With love and appreciation, I do my part to care for the planet.
There
is a Native American proverb that says: “Treat the earth well. We do
not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our
children.” Today I bless the earth with this thought in mind. With gratitude for all who have come before me, I strive to leave a
small footprint for those who come after me. I bless the elements—earth,
water, air, and fire—and give thanks for their creative energy. I affirm that my words, my thoughts, my actions are in harmony with
the living energy of the earth. Attuned to God within, I see the Divine
in all. I envision every person on the planet acting in wisdom and love
to bless and preserve our planet.
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”—Matthew 28:18
