My Joy Grows As I Share It.
Joy is always part of me. I feel it strongly in times of deep peace and serenity, when my heart feels full love, and when my life feels in perfect balance and easy harmony. The best way to feel my joy even more strongly is to share it. Simply smiling may inspire others to respond in kind. Considerate actions such as holding doors for those behind me or letting someone go ahead of me in a long line are small actions that could have a lasting impact. Throughout the day, I will focus my attention on the love and joy in my heart as I send silent blessings to others. As I commit to being the presence of gladness, my joy will grow, touching and inspiring others to share their own.
Go, eat your bread with enjoyment, and drink your wine with a merry heart; for God has long ago approved what you do.—Ecclesiastes 9:7
