Today I greet new possibilities now born in me.
According
to the Gospel of Matthew, Epiphany represents the arrival of the Three
Magi in Bethlehem—scholars and priests who traveled from the East,
following a star to greet the new Christ energy. They were the first to
recognize the newborn child as divine love in expression. Epiphany is a timely reminder to recognize that same Christ presence
in myself. My awareness may feel as small and tentative as a baby at
first, but with time and attention, it becomes a part of my being. I am continuously connected to Spirit—one with a higher power far
greater than my human self. With this in mind, I discover more of my
expanded spiritual purpose as I greet new possibilities now born in me.
Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.—Isaiah 60:1
