
