I Am Restored Through The Power Of The Christ Within Me.
There are many ways to seek restoration—in restful sleep, fun times on a vacation, enjoyable hobbies. But the relaxation I may get from them may be short-lived. When I regularly spend time on my spiritual practices, restoration will touch me more deeply and sustain me for longer. Through time in meditation, prayer, or other favorite ways of communing with God, I touch infinite life and love and feel them filling me. This is how I carry the serenity and beauty of God with me. There is an ever-renewing spring within me, from which I draw spiritual sustenance. The Christ within me is my peace and my strength. I do not feel depleted, and my soul does not tire. I am grateful for my restoration.
So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!—2 Corinthians 5:17
