I express the qualities of my sacred identity.
My
face and my name make up part of my identity, yet there is so much more
to me. The conviction of my beliefs—what I hold in my subconscious
mind—feeds my perspectives, habits, thoughts, and body. How I experience
life is determined by what I hold in mind. My real self is a
spiritual being—loving, wise, and compassionate. The spirit of God is at
the heart of my being. I choose to focus on my spiritual essence. My
vitality awakens my youthful energy and brings it forth through the
power of my mind. My spiritual identity lives from within to the
outer through my thoughts, words, and actions. My true self has meaning
and purpose.
As
you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live
your lives in him, rooted and ... established in the faith.—Colossians
2:6, 7
