Let Go Let God with Courage

I am strong and courageous. I can do all that is mine to do!

 

There are bound to be times in my life where I am called to be courageous. That doesn’t mean I won’t be afraid; it means anytime I am afraid, I will meet that fear with faith. I pause, take a deep breath, connect with the Source energy inside me, and claim my strength. I take this moment to remember and affirm: God is everywhere present, in everything that exists. I affirm: Fear has no power over me. I am strong and courageous, and I can do all that is mine to do. Breathing slowly and deliberately while repeating these statements, I move through my fear—breath by breath, step by step.

Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.—Joshua 1:9
